Alyne is located in a nice medical office building in Tracy right on Grant Line Rd. I was immediately greeted, completed my intake form, had a brief consult to go over the product I wanted, took some photos & then sat for 15 minutes to get numbed up. (The appropriate time to have to wait! Not an hour)! My nurse came back in, completed my procedure, went over after care and the staff even checked my Alle points for me! Both ladies I interacted with were very nice and highly professional! The spa itself if beautiful! It's clean, of course, with a very calming ambience and beautifully decorated. My biggest disappointment was with Botox. I was previously paying just under $500 for 130 units of Dysport elsewhere and getting great results. LaserAway doesn't offer Dysport, so they recommended a Botox equivalent--but the cost was nearly four times higher. I only went through with it because I had built up credits from other treatments, which brought the price down closer to what I was used to paying. Unfortunately, the results were very minimal. Due to travel and work, I didn't follow up until about two months later, and while I understand I was outside their typical window, they were unwilling to offer any resolution. Given the amount I've spent with them and the referrals I've made, I expected a different level of customer care. Just be cautious--don't let the aggressive marketing sway you, and make sure you compare pricing and policies before committing.

I bring up the treatment that I saw on the website and she has no idea about what I am referring to. I kid you not, I had to literally pull up their website and show her what I was asking about because she didn't know about it. She looks at my phone and tells me she doesnt know about it because the service wasnt being done in Tracy. So going there was a complete waste of time. I wish they had told me before I came in to save me a trip. The provider did call me later on after appointment to tell me that there is a branch over an hour away that could perform the service. Labs were abnormal and no follow-up was made. Started to get symptoms, emailed the office for some antibiotics. They recommended an office visit. After that crickets. Suggested to follow up so they did and office said that she would let the Dr know. They called back and said Dr will call via video at 6:30pm. Right be before that time they notified of a time change to 8:15pm. After hours? Made it seem like they were prioritizing this situation. Seems like time management issue to me. During the call I sat in and she talked about her concerns. An ultrasound sound was needed and a follow up call would be made. Ok she seems concern here. Also stated that she will send 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy. Right before the call ended, we brought up the labs from the last visit. She went over them, and sounded concerned. Next day went to the pharmacy, nothing there. So we waited until Monday to follow up. Monday comes and follow up call was made and what happens? Message was relayed. Call back after lunch. Still no response. I'm trying help my friend make healthy choices and don't want the their mindset that all health professionals don't care. Looks like establishing with a new physician is necessary at this point.
