I was immediately greeted, completed my intake form, had a brief consult to go over the product I wanted, took some photos & then sat for 15 minutes to get numbed up. (The appropriate time to have to wait! Not an hour)! My nurse came back in, completed my procedure, went over after care and the staff even checked my Alle points for me! Both ladies I interacted with were very nice and highly professional! The spa itself if beautiful! It's clean, of course, with a very calming ambience and beautifully decorated.
