-0 stars!!!!!!!! Save your life, and just go somewhere else. Allegedly their surgical center cannot accommodate patients that may need their life saved during their surgery. Allegedly the one giving anesthesia is NOT a doctor. This is not a hospital, but a surgical center, with Dr. Wu as the only doctor. They will not offer a hospital as an option for your procedure. They will just cancel less than 24 hours before, saying their facility cannot accommodate you & this is after having TWO surgical releases. I would advise to not waste your time or money. The doctor couldn't even call to tell me herself why my surgery was canceled. She had all medical information months before, and also in a 2018 consult with all medical records. But having all this info still canceled without a legitiment reason. Causing extreme mental anguish. Remember most of the money you give is non refundable. Any complications could result in death in all surgeries, but this place is telling you that they can't accommodate you, so that to me means they are allegedly incompetent. Pretty scary!!!! Research research & research, ask others. Remember there are many doctors that do amazing work, and work with professionalism, compassion & respect for their patients. Not only did I receive the utmost respect and care before, during, and after my breast augmentation but Dr. Wu's office is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff is very respectful and professional. Before I decided to go with Wu I had consultations with other surgeons but something with them just didn't sit right with me. I'm very unhappy with my breast augmentation results. I wanted to go from a triple D to a full B. But instead I came out with a D cup. I am very unhappy. And because I went through a PE after surgery I am not pursuing this matter. I informed Tammy where I wanted my breast size to be she said she would achieve that. But 2 my surprise as I went bra shopping I was clear6still a D cup. I am so unhappy with my results, and if I could be guaranteed I wouldn't go through another PE I would be in surgery right now. But it's not worth me dying 2 get the breast size I wanted and truly expressed to tammy. I'm very dissatisfied and wished I went somewhere else for my surgery. Went for consultation on 8/7 told she would do some research and get back to me, without a guarantee of conclusion. Understood. A month and a half later I'm told that she doesn't feel comfortable, did no research, did nothing more than what we talked about, but still collected my consultation fee. I was willing to lose the fee if she "couldn't" do what was necessary. But she didn't even try to see if she could. Better for me to not go with her, but extremely disingenuous to accept a fee promising to do research, do nothing and make me follow up to find out. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. After the difficulty with even scheduling to poor follow through to empty promises, seems like this is not the place for quality service or work. read more

Got my breast augmentation done here. Dr. Wu, Karla and the rest of her staff are amazing. Before my consultation, i was very iffy and nervous. When i was seen she was very informative for what would happen during the healing process, pros and cons, what to do and what not to do. She made me feel at ease during my surgery process and had listened to all my wants and needs. There is no other person that i would go to besides her. I knew after all my research that she was the plastic surgeon I had to go to. UPDATED 5/17/2018 I had my breasts done in 2014 and I think it's been enough time to really form an opinion. I went from a 34B to a 34DD. Although I had some boob before, they didn't look proportionate because I am 5'9 and have broader shoulders. At first, I was so happy to just have boobs. Now, I see some issues. She had suggested she lift one of my nipples to perfect the look. It now looks much larger than the other (and completely botched shape). She did work on the other as well. Not as bad, but still much larger than they were naturally and what I feel some unnecessary scarring. She told me there would be a difference in nipple size because of skin stretching but not to this extent. I dont see why she even worked on my nipples. I would have rather had off centered than disfigured (and not even centered). I expressed my concern in my following check ups and she said come back to her when I'm done having kids? So that just tells me she knew she messed up, which is better than her denying a provlem I guess. I had a baby and am going back in December. I'm honestly so scared because I am so self conscious, but I can't afford going to another doctor as I assume shell be doing it for free. I have high hopes because I really like her as a person and hope I am one in her million. I'll write back with the results after. Update- I forgot to update but here it is. I went in and she was willing to fix my issues. But they wanted to charge me around $1500 for hospital/anesthesia fees. They weren't going to charge me for the surgery itself, but it's still $1500. I decided I'd rather put that money toward (not to be rude) someone I can trust a little more in the future. I felt she really wanted to help me and was totally happy to, I just chose to go in a different direction. read more

I called to schedule an appointment after contemplating a tummy tuck for a couple of years. The desk ladies were awesome but said the doctor could not schedule me after 2:00 pm for the consultation. They said that for an extra $100 (on top of the $200 consultation fee) they could try to see if the doctor could see me in the afternoon. I have been saving the money for this procedure for years just to hear that the doctor cannot see me unless I pay an extra $100 to accommodate me. I was disappointed because not aside of paying the extra $100, I have to call in to my new job so I can get a morning off. Clearly, this doctor is all about the money. I will try another doctor that can accommodate me in the after noon. read more

She does amazing work. I haven't used her facility for any of the fillers or face related work but I have had plastic surgery performed by her. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The thing that seems to set her apart from other plastic surgeons (I've never used another plastic surgeon but have multiple friends that have gone to different surgeons in the Sacramento area) is her "bedside manner". She is informative, kind, and knows her stuff. She is quick to answer questions, wants to help you, and is Willing to work hard to achieve the goals you have for your appearance. Due to dramatic weight loss after two pregnancies my abdomen was in tatters and she was able to contour it beautifully and perfectly, restoring it to flat with light tiny-lined scarring. I'm not sure about others preference, but I prefer women doctors and I only felt comfortable with a female plastic surgeon working on me. I went in for my consultation for pretty much what is considered a "mommy make-over" which was a tummy tuck and implants. The consultation went so smooth and this Doctor is theeeeee ONLY Doctor that made me feel so comfortable while she was consulting me with my clothes off...mind you I did 2 other consultations with two other surgeons in two other states and I did NOT get the same feeling. Maybe she was a female and they were males...I don't know but I DO know that Dr. Wu made me feel so loved! Every time I call the office, the staff (Lynne, Karla or Sarah) know it's me as soon as I say "hiiiiiii"! They really know how to make you feel loved & welcomed there. They CARE!
