She came across as very nice. Well let's just say she was so invasive and aggressive my skin was bleeding, dripping down my neck. When I got in the car my face was swollen and red hot. My skin struggled to heal. It was so horrible. I had paid 4 sessions, close to $2k. I worked at a hospital and many of the medical professionals I worked with were very concerned. One of the doctors I worked with said he would be willing to write a letter based on his medical experience as he this treatment was so horribly done it looked like I got laser treatment. Which I did not. It took my face 1 month to heal. Thankfully I had no long term damage as darker skin can damage when such trauma occurs. I had to fight with the owner to get my money back. I have photos and they will make you cringe. Stay away from this place. I heard they also water down their toxins and reuse left over filler.

She was the only positive part of my experience. I noticed they now have a different nurse doing the Botox injections, Nicholas Prasad, and I could tell right away that he seemed very inexperienced. I have had Botox multiple times before, so I know what to expect, and this experience was nothing like my previous ones. The injections were surprisingly painful -- much more than they should have been. Botox usually feels like a tiny pinch with little to no discomfort, but this was not the case at all. What made the appointment even worse was how uncomfortable and insulting his comments were. He asked what body mist I was wearing, and when I told him Victoria's Secret Pear Glacé, instead of simply saying thank you or moving on, he told me it smelled like what his mother wore when he was a child. Such an odd and unnecessary thing to say. Then, while injecting between my eyebrows, he said, "Oh my God, your skin is so thick," and even added that I had bent the needle because of it. He continued by saying my skin was strange. I cannot express enough how humiliating and uncomfortable that made me feel. As a 40-year-old woman going in for Botox, I am there to feel more confident and better about myself -- not to be criticized and made self-conscious about my appearance while I am literally lying in the chair. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly much worse than when I walked in. This is supposed to be a professional med spa environment, and bedside manner matters just as much as the service itself. I will definitely not be returning.

What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. Patients should be aware that even if you are willing and able to pay at the time of service, you may be denied care if you do not provide a card on file. DO NOT go here. I purchased the 1 year lip filler membership which costs around $1,200-1,300 for 3 syringes for a year. I started off first doing 1/2 a syringe then working my way up since it was my first time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. I have attached photos of my lips currently after 3 syringes. My last syringe was 3/19/2020. You can definitely see the dent on the left side because the NP overshot way too much in the middle and right side. I am not going to attach bumps inside my lips but I currently have 5 inside my mouth.
