It's been 24 hours since my hydrafacial with Nikki and I'm still thinking about how amazing it was. My skin is still glowing and also the whole experience was just so relaxing. What a wonderful experience at Surgical Artistry! Dr. Lee and all of his staff are amazing. I was concerned about skin laxity and aging and wanted to see what my options were. I was greeted by Shauna who was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Lee explained that Hyperdilute Radiesse, which is collagen stimulating treatment, would be a great option to address my concerns. The procedure was easy and painless. His assistant Natalie was amazing and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable during the treatment. When I went into the consultation they answered every question before I could even ask them they covered anything and everything. I can't say enough great things about this place and my personal experience. From the very first visit (my consultation for breast augmentation) to my Pre op appointment. The day of my surgery was a breeze and the last two visits post op were great as well. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Tammy Wu is AMAZING! So I really hate giving this place 1 star believe me!:/ I have been going here for a few years seeing Niki and she is totally amazing. Her reviews brought me there! She recommended Dr. Lee for a few smaller things that concerned me. I saw him for some broken capillaries on my nose and I could tell he didn't want to be bothered was my feeling by his comments. I wasn't spending enough money with him. He confirmed that was the case when I again went for a smaller area to try Botox for the first time. He told me he was never able to fix my issue with other patients and informed me his patients usually receive larger amounts than I was there for at that time not the 4 he was doing for me. During the first or second appointment because of his continuous comments regarding the small amount of Botox I was receiving and letting me know it wasn't worth his time I asked if he was going to fix the issue then not see me anymore? He responded I would be able to tell another injector where to put the Botox‍. So he very obviously did not want to continue with me as a patient. I should not have returned, I was very embarrassed but desperate to get this fixed because of being so self conscious over it and I know he is good at what he does. He did tell me to come back or call to let him know if the placement fixed my concern. I came back because the concern was not fixed. He did 4 more units at no cost since the first 4 units didn't do anything for the issue (not expected and appreciated). He told me he'd work on it if I would commit to coming every two weeks. He would be able to help his other patients with the same issue who receive large amounts of Botox. That was fine with me if this could be fixed and I did. I believe with the third Botox injection my issue was fixed but caused another. Not sure what to do then I asked if there was anything else that might work and he told me I can't have everything. I get it I guess it can't be fixed but probably a nicer way to tell me. While on his way out he was making another rude comment about the amount of $$ it was that day and the small amount of units along with the assistant kind of laughing. Literally making fun of a patient who bought their Obagi, did microneedling and facials at his place of business?! I am still shocked and sad. So obviously he is a great injector but his bedside manner is terrible. I guess this review means nothing to those who go and get fully botoxed because he would treat you kindly. Again they do a good job but to be embarrassed and put down because I'm not spending enough money is not a good business practice. read more
