Shayaan Tracy location Yesterday I felt like customer service is not their first priority. Front desk receptionist shayaan, was disrespectful. She was not understanding of my situation. I understand businesses want to hold their customers accountable with same day cancellation but they also need to understand life happens. When I spoke to shayaan I asked her to hold while I can discuss my situation with my husband. She hind up on me and when I tried calling couple of time I felt like my calls were ignored. I just hope these businesses understand that customers pay a lot of money to get the service. Most of the time they're running behind, I usually have to wait for atleast 10-15 mins. If these businesses so upset and want you to pay for same cancellation fee, they should also do your part to be on time and not make their customers wait when appointments are scheduled. I really hope the company holds their staff accountable since they charge so much for their service. I was fortunate enough to get the BOGO deal on laser treatments (Brazilian and upper lip), and have had 2 sessions to date, and regret not having done this sooner. You do see the difference after 7-10days(it's not immediate, and shaving before was weird because I had religiously waxed every 2 wks for upper lip, and 4 weeks for Brazilian) BUT can say that after a week...the hairs fall off. I'm happy they have this location in Tracy and will continue to have my sessions. The hair growth is REALLY minimal at this point and appreciate it (after years of waxing...THIS should have been in my life sooner- CAN'T EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH).. because the only time I remember to go for treatment is after the text reminder because the hair growth is close to none (I no longer notice the need for hair removal in both areas). The total cost seems intimidating at first, but the cost analysis of only having to deal with 8-10 sessions every month (with a 70-100% hair growth reduction rate) vs. waxing (typically $100 for both with tip) every month is well worth it in the long run. read more

I went for my first appointment today and it was a horrifying experience, almost borderline violent. Nurse Alex provided the treatment, which was done in less than 1 min (full face laser). When I inquired about the laser setting, she yelled and said "I can't tell you that." I was surprised that she was unwilling to answer such a simple question so I asked why couldn't she share that information with me, as this is a procedure that is being performed on me, and I have every legal right to know the details of the procedure. She then retorted "do you even know what the numbers mean?" She proceeded to get very close to me and square up. I told her it didn't matter whether I knew what the numbers represented - I am entitled to the information pertaining to my treatment. She then said "You don't know what the numbers mean so I'm not telling you. And I passed out last night. I was literally passed out and they made me work today." As she said this, she continued to get uncomfortably close. I told her I felt uncomfortable with the interaction and proceeded to walk out of the treatment room. Alex then stormed out behind me, and as I was speaking with the front desk, told the other patient she was about to treat that she had passed out and she was being forced to work. As I was leaving, she told the front desk staff "I gotta get the f*** outta here" and the front desk staff did not seem to be troubled by the incredibly unprofessional and unhinged behavior. I get it - life is hard right now and we ought to care for each other. But I was legitimately concerned for my safety. I unfortunately bought a rather pricey package, and will work to get it refunded in its entirety because I simply do not even feel safe. LaserAway, customers seem to have serious grievances, and I hope someone from corporate will reach out, as I believe we have 60 days to resolve a concern before I can take this to arbitration. Also, it would help if you posted a customer service number or email address online. Consumers have rights, and this consumer is well aware of her rights. Hello My name is Athena Mischal, I've been coming to laser away in Tracy for about two years and have purchased 2 packages total of 16 sessions for my laser hair removal treatments, amongst a few other services from them. My hair removal package was for my entire lower body, abdomen , & underarms. (Quite a big package to have purchased twice) I'll give them the 1 star for good customer service and experience. But honestly , what originally sold me on this was how significantly I was told by the consultant that my hair growth would be reduced to next to nothing. I figured this big investment would be worth it. Yes I'm obviously aware of "touch-up" treatments but this is nowhere near the case. The laser hair removal seems like it's working while you are getting your treatments. The Hair is thinner, more sparse and grows back a lot slower .. but as soon as it's just about time for my next laser appointment it as though my hair growth is just as bad as before. After completing all 16 of my sessions I have nothing to show for it , I completed my sessions last month and now I'm struggling at home with the return growth , the hairs are just as course as when I started , they grow back within hours or the next day , & since I'm having to shave so consistently the skin becomes irritated and I'm dealing with ingrown hairs even on my legs. It's horrible. It's sad that I've been a loyal customer , so young , trying to invest into myself by paying all of this money just to be left disappointed. And the thing is .. I would have been happy with ANY difference , I was so desperate for change. But nothing is different . It's like as soon I stop getting treatments , everything reverses and I see no benefits after all that I've purchased . I wish they would be more up front to begin with to prevent things like this from happening. I almost feel scammed. read more

Its a SCAM. Do not sign up for package. They give you half information and when you try to cancel they take hell lot of time and I did two sessions. One chin and wanted lower part of chin they said I have to buy nose down package. They cannot do only neck. Plus THEY will give me underarms free. When I went to cancel they said they are charging regular price not discount price. Also they charged me for underarms(which I did not ask for they gave it to me). I had to pay $798( chin, lip and freaking underarm). Guys they dont even have email support. Looks like they dont want you to have written communications. read more

Shoutout to CASSANDRA and SANNAM for working on my legs, underarms, bikini and fillers treatment, they are the MOST caring and go out of their way to answer all your questions and concerns! this place is insanely overpriced and not worth your money. paying thousands for treatment is one thing but the service and professionalism not matching that high dollar service is another. getting rescheduled without a phone call, skipping services because they're understaffed and not even able to give a refund when requesting to cancel the rest of my package. nothing against the nurses in there they're great! but corporate/managers need to do better. i HIGHLY regret choosing them for my laser treatments. read more
