This place simply gives off zen vibes the moment you enter the door. Today, I notice this new thoughtful addition- a refrigerator filled with a variety of drinks- what a way to show your appreciation and care for your clients! My 13 year old daughter commented that "women just do business so much better! So thoughtful!" And I agree! Melinda exudes calm and gentleness. She helps me relax the moment I step into her room. And more so the moment she starts working on my face. She takes her time and even extends the massages to the neck, shoulders, and hands. The products that she used on me today smells soooo good and fresh. Both my daughter and I left feeling better, happier, and with our skin glowing! Looking forward to the next self-care session.

She absolutely nailed my brows (honestly, the best I've ever had), but what really stood out was how genuine she was. We chatted about lash extensions, and when I mentioned that I'm pretty rough with makeup removal, she totally got it. No pressure, no sales pitch--just a real conversation where she respected my concerns. Funny enough, that made me more open to the idea later! I've already booked my next brow appointment and might even try more services soon because Naomi's combination of talent and amazing vibes is hard to beat!

I…read morecalled and spoke with a very nice receptionist who asked about my reason for being seen etc and was set up with the Tracy branch as this was closest to me. A week later, I go to my appointment. Hardly any wait which was great! But then I am greeted by the provider who has no idea why I am there, so I tell her my concerns, and she tells me there is no treatment for this. I bring up the treatment that I saw on the website and she has no idea about what I am referring to. I kid you not, I had to literally pull up their website and show her what I was asking about because she didn't know about it. She looks at my phone and tells me she doesnt know about it because the service wasnt being done in Tracy. So going there was a complete waste of time. I wish they had told me before I came in to save me a trip. The provider did call me later on after appointment to tell me that there is a branch over an hour away that could perform the service. So 1 star for follow up.
