Chezarae is amazing! I had originally come across her account on Instagram and was immediately intrigued by her services. Making an appt w her is super easy and she is flexible. What I like the best about her is her sense of humor! She is absolutely hilarious. She knows what she's doing and doesn't play around. She works super hard and is very knowledgable and knows how to help her clients. It is an honor to be a part of her client list. I am not sure what all the hate is with the other reviewers. I am East Indian and I have never felt uncomfortable, unwanted or any type of rudeness from her. Nothing but open arms and honest work ethics. Everyone should definitely give her a try! read more

She's simply the best. Knows her stuff and knows what's best for your skin. Amazing prices. Yes ladies I'm over fifty. Check out my non filtered pics below. She did that. ! read more

Worst customer service experience. Not even worth a star. I contacted this business for a consultation and was met with rude and dismissive responses. I was repeatedly told I was wasting their time instead of receiving professional assistance. I was also told that they do not take Indian clients unless they have a referral, which I found very concerning. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this business. read more

This lady is very rude and speaks very unprofessional. I was simply trying to book an appointment and her site wasn't working for some odd reason and she wants to say a little smart remarks and be frustrated with me like it's my own fault. It's a very sad that people don't have professionalism no more when it comes to small businesses. I really liked her work and wanted to book after looking at her page, but after speaking with her and the way she spoke with me I will never recommend. She unblocked me just to say this lol read more

If you want a real result, this is the place to be!! You get your money's worth. The bestest and baddest Esthetician i have met. She will tell you everything you need to know and what you need to work on without sugarcoating anything. I had multiple sessions with her for the past 4 weeks now and i have nothing bad to say. 10/10 recommend. No place i'd rather be. read more

Chezarae delivers a high standard of care. If you want results, book her. She will get you there. She is knowledgeable, caring, and wants the best outcomes. She focuses on quality results. I am grateful I was recommended to her by one of her regulars. I needed to know what was her secret and I see that it's Chezarae's passion for helping people be their best. On a professional level, I really enjoyed my session and her service. I highly recommend her to individuals focused on getting results. I genuinely appreciated her passion for her craft and my outcomes. She truly wanted me to get results. She's knowledgeable, efficient, detail oriented, timely and consistently assessing the client during the service and after, and adjusting for my specific areas of need. On a personal level, I really appreciate her values. I appreciated that she gave her professional opinion and put that above her own financial benefit. I had multiple areas of need and she was soft with my insecurities and gave me services at my pace. I thought that was so kind. And lastly, she was very professional about after care instructions so my results improve further. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciate how much heart and passion she puts into her work. I left my session feeling beautiful and cared for. It was an honor to meet her and receive her service. I hope you go to see her, arrive with an open heart and mind, and get to experience the same. read more

Girl where is that RN because when I came in twice there was no RN you said it was your husband license you were working under lol and also the first time I came in you started to try on dresses in front of me and with my damn bra! For some family event you had in LA. Girl you are hilarious and honestly you have people give you 5 starts and receive a discount or free treatment and people who book you will notice your attitude and the truth. The truth always comes out. You need to take anger management. Also I NEVER asked for free anything lmao you don't even know what services I got!!! read more

very unprofessional and rude. if you're struggling to book she rather not help you and ignore you.

I honestly don't understand the reviews of people talking bad about the owners mannerism. I from the 1st appointment felt welcome and always have a fun time like a girls day at the spa. Respect her time and she will respect yours simple as that. As a business owner who probably hears all the excuses and gets cancellation can be very frusterating especially when you count on that income and then people cancel late and you lose out on it. It's not her fault. She has always accomadated me and was always sweet about it. Your actions will get your reactions. I am going in for a 3rd or 4th treatment and can't wait to see her and get here services done. She's amazing at what she does. read more

UPDATED - please see screenshot of text. After being angry regarding my review...foul language and extremely unprofessional. I'm in shock. BE CAREFUL when booking here, make sure you have a discussion with the owner (Chezerae) regarding her policy. There is absolutely no language around "NON REFUNDABLE" for your full payment (only on deposit). It is extremely vague. I was honestly really excited when I found her on Instagram. She had a solid deal for Emsculpt and I even ended up adding more services on the spot when I came for my first appointment. She requires you to send first a small deposit via Zelle which I had paid $65. This is sent BEFORE even meeting her in person, and in her website she states that the deposit is forfeited if you cancel 48 hours or less. This totally makes sense (but there is no language stating you won't get a refund anyway if it's more than 48 hours) At your first appointment she requires you to prepay for your sessions upfront before she does anything for you. At this point I've prepaid the full amount for all 4 sessions plus some addition, so I've paid a total of $660 in cash. I respected that procedure and paid everything upfront. We then also scheduled out the next 3 appointments which are all at least one week in between each other. I had a pleasant experience with her services and couldn't wait until the next session. Then I found out I was pregnant! Which was totally unplanned. I had texted Chezerae asking if Emsculpt was safe for pregnant women and she kindly indicated it wasn't. I was upset but nonetheless I had to cancel all my future appointments. This is when her true colors came and I saw that she only cared about protecting herself and paying herself. At first I felt bad because this was unexpected, so I asked if I could use the remaining balance as a gift card and gift it to my friends. She said yes and I couldn't find anyone who was interested in her services. I had to continuously follow up with her regarding her policy and she would take days sometimes even a week to respond. She finally did respond after multiple texts of me following up and offered a refund ($112.50) So in total I paid $660 - $112.50 = $548 for one session. When I was supposed to receive 4 total plus two areas. Super sad. As a small business owner / freelancer myself I would never rob my clients of their money if I was unable to provide my services for them. And only have them pay for what they have used / and my time. She used language that states "in order to protect myself and the client". I don't really understand where there is protection needed when there was AMPLE time notice, I did not waste her time and I still paid for the services that I DID use. She still had plenty of time to rebook the time slots that I cancelled. Anyway...protect YOURSELF if booking here and make sure you have a convo with her before giving her your cash. Below is the only language there is in her website regarding her policy (nowhere does it say non refundable): CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS: CANCELLED 48 HOURS OR LESS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: DEPOSIT FORFEITED AND REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF CANCELLED APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: RESCHEDULED 24HOURS OR LESS REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL FOR SERVICE PRIOR TO RESCHEDULE AND A $50 RESCHEDULING FEE UPDATED - please see screenshot of text. After being angry regarding my review...foul language and extremely unprofessional. I'm in shock.UPDATED - please see screenshot of text. I had been following Chezaraes Instagram for about a year or so and I have been meaning to get an appointment with her and I FINALLY just had my first appointment with her in February. I wanted to try out the Platinum BBL service she provided witch was the EMF + Vacuum therapy. I found my service to be enjoyable and educating. Chezarae was informative and asked me questions about my heath to make sure I was able to receive the service safely. I got instant results with the vacuum therapy and we are still currently working on the EMF sessions for some extra growth on my problem areas! I'll be booking appointments with her to continue my sessions Booking is simple with her as well, I've had no issues with my deposit or after session payments. Very simple read more

Chezaree is the absolute sweetest! She has great bedside manners and I really appreciate that she explains the procedures in detail before we start. I have had 2 sessions with her and am looking forward to 2 more. I drive from San Jose to see her and she is always very accommodating with my schedule which I highly appreciate! She does require a deposit before she gives any details for the booking. I understand why she has this policy because she is running a business on her own and the daily messages can be overwhelming for a single person. Rest assured, once your deposit is received she gives you all the details and sets all of your appointments in advance. I recommend her for any of the beauty services she is offering! read more

Best experience! Definitely helpful and knowledgeable, I can't wait until my next appointment!

After 1 year of following sculpted beauty on Instagram I finally had my first visit with Chezarae. Listen when I say her machines are top of the line and not those cheap machines pretty much everyone else has so your results will be amazing! Amazing services that you can get. The owner is one of the realist person you can meet. She is very straightforward and honest. She provides the honest feedback on what your want with your body type. She takes pride in her work so she will let you know if certain services will work for your body. Not like the other places who will do anything just to take your money. Definitely recommended!! read more

Yes. Very easy process with maximum results . I was a bit late and had to pay an extra fee but it was worth every penny. She was very professional and informal. I got to experience the 1hr body sculpt and my god, my love handles really disappeared that day. I felt so GOOD when I left. read more

Chezarae is absolutely AMAZING! I'm not a California native I'm in town for work when I came across her IG page. Like I told her I was weary at first until I seen she was verified on YELP!! Best decision ever!! As a Travel Nurse we rely heavy on YELP reviews and verifications! I got 4 Emsculpt treatments and RF Skin tighten of chin and jowl and every impressed after my facial treatment! Emsculpt takes a little more time to see results but I can say my abs are stronger and I can hold plank now! Lol Chezarae is very knowledgeable, welcoming and straight out down to earth person! Even though my contract is ended near her I'm still coming back to her once I get settled in Sac almost a 2hr drive because her customer service and expertise is five star!!! Thanks so much again!!! read more

Since I was late due to traffic and road closures caused by the heavy rain, I had to turn around and go back home. I texted her before I went that I will be late but I knew later I was going to be really late. I did do a $50 deposit which she can keep and I also pay her $150 cancellations fee. But she have no customer service and so unprofessional. I know I was wrong but I pay the cancellation fee even though my service was only $150. But she was being so rude and as you can see how she texted me.. so rude and cussing me and calling me name. I'm glad I didn't went because later I found out that it's a house she does her service at not at a clinic or salon. Also she won't be taking anymore new client. read more
