I was already waiting in the parking lot because no one ever answers the door on time. Wanted 15 minutes, went in, and they said my therapist ran to the store because I said I would be late. Unfortunately, my masseuse was absolutely on her phone during my massage and there was long periods of time that there were pauses and I could hear her tapping.
