The first issue was that they do not accept card payments. It would have been helpful to know this when I made the appointment over the phone so I could come prepared. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. The massages started around 11:05 AM and ended before 12:30 PM, so we did not receive the full 90 minutes we paid for. The atmosphere was also disappointing. The walls are very thin, and throughout our massages we could clearly hear people talking and laughing loudly, which made it difficult to relax. Most importantly, the deep tissue massage was not a deep tissue massage. Aside from one area on my leg that was already sensitive, there was very little pressure or focused muscle work. The experience honestly felt more comparable to a $25-$35 foot massage than a professional deep tissue treatment. For the price, I expected much better. Between the shortened session, lack of a true deep tissue massage, and noisy environment, I left feeling that it was a waste of money. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I signed up for a 60 minute full body massage, and the male masseuse took me back to one of the rooms, where I disrobed to my comfort level and laid down with a towel over me. Not only was the massage perfect, he made sure to take care of my shoulder injury, and actually left me feeling better than I came in, but he also worked for the entire hour! There were definitely parts that were great, however it was more mediocre overall as he was extremely gentle and it felt more like a rub and a massage.
