I honestly don't understand the reviews of people talking bad about the owners mannerism. I from the 1st appointment felt welcome and always have a fun time like a girls day at the spa. Respect her time and she will respect yours simple as that. As a business owner who probably hears all the excuses and gets cancellation can be very frusterating especially when you count on that income and then people cancel late and you lose out on it. It's not her fault. She has always accomadated me and was always sweet about it. Your actions will get your reactions. I am going in for a 3rd or 4th treatment and can't wait to see her and get here services done. She's amazing at what she does. read more

UPDATED - please see screenshot of text. After being angry regarding my review...foul language and extremely unprofessional. I'm in shock. BE CAREFUL when booking here, make sure you have a discussion with the owner (Chezerae) regarding her policy. There is absolutely no language around "NON REFUNDABLE" for your full payment (only on deposit). It is extremely vague. I was honestly really excited when I found her on Instagram. She had a solid deal for Emsculpt and I even ended up adding more services on the spot when I came for my first appointment. She requires you to send first a small deposit via Zelle which I had paid $65. This is sent BEFORE even meeting her in person, and in her website she states that the deposit is forfeited if you cancel 48 hours or less. This totally makes sense (but there is no language stating you won't get a refund anyway if it's more than 48 hours) At your first appointment she requires you to prepay for your sessions upfront before she does anything for you. At this point I've prepaid the full amount for all 4 sessions plus some addition, so I've paid a total of $660 in cash. I respected that procedure and paid everything upfront. We then also scheduled out the next 3 appointments which are all at least one week in between each other. I had a pleasant experience with her services and couldn't wait until the next session. Then I found out I was pregnant! Which was totally unplanned. I had texted Chezerae asking if Emsculpt was safe for pregnant women and she kindly indicated it wasn't. I was upset but nonetheless I had to cancel all my future appointments. This is when her true colors came and I saw that she only cared about protecting herself and paying herself. At first I felt bad because this was unexpected, so I asked if I could use the remaining balance as a gift card and gift it to my friends. She said yes and I couldn't find anyone who was interested in her services. I had to continuously follow up with her regarding her policy and she would take days sometimes even a week to respond. She finally did respond after multiple texts of me following up and offered a refund ($112.50) So in total I paid $660 - $112.50 = $548 for one session. When I was supposed to receive 4 total plus two areas. Super sad. As a small business owner / freelancer myself I would never rob my clients of their money if I was unable to provide my services for them. And only have them pay for what they have used / and my time. She used language that states "in order to protect myself and the client". I don't really understand where there is protection needed when there was AMPLE time notice, I did not waste her time and I still paid for the services that I DID use. She still had plenty of time to rebook the time slots that I cancelled. Anyway...protect YOURSELF if booking here and make sure you have a convo with her before giving her your cash. I wanted to try out the Platinum BBL service she provided witch was the EMF + Vacuum therapy. I found my service to be enjoyable and educating. Chezarae was informative and asked me questions about my heath to make sure I was able to receive the service safely. Since I was late due to traffic and road closures caused by the heavy rain, I had to turn around and go back home. I texted her before I went that I will be late but I knew later I was going to be really late. I did do a $50 deposit which she can keep and I also pay her $150 cancellations fee. But she have no customer service and so unprofessional. I know I was wrong but I pay the cancellation fee even though my service was only $150. But she was being so rude and as you can see how she texted me.. so rude and cussing me and calling me name. I'm glad I didn't went because later I found out that it's a house she does her service at not at a clinic or salon. Also she won't be taking anymore new client. read more
