I definitely do not enjoy writing negative reviews but I need to put this out there just incase anyone is reading this and is contemplating on getting your lips done here. DO NOT go here. I purchased the 1 year lip filler membership which costs around $1,200-1,300 for 3 syringes for a year. I started off first doing 1/2 a syringe then working my way up since it was my first time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. I do love Dr. Rhodes, he is very experienced in what he does. The issue I had was with the office practice however regarding a recent visit. I requested a consultation regarding a small partial removal of one eyebrow which are microbladed. When I made the appointment, I explained it was just a very small section and my brows are microbladed on. My consultation lasted 10 minutes and it was something that could of been relayed over the phone. I say this due to it being a small specific area of my face it was pretty obvious that in the opnion of the consultation person, tattoo removal would not have been a option. When I left I was told the consultation was $100. I should of asked beforehand if there was a fee but I felt it was an unfair price regarding this issue. I got juvederm in my lips, 1cc and 20 units of botox for my "11" lines between my eyebrows. I think it's great that if they don't use the full cc they actually save it for you for touchups. I think that shows that the customer comes first. So, the botox didn't hurt at all. The lips, they hurt. Even with the numbing gel. You can feel the needle going into your lips, but beauty is pain. And the results make it all worth it. Slight bruising but red lipstick completely covered it. My lips are more symmetrical and full looking. The Dr was so nice, she's fast and talks with you while your getting it done. I'll be going back soon. I am so happy with the results. read more

My daughter called in at 3:51p to reschedule her appointment for a 3:30p blood facial (which is over $500) for tomorrow for her senior prom. She just got a new job this morning and they asked her to start immediately. I tried to call this morning to reschedule but got machine so I left a message. I had my daughter call the office again after school just to make sure that they know she wasn't going to be able to make her appointment. It was completely disappointing that she was told because it was less than 24 hour notice she will get charged $50 fee. After everything that I've gone through with this office, and giving them a second chance for past experiences, its disappointing to me that because of 21 minutes after 24 hour mark they want to charge a fee and lose patience because of it. Even more sad is that she wasn't even trying to cancel the appointment she was trying to reschedule it around her new job and before prom on Saturday. my daughter wanted to still get her blood facial (which isn't a cheap service!) and I had Botox appointment for Thursday (which is another expensive service) and because of the way Jessica talk to my daughter and then the way she talk to me after I called to confirm this was told to my daughter... He right away offered to fix my lips so they are symmetrical and the results I wanted. He in no way had to do that for me but it just shows how much he actually cares about his patients. He was so gentle that I have minimal swelling this time nothing like previous appointments. He also added filler to my cheeks and I now have results I wanted. I forgot to ask about my forehead but everything I got was way more than I even expected. I'm beyond grateful for the compassion Dr Rhodes showed me and for that reason I'll be his patient for all my services in future and recommend office to everyone! Writing negative reviews isn't my forte, but I feel I need to share... I Paid for a full syringe of juvederm only to have my lips back in their original state barely three months later. This product is supposed to last minimum, 6 months. Before and after pictures were clearly drastically different and quite frankly, after multiple people asked "Morgan where have your lips gone?" I figured it was time to see the Dr. to figure out what was going on. (Disclaimer: it takes a full two weeks for your lips to "recover." After those two weeks my lips were absolutely gorgeous, full and plump....unfortunately the volume didn't last) Because the product didn't last I booked an appointment to consult Dr. Rhoades, whose staff insisted on numbing me even though I stated twice I would not be injected that day and didn't want to be numbed so he could see my lips- only to have him say "Yeah, I wish I could have seen your lips without the numbing cream. The cream tends to plump them up a little bit." Well, yeah. That's what I told your staff. I walked out of their office completely frustrated, a bit emotional and felt a bit helpless as I was told only to try a different more expensive product. Some have the luxury of dropping $600 on a filler, I do not and saved for this for months as my lips are my biggest insecurity. THAT is the most disappointing part of it. To go in, be turned away and then up-sold on a more expensive product after having referred three people who booked appointments and told many others. That, I regret. read more

Anything I felt like I wasn't okay with "like little lumps" on my lips that you couldn't see but I can feel they fixed on my lips and explain why things happen and made sure I was leaving happy! After moving to the valley and searching for a legitimately talented doctor to trust with my face, I was lucky enough to land in the hands of Dr.Rhodes. Would not recommend this place even to bitches that I hate! I'm so upset that I came to this place instead of going back to Dr Stahl who was amazing and informative! I was charged for a full syringe of juvaderm when I only used half, because the doctor told me I would be able to use the rest later BECAUSE IT WONT EXPIRE, so that's what I was told. My first visit was yesterday, and I have to say first walking in the staff was very friendly and clean environment. The girl at the front desk was very nice and informative, though after asking me if I had any question she proceeded to talk about other products trying to sell me on other procedures that were very pricey which I had no intention of buying. The whole time I was in the lobby area waiting to be seen by the Dr she pushed products a total of 3 times which made me feel very uncomfortable and insecure, when going to a office to get a procedure done you want to feel good not insecure. I finally got seen by the Dr and he did not introduce himself and proceeded to asked where I wanted Botox, I told him where abouts and he even said I did not need a lot that some of the areas still looked good. He proceeded to inject the Botox without us discussing the amount of units. My after thought after he was done, that it was odd he never said how many units he was going to use on me and we never agreed to an amount. The previous medical office I would go to we always agreed on a number of units to be used and price to make sure there is o miscommunication. I assumed since I had a Groupon deal for 20 units ($169) that would be the amount he would use as that's what I told the girl when I scheduled my appointment. After he was done I was expecting someone to walk me back up front as I was told by the Dr we were done with our appointment. I then had to find on my own my way back upfront with the front desk with the girl, where she began to tell me how much I still owed over $200. I interpreted her and told her I had bought 20 units she proceeded to tell me I still owed over $200, I was in shock and told her I have never needed more than 17 units in the past. She showed me the chart and the Dr used more than double, as I stated above we never agreed to a number of units. The girl then proceeded to tell me she noticed I had bought another deal for 20 units more and that she would apply the second $169 Groupon voucher to cover today's visit and figure out the balance. that made me feel even more at unease. I still don't feel comfortable after my visit today and there were a lot big Red Flags for me I felt this was not how other professional offices work by pushing products and not agreeing to number of units and price. Recently went to a "Botox party", they were offering crazy good prices. And the additional bonus was that the injections are done by an actual Dr. not a nurse. This was my very first Botox/filler procedure and it was practically painless. I chose to wait until this event for the price rather than use a groupon because I was informed that not every Dr. at this location accepts them. So if you have a Dr. in mind, or a groupon be sure to ask ahead. The staff were very informative, kind, and reassuring. I do wish I would have talked to them ahead of time for their advice on what to get. I had a strict budget to stick to and after talking to them it's my understanding that patients are more likely to need a full syringe per area, instead of using one for half lips/laugh lines. I was not up-saled or pressured one bit. Dr. Rhodes was so kind and surprisingly conservative (not over injecting) for sales! He'll ask you what your concerns are and go from there. The doctor did not clean the area of injection nor did he even let me see him fill the needle. For all I know it could have been water. I was supposed to have a brow lift injections but due to the lack of time or experience I have the droopy eye which is caused by not knowing how or where to inject the Botox.
