I have lived my life for 40 years dealing with so many physical and emotional insecurities that I felt it was time for change. I have been in therapy for years dealing with my insides that I was finally ready to deal with the outside. I had several questions about many procedures that Laser Away provides and decided it was finally time to pick up the phone and ask professionals. I was so nervous when I called...the line rang...my hands were shaking. I almost hung up after the line began to trill and right before I could hang up, a woman picked up the phone. It seemed like she was lightening fast picking up and the weirdest thing happened. In a instant my hesitation paused. She gave me a standard response when a professional company picks up; however, there was something in her voice that told me I was going to be taken care of...and taken care of I was! I must have been on the phone for what seemed like hours drilling her with question after question about every and all the procedures that I thought I could benefit from and then some! Not once did I feel as if I was bothering her, not once did I feel as if she was becoming impatient, not once did I feel as if I was a dud for asking some fairly basic questions. She was going beyond in making me feel taken care of and this was just an introductory, routine Q and A phone call! Needless to say, I was impressed and decided that if she was being as comprehensive and as gentle as she was, then I was in the right place and the rest was going to be a breeze. For me, the hardest part was picking up the phone, and as nervous and scared as I was in doing so, I left the conversation after an hour and a half feeling confident that I was ready to book my insecurities away. It ended up being one of the best decisions I have ever made for my self esteem. So, thank you Kali, for making me feel so comfortable when I was shaking in my very BIG boots, you helped me change my life. Laser Away gave me confidence that I never had and never knew I truly needed. This was one of the first steps in starting to love myself again...and it all started with a warm, patient, and soothing voice of a very caring individual. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Choosing laser hair removal with LaserAway is one of the biggest regrets I've had regarding my appearance and self-confidence. Before starting treatment, I did not have excessive hair growth on my stomach, back, or several other parts of my body. After spending thousands of dollars, countless hours attending appointments, and repeatedly shaving before every session as instructed, I am now dealing with MORE hair growth than I had before treatment. The most devastating result has been on my face. I never used a razor on my face before LaserAway. I was specifically instructed to shave for treatments. Today, I have noticeable hair growth around my chin and jawline and need frequent threading just to feel comfortable. I never had to deal with this before. Instead of feeling more confident, I now spend more time, money, and emotional energy managing hair growth that has become worse after treatment. Seeing hair appear in areas that were never previously a concern has been incredibly frustrating and damaging to my self-esteem. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I raised these concerns directly with LaserAway months ago and received no meaningful response. I trusted the process, followed instructions, invested significant money, and expected professional guidance. The outcome has been the exact opposite of what I was promised. If you are considering laser hair removal, please research the risk of paradoxical hair growth and understand that not every customer experiences the results shown in marketing materials. I have been a loyal customer of LaserAway for nearly 10 years and typically schedule Botox treatments every 5-6 months without any issues. Until recently, I had always been satisfied with my results and the service provided. However, in November 2025, I received 40 units of Botox and waited the full two weeks to allow the treatment to take effect. Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference or improvement at all. Given my long history with this company, I immediately contacted the Tracy office to express my concerns and seek guidance on what could have gone wrong. To my disappointment, my attempts to communicate were completely ignored. I reached out multiple times and received no meaningful response, nor was I able to speak with a manager. After being a loyal client for nearly a decade, the lack of follow-up, accountability, and basic customer care has been extremely frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that they have refused to reimburse the money I paid, despite the treatment showing no noticeable results and my prompt efforts to address the issue. It is unfortunate that a company I trusted for so many years would handle a long-term customer's concern this way. I expected professionalism and at minimum a conversation to resolve the matter. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LaserAway. I signed up for a package with the clear understanding that I would receive a specific number of sessions. However, I have only been given 8, and after all of them, I've only seen about a 20% reduction in hair--a result that is far below what I was led to expect when I signed up. When I went to the clinic to ask for clarification, I was told to contact the person who sold me the package--only to find out that she no longer works there. That left me with no one to turn to and no support from the company. It's completely unacceptable to spend a significant amount of money and then be left without answers or accountability. The lack of communication, the misleading promises, and the poor results have made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel like I was taken advantage of and didn't get what I paid for. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend LaserAway to anyone. If I could give them negative million stars that's what I will do. Laser Away people and business is a scam. They charged me more than $6,800 without my knowledge and approval for not even a single treatment. I scheduled an appointment in July, 2023 for my daughter who was under 16 so the appointment was cancelled by Laser Away . For that reason I have been charged $6800. First, they were denying for more than months that no charge was made. When I got notification that my credit scores have dropped I found out that I was charged for more than $6800 by Laser Away. Till today the money has not been refunded and my credit scores are dropped by 88 points for past due payments for the services which were never received. Rebecca whom I spoke the first day at Laser away and who is responsible for all this mess and her manager Moana...it seems like they have moved to Mars. Not reachable at all. The most amazing, talented and caring people work at Laserway. They listen to what you want give opinions if you ask and get you the best results. My last I went I had Kat and she was so helpful with the concerns and questions I had. I went in to get another round of botox and my first true lip filler. She did a wonderful job. Since i have been getting botox i noticed each time it wears off my lines are showing less and less. The botox is actually reversing those lines i have been trying to get rid of with expensive creams. If you are even thinking about doing something like I was for years it is definitely worth calling and talking to them. It was the best decision I have ever made. read more

I love love love this place. I was a first time filler and Botox-ee very nervous BUT the front staff was so nice and accommodating. Kali you're the best always working hard to get the appointments that fit my schedule and going through extra distance for me. Have been coming to Laser Away in Tracy for 3 months now for Facial hair removal. I have had nurse Priscilla every time and she has been amazing! She makes sure I am comfortable and she is very thorough! I am seeing less and less hair, I know by the end this process it will be worth every penny! I got a great deal, as they are always having some kind of promotion. The facility is always spotless which is great because that has always been a big phobia of mine. As a male, starting hair removal I was nervous because I thought it was mainly a woman thing to do but when I came into the lobby there was another male there and they informed me a lot of men come for their services! I was shocked honestly. I do hair removal on my full body and cheeks on my face and I've seen a huge difference so far, I still have 4 treatments left too!
