This I place is a joke, I've paid for a hydrafacial and a clear & brilliant and for the 3rd time my appointment has been cancelled. The day before my appointment. You pay for a service up front and you can't even get in. They have my money but I don't get service? No customer service at all to even rebook. They like to take your money and you can't even refund.

It's hard to see but those two dots on my nose that never disappear are from laser burns from 2 years ago.

I would like to preface this by saying that not only did I love the nursing staff at laser away but I have no negative things to say about them, on the contrary I wrote a great review for one of the specific nurses that gave me my second treatment when I just started. My one star review is solely based on the customer service and the business handling them self in a completely unprofessional and in my option rude manner that left me as a customer feeling TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I originally purchased a package that included 6 treatments of IPL for a quite hearty price of over 1,000 dollars to help with my rosacea. I did the whole routine of FaceTiming a nurse who agreed this would be beneficial for my skin and my concerns. I was very excited and like most eager women to fix an insecurity I obviously didn't read the fine print. the nurses were wonderful and professional but I immediately felt some pretty severe pain from the treatment. The only thing I noticed was my freckles were lighter but my skin was extremely red which is the opposite of what I wanted. I continued for 3 complete treatments and on the 4th treatment I had scheduled I told the nurse I was super unhappy with the results and had actually been scared on my nose from the laser. She told me she didn't think I should continue and I completely agreed! No positive improvement on my skin just even more visible redness from the two red dots where I believe I was burned. I went to the front desk and asked them what I could do or if I could get a refund, they said no but I could transfer the remaining money I had to another service. I had already completed laser hair removal so I said I would call back to see what I wanted. When I called back to see how much money remained on my account they said they had marked me down for completing my 4th treatment which wasn't factual, I cancel the treatment before I received the 4th laser session, the girl I was speaking too sounded new and unaware of how to handle the situation she put me on hold and then I was hung up on. I was in the process of moving during this time and had to table the issue for the time being. I proceeded to call back 2 more times and send 2 separate emails regarding resolving the issue of being charged for an extra treatment. EVERY-TIME I spoke to somebody they said they couldn't help but would immediately have somebody contact me to resolve this. By the time somebody finally called me back her name was Karen from a 650 area code. I explained how frustrated and upsetting this whole process had been and I just wanted my money back for the treatments I hadn't received but most importantly for the faulty customer service follow up. Not only did Karen give off a condescending tone she told me she said we don't refund it's in our contract. I said I'm aware of that but since I had waited since September to finally get a call back I thought they could make an exception for such poor customer service, while I was talking I heard her typing something and during our conversation she screenshot a picture of there policy of no refunds completely ignoring my frustration after such an ordeal. What I wanted was simple, fix the fact that I didn't want to be charged for a 4th treatment I never recieved and move the funds of my remaining treatment to another procedure. She said she would have to speak to the nurse who providdd the treatment 2 years prior to confirm I didn't revive that 4th treatment before she could refund me. I sad ok when can I expect a call back and she said within 48 hours. That was 7 days ago and I haven't heard back. At this point I am so disgusted with how this situation was handled or for a better term not handled and will never step foot in the laser away business again, they can rob me of my remaining balance and they won't hear back from me after this but I refuse to be silent and not let EVERY single person that's interested in one of there treatments to know how this company operates or at least how Karen from laser away operates. The fake "hey girl" tone I received from Karen and then when I asked to speak to somebody above her that could better assist me turned into condescending and rude vibe with no follow up is crazy laser away would allow that for people that spend thousand of dollars. Update: they follow up with what feels like a robot "I'm so sorry message" and ask you to ONCE AGAIN contact them to get assistance on the matter. So your telling me 4 lengthy phone calls and several emails with out ANY FORM of resolution isn't enough. As a "professional" business Laser away should 100000000 percent be teaching out to me for taking my money without the service being complete.

I did clear and brilliant twice in this store. I really love the result and recommend to others to try. Nurse Priscilla helped me and I felt no painful and enjoy the treatment.

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I've been a loyal LaserAway client for almost two years and, up until recently, my in-person experiences at both the Tracy and Porter Ranch locations were always great. The staff at both locations are kind, professional and have consistently provided excellent service--which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the scheduling process has been a nightmare. When I was a client with Laser Away, I've had to call multiple times to confirm or cancel appointments that somehow don't get updated in their system. I would cancel an appointment weeks or even months in advance and still receive confirmation texts for it later. I always try to be respectful of time, giving as much notice as possible when I need to reschedule--but it often feels like that courtesy is not reciprocated. The final straw came when I showed up for a confirmed 2 PM appointment at the Tracy location--only to find the office completely closed with no notice or communication. No call, no text, no email. Just a locked door and a wasted trip. I reached out to the regional manager six times regarding these ongoing issues. She responded once, promised compensation for the repeated scheduling failures, and then never followed through. At this point, I've spent way too much time chasing down basic appointment confirmations and trying to fix mistakes I didn't make. Sadly, after years of being a loyal client, I will not be returning. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a decline in professionalism behind the scenes, especially when the in-person service has always been so strong. I just want to also say that this happened in November and now it's May, hoping I'd hear back eventually, but I still haven't. Truly unprofessional and disappointing.

Labs were abnormal and no follow-up was made. Started to get symptoms, emailed the office for some antibiotics. They recommended an office visit. After that crickets. Suggested to follow up so they did and office said that she would let the Dr know. They called back and said Dr will call via video at 6:30pm. Right be before that time they notified of a time change to 8:15pm. After hours? Made it seem like they were prioritizing this situation. Seems like time management issue to me. During the call I sat in and she talked about her concerns. An ultrasound sound was needed and a follow up call would be made. Ok she seems concern here. Also stated that she will send 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy. Right before the call ended, we brought up the labs from the last visit. She went over them, and sounded concerned. Next day went to the pharmacy, nothing there. So we waited until Monday to follow up. Monday comes and follow up call was made and what happens? Message was relayed. Call back after lunch. Still no response. I'm trying help my friend make healthy choices and don't want the their mindset that all health professionals don't care. Looks like establishing with a new physician is necessary at this point.

I ended up buying a package but after thinking about it and knowing my husband and I are trying to conceive and I wouldn't be able to do the treatments if pregnant, I decided it's not the best time. I called and they let me know they have a strict no refund policy, but they would see what they could do given the circumstances. They called back within a very short period of time and let me know they could make an exception and the $100 towards my consultation would still be good for 3 months if I wanted to do something less invasive. The difference is saddening. Five months later and I have now decided it will not settle anymore and look any better and that I've come to reality that this was a big mistake. Do not trust them to enhance your beauty. They will ruin your looks so that they can make an extra buck. I thought I could trust them because of the good reviews but this was clearly not the case.
