Today was a really great experience getting b-tox. We ran into a little speed bump on previous visit... but Shawna took care of it and squeezed me in the next day. She made sure I was 100% taken care of and happy. I did not get numb prior to this procedure, however, Florita is skilled. She has this technique that kind of puts pressure and taps to advert your pain to the little tap opposite of needle entry. She also uses the smallest needle and changes it out each section to remain sharp. This Equals less pain for us. Florita is really darling & her skin is gorgeous... as well as Shawna the owner. The Spa is clean & nicely decorated. They offer a good variety of services & will take the time to explain any of them to you. From the moment you walk in, you will feel acknowledged and welcomed in. I never thought I would be comfortable enough to do something like this. I have a really huge festival coming up and wanted to be even -toned, so I went here. The place is absolutely adorable and it's very clean. The lady who had helped me was kind, patient , and experienced. She made me feel comfortable and helped me pick a tone that would settle well for me. The spray tan is a nice mist and it coats softly on your skin and it was fairly quick. Thank you so much! I came here back in May to get dysport and it was the last time I ever go here. When they injected the solution to my face it f burned me really bad it was so painful. I had to find a new place a month later and basically lost $600 in dysport because it wore off in 1 month. I think they add water to their solution because I've never had dysport dissolve that fast. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! I came to this I don't even know what to call it ... but I came for Botox. I paid over $300 for Botox. I had Botox in my forehead and saw ZERO results. When I contacted them with my issue They asked me to come back in a few weeks later to add a few more units of Botox free of charge. I waited a few weeks again to see full results but again saw ZERO!!! My forehead has a bulge Between my brows and the wrinkles on my forehead looked more enhanced instead of smoothed out. I've never had issues with Botox before and this was definitely a botched Botox job. Please Take my advice and Spend your money somewhere else! read more

Don't come here for lip fillers, I saw they were having a "sale" for lip fillers a syringe to be exact and of course my lips were swollen after the procedure 2, 3 days went by and my lips looked the same you couldn't even tell I had one tiny bit of filler. They had told me to come back in 2 weeks for a "follow up appointment" on the day of my appointment they told me the nurse had covid and they would call me to reschedule which they never did. If I could give zero stars I would. I came here when they first opened up, let me say I will never return here again. The lip filler job was horrible and left a bubble on my top lip the second time. I'm still struggling with this bubble they had created and it's such a nightmare. This was after the fact I was going to be on time to my appointment and on my way they called to tell me I should have been at least 15-30 minutes early to numb my lips. She stated I can go forward with the lip filler without being numbed up as if I was going to really endure that torture. So I had to reschedule. If you notice in a lot of the social media posts it's the part owner or manager of the business and not a lot of actual clients. From my understanding the owner at the time was not certified to complete any procedures. The lip filler nurse injected into the lips completely wrong as well. There is a much better business elsewhere in Modesto that has fully trained professionals, but as for this business I will never return and I do not recommend them. read more

I've been going to Lux Beauty since 2021. We're already going into 2023. I've scheduled serval services with them. I needed to reschedule for my wax appointment that I paid for a month in advance. They have a 24 hour policy and I was just 2 hours past "24hr" policy. They wanted to charge me a $50 fee to reschedule or cancel. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that they were able to treat a loyal customer like this. I work and was not able to get to my phone in time to reschedule before their 24 hour policy. They will not be getting any more of my hard earned money. & to top it off Stephanie (the front desk lady) told me that because it's the holidays that I have to understand why they need to charge me to cancel or reschedule. How can any busy woman make this her happy place? read more
