I had a really great experience with Christine. She gives a very intuitive massage. She listened to what I actually wanted worked on and she focused on those areas. She knew exactly how to find the areas of stress and tension and applied the perfect amount of pressure. There are some areas of my body like my hips that tend to be extra tender and she was very gentle in those areas. I left leaving refreshed, energized and pain-free. Received a gift card for my birthday and decided to use it to get a lash lift. The lady who did my lashes was extremely friendly and sweet but after finishing, I could barely tell they were done... for being $75 for a lash lift and not being able to tell is unfortunate. Grateful I had the gift card because if I had to spend $75 for this I'd be pretty upset. I was really looking forward to my first nanofusion facial, and while the experience felt relaxing, the aftermath was extremely disappointing. When I got home and especially the next day, I had visible scratches and dark markings all over my face. They were so noticeable that I had to wear foundation to cover them, which is the opposite of what I expected after a professional treatment. The esthetician did ask me during the facial if it felt too rough, but as a professional, I feel they should know how much pressure is appropriate without leaving my skin worse off than when I walked in. I had planned to return for future services, but after this experience, I'm very hesitant. I came in tonight and received the Healing Massage from Nathalie and let me tell you... I genuinely feel renewed. I love that the establishment has its own parking lot. Coming into the building you are greeted with immediate relief by the spas aroma. I was greeted by another CMT who assisted me in the check-in process. Once completed, I met Nathalie. She was sweet, forthcoming, and receptive to my care, needs, and trouble spots. When we entered the room she asked a few questions surrounding what type of work I do (to better understand zones I requested a little more focus on) and if I can carrying any stress. As someone who normally gets deep tissue; I love how she explained her techniques. She incorporated deep tissue, relaxation and PT! There was hot stone, aromatherapy, deep breathing by, and stretches. Once complete (I was surprised how quick it went by), and I dressed I could bend all the way down and place my hands flat on the floor in front of my feet! What relief! I love how the room had very little light, as this added additional decompression. Lastly, Nathalie sends after care from the massage to continue the benefit received during the session. Esly is the best massage therapist I've experienced here. She does an excellent and thorough job, with perfect pressure. I felt both relaxed, and she effectively addressed my knots. Definitely deserving of 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars is because I didn't have a great experience with a different therapist. She started my massage late and ended 5 minutes early despite paying for a 90-minute session. Not only that, but during my massage around my eyes were tingling/burning from some essential oils she put on or near the face cover. Which she then had to spend extra time twice during my massage to fix and then finally replaced the cover because my eyes were still burning. I felt jipped and not relaxed. After that experience I've only booked with Esly. That's the only person I can recommend. read more
