I made an appointment specifically to inquire about a treatment that I saw on their website. I called and spoke with a very nice receptionist who asked about my reason for being seen etc and was set up with the Tracy branch as this was closest to me. A week later, I go to my appointment. Hardly any wait which was great! But then I am greeted by the provider who has no idea why I am there, so I tell her my concerns, and she tells me there is no treatment for this. I bring up the treatment that I saw on the website and she has no idea about what I am referring to. I kid you not, I had to literally pull up their website and show her what I was asking about because she didn't know about it. She looks at my phone and tells me she doesnt know about it because the service wasnt being done in Tracy. So going there was a complete waste of time. I wish they had told me before I came in to save me a trip. The provider did call me later on after appointment to tell me that there is a branch over an hour away that could perform the service. So 1 star for follow up. read more

Went in for full face and underarm laser hair removal. The staff was friendly. I wanted to save money on waxing and threading but ended up spending more on this treatment for it not to work. My facial hair are still there and very noticeable. Lesson learned, I will not try this again. read more

I went with so much hope that I'll be helped or at least I'll be given advise but all I got is No No No to all skin problems I shared with the Dr. Seemed like she was not even interested in my problems and keep moving her head. The app took less then 3 min.I don't have a insurance so had to pay out of pocket. I don't recommend this place at all. Waste of time and money. I came with a rash. I was prescribed medication to treat a fungal infection, and it somewhat worked. For my follow up appointment, the doctor asked me to visit to get a biopsy done. Unfortunately, once I arrived I was told I could not have the biopsy done due to the medication I was taking (that they prescribed) would interfere with the biopsy results. Later I tried to cancel my appointments with this unprofessional practice. After cancellation, they proceed to call me about rescheduling my appointments. When I call back, they told me my appointments have already been cancelled. You might have better luck than me, but you might not. Edit*: They also love to charge you nothing in the office and then send you a bill in the mail later, happened to me twice. Not sure if they are snakes or incompetent. read more

I'm giving them one star because the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was clean. I was totally disappointed when I got there. I mean I was there no more than 20 minutes. He (PA) acted as if he never worked with African American skin; dark skin before. Everything was I don't want to do this or that to your skin because I'm not sure if pigmented skin would react to the treatment or not. He didn't look at anything I went in for. He just pretended like he was interested in helping me and gave me a bag of aveno samples to use. Lol. I mean dude really? I could have done that myself. I felt like an animal that they never seen before. All that to say, I will never go into that place again. If you're going to be a doctor or PA, whatever, make sure you can treat all patients, not a certain demographic of patient population. read more

I then pressed a different number to speak to someone who (I hoped) would be able to transfer me to speak to someone about services. My experience was nothing short of horrible. The nurse Kelsey Chung was probably the most impersonal nurse ever. She made my experience very transactional, didn't listen to any of my concerns, brushed me off and didn't bother to even look at my area of concern. I understand that she did schooling but she was on a high horse and didn't address anything I came in for. I would never return to this place of business, recommend it or schedule another appointment again. To say this is a specialty Clinic is a joke, one expects an elevated experience let alone a basic check up on an area of concern. For a professional to dismiss a patient is very unsettling and one can assume your concerns aren't being addressed, or properly being monitored. read more

I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Nicole and her staff: Brenda, Vanessa, and Jessica. Walking in everyone was smiling, warm, and so nice. I felt like I was really in a place where people were passionate and enjoyed what they do. My visit with Dr. Nicole was very thorough and she really catered to my individual issues. She went into detail about various treatments for my skin, side effects, and gave me options to chose from. I felt she was working alongside me and my needs, instead of just telling me the plan of action for my persistent acne. Omg this place was a nightmare. Rude woman called me to confirm my appointment.after I emailed and reported her actions and cancelled my appointment, I got a call from a very nice woman saying if you keep the appointment you can have 20% off service. I go when I get there the woman at the desk tells me I'll be right with you and she takes a phone call . Britney was nice but I believe they put her with me because I'm black and she's black . To top all this off it hot as hell the ac is out would you like a fan Britney asked then this guy comes in to do my fillers he seemed clueless. This place is great! The ladies up front are all super nice, medical assistants that I have interacted with have all been very friendly and Nicole is amazing! I had been "diagnosed" with a skin issue by two separate dermatologists at another practice, and been prescribed a steroid to use, every day, to manage it. So when the steroid wasn't managing it very well, I came here. Nicole took a look, said that is not what they told you it was, told me what it actually was, prescribed a two week course of medication and viola! skin cleared up. After years of putting steroids on my skin for nothing. Not only do I have better and more knowledgeable care but I can get it in Tracy instead of driving out to Fremont.
