It's been a couple of years since our last massage. I could feel the knots in my shoulders worsening with each stressful day. They had gotten so sore in the last couple of days. I made my appointment by texting their business number, within minutes. Romela, my masseuse texted me a reminder of my appt. Note, there's the usual 2-day intake form so arrive a little early to get that squared away. Romela was able to customize my massage based on the completed form - combination of deep tissue and lymphatic. She was really strong and applied a lot of pressure, like I had requested. There must be a massage oil warmer used. I appreciated the steamed towels used - for the back before the massage started, for my feet to clean them, and one to wipe down the massage oil. There was also a lavender self-heating eye mask applied when you flip over. The entire experience was very spa-like. I will be scheduling routine massages with Romela. She is fantastic. read more
