Couldn't get in with my original spa so I tried this place. I booked a package and got a facial…read moreand massage but wasn't aware it 30 minutes each so only a hour for my services. My spas packages are usually a hour each service so I should have ask ahead of time. The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. I think if I ever book again it would only be for a massage because she did have a nice touch and all around nice lady.

If you're looking for an esthie bestie, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I was randomly scrolling through…read moreinstagram when i came across Hayley's page and i just knew i had to book with her (her work hours worked perfectly with my work schedule so it was a plus!) I knew my skin barrier felt damaged since it was super dry, dull and when i placed products on my face, like lotion, my face stung and became irritated. Let me tell you, Hayley took the time to go over my new client questionnaire, was very thorough and provided information before we even got to the facial. Her studio room is so cozy and welcoming which made me feel so comfortable just like if we've known each other for years! Now let's talk about the facial. I booked her summer glow facial and my skin thanked me after it was over! I came out glowing and my skin felt like it was able to breath again! I'm not sure what step it was or what machine she used but there was a part where it felt like tingly shocks on my face and i absolutely loved it hahaha. She customized a home routine to repair my skin barrier and i can't wait until my next appointment so we can start my skincare journey and start to feel confident to show off my bare face again ! At the age of 31, i wish i would've gotten into skin care way sooner but it's never to late to start! So book with her! You won't regret it

Man, I'm bummed to have to update my review and I will not be returning. I have been going here for…read moreyears. I go multiple times throughout the year and have had amazing experiences. However, each of my last few visits have had small issues that, if they happened only once, I could have ignored. But, I can't really ignore the small issues anymore. I am not a confrontational person, so no, I did not say anything each time something happened because it felt nitpicky, until I realized that something was happening during every recent visit consistently. And overall, my experiences were still pretty good. One of the first times there was an issue with unprofessionalism it was something that made me uncomfortable. I once overheard the blonde lady, that's worked there for a long time, talking badly about someone's body that she had just given a Brazilian wax to. So, I noted to myself, to never get waxed there. The last several massages I've had there have been with the same person. And she's actually great. But some things have happened during my massages that have cut into my ability to relax. Every single massage for at least the last year, she has brought in what sounded like a metal container with iced water? And she repeatedly will refill a water bottle loudly during my massage with iced water and then constantly stop the massage to loudly drink from it with the ice in the metal bottle or cup clinking around. I have never seen what it is, because I am face down during the massage but that's what it sounds like. Multiple times I can hear this masseuse and have also caught other masseuses here texting or doing things on their phones during my massage. Let me preface this next one with, I am actually 420 friendly.... However, I am 99% sure during my most recent massage, she was hitting a vape. I smelled it MULTIPLE times during my massage. Normally doesn't bother me out in the real world... but during my massage??!! Also, when I walked in for my most recent massage, the owner, was who let me in. I said Hello, good morning to her. No response. Another thing worth noting is, their neighbors have LOUD barking dogs. I understand the spa cannot help this. But you can and will hear it during your massage. Something changed here. I am sad to have to go elsewhere.
