Her gift has seen me through everything from regular life stress, to pregnancies, to healing post brain surgery. She's the sweetest person and provides great service. The environment is cozy and peaceful. Not being able to come once the pandemic hit was devastating. So I was so glad when we were able to resume. So let me save you some time and energy by providing you with some info about the customer service received from this place. #1. She doesn't answer the phone which is understandable I'm sure she's busy with clients as most massage parlors are. #2. I texted her after not being able to get a hold of her thru the phone and she replied about 3.5/4 hours later to let me know she's not taking new clients at the moment. The reason for the 2 stars is based on this interaction. I might try to book here again in a few months but I honestly don't think I will since I hate wasting my time and waiting for business to respond when they can easily just post on their websites or on their voice messages that they are unable to take new clients and save their prospective clients time and energy so they can look else where. read more

This review is based upon no masks being worn today(October 2020). I wish I could have experienced a massage, but Crissy was not wearing a mask inside and told me masks were optional, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Crissy did seem nice, but seemed to not understand that Covid 19 is an illness mostly spread though the air. She argued with me as to why what she does is okay, though masks are optional for clients and she failed to wear a mask when I was inside her business. read more

Chrissy has an amazing understanding of massage therapy and you can tell by the enthusiasm in her voice that she truly enjoys her art. With that being said, the massages are amazing! Chrissy offers a variety of options, and with each visit the massage becomes more tailor made for your body's needs. Can't wait for my next visit (in 45 minutes lol)! My first visit consisted of the Hot Stone Massage, which was extremely relaxing. I wanted to try it again, but I didn't want to pass up any of the other options. Having too many wonderful and relaxing options is a great thing. Also, I used to visit those cheap massage places in an attempt to save $20 here and there, but I would leave the places feeling worse than when I walked in! Whether it was foot pains or backaches (I have flat feet so I NEED massages), I would end up visiting another massage place soon after, spending double the "cheap" price. I recommended paying the slight premium to establish a tailor made service. My masseuse's name was Moe and she made sure the pressure was just right and he hit all my target areas she inquired about.
