Unfortunately, the scheduling process has been a nightmare. When I was a client with Laser Away, I've had to call multiple times to confirm or cancel appointments that somehow don't get updated in their system. I would cancel an appointment weeks or even months in advance and still receive confirmation texts for it later. I always try to be respectful of time, giving as much notice as possible when I need to reschedule--but it often feels like that courtesy is not reciprocated. The final straw came when I showed up for a confirmed 2 PM appointment at the Tracy location--only to find the office completely closed with no notice or communication. No call, no text, no email. Just a locked door and a wasted trip. I reached out to the regional manager six times regarding these ongoing issues. She responded once, promised compensation for the repeated scheduling failures, and then never followed through. At this point, I've spent way too much time chasing down basic appointment confirmations and trying to fix mistakes I didn't make. Sadly, after years of being a loyal client, I will not be returning. Very nice ladies. I've enjoyed going here to get certain areas lasered as well as getting a clear and brilliant. It can be costly, but for me it has been worth it. It's been about 5 months since I've finished my sessions and my hair growth has definitely diminished. I do get a couple hairs here and there under my armpit, but it's to be expected as they are very light hairs. They do tell you you may need touch ups here and there but I haven't really needed it quite yet. The clear and brilliant was more "spicy" for me than the laser hair removal. First of all, everyone at this location has the absolute worst customer service! They act as if you are bothering them when you have a question or concern. One of the receptionists rolled her eyes and gave a huge sigh when I asked about my next appointment. If you hate your job and dealing with the public, quit! I've purchased a few packages, including cool sculpting, laser hair removal, and Botox. They're not cheap, and I'm not satisfied with any of the services they've performed. The last nurse who did my lip filler was unprofessional, condescending, and rude. When I called and advised on my experience there, all the receptionist said was, "Oh, I'm sorry that happened" This woman literally was poking the hell out of my lip, and I told her it didn't feel right and my lip broke out in a huge bruise and I couldn't even go to work for two weeks. How about hiring nurses who know what they are doing? The nurse who did my CoolSculpting couldn't even operate the machine and get the wands to stay on my arms. I even mentioned I didn't think I got the full benefit because they kept falling off. Nothing was done to compensate or make the situation any better. My experience with Botox was just as bad. I wanted to come back, fix it, and add more, but no one ever got back to me. At this point, I don't want any of the services and just want my money back. I've received these services elsewhere and never dealt with such unprofessionalism and awful customer service. All they care about is their commission. In addition, they never have any appointments available and have the audacity to sell services they can't follow through with. I cannot discourage you strongly enough to keep you from going with Laser Away. My wife and I spent almost 6 k on tattoos and hair removal treatments. We paid for this all in advance. Horrible customer service. They canceled my appointment the evening before I was supposed to come in which was less than 24 hrs before my appointment. I have a medical condition that requires me to get the laser treatment within 24 hours of shaving, which they require you to do before coming in. When I tried ti reschedule the appointment I was told someone would call me back in 2 hours because they didn't have any appointments available at the times and dates I could come in. No one ever called me back! Then they sent me a confirmation to an appointment that I told them I could not make it to!!! I didn't have a great experience on my first visit to this practice. I had the instant glow laser facial and I didn't get a glow, not instantly, not ever. I've had lasers like Halo, LaseMD, CO2 laser and it was my first time getting this treatment from this device which is the Cynosure Elite Plus laser, it has duel wavelength technology, 755nm and 1064nm. When I asked the provider who was doing my laser which wavelength would the device be using as it is supposed to recognize my skin type/tone and use a certain wavelength. The provider knew nothing about wavelengths for this device. This made me very nervous, because my expectations for any energy based devices to treat the face is to have a fully trained and experienced provider. All of my providers at other facilities always knew the wavelengths and could tell me exactly how that wavelength would address my skin concerns, and when I asked her about it she didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about. The provider was nice but I am reluctant to return to this facility. read more

I absolutely love the receptionist and the nurse that i had. They were very friendly and they walked to through all the steps and the aftercare. They are also very welcoming and very respectful. Such an amazing experience that I had there and i'm definitely excited to go back!! read more

I suppose as far as accommodating me when I was upset about the wait time they have been professional as well as while I'm there. My only issue is the month it takes to actually book in your appointment time. It takes a month! This is a pretty big corporation and each location is the same no openings. I had an appointment that was to receive two treatments and one was canceled due to the gal being sick. So why do I have to wait 2 weeks to see her now? Not my problem. Again they are nice but hire some people to accommodate all your business because I am not loyal and will move on when I am finished with my treatment sorry but time isn't waiting for me either. read more
