This is my fourth (or fifth?) time coming to Best Foot Massage because you really can't beat the price and massage quality of this place! It was $60 for a 60 minute full body massage, and I tipped $15 for the wonderful job Sasa did. The ladies there are very friendly and they are all great massage therapists. I prefer a light/medium pressure, and it started off too firm for my liking. Once I told Sasa to go a little lighter, she kindly said "thank you for letting me know" and proceeded to massage with the perfect pressure for the remainder of the session. That was important to me because I've experienced many times where the MT will lighten up their pressure for next few minutes but then amp up the pressure again later. This was easily my favorite massage experience! Thank you, Sasa Oh -- and I love that they make it VERY clear that they do NOT do happy endings. We booked 1 90min body massage with oil and another 90min foot massage over the phone. Once we arrived, we were pressured to both just do the 90min full body massage with oil bc we'll both be in the same room anyways + of course it was $30 more. No big deal, we said okay. Ladies were super friendly and nice especially since this wasn't our first time with them. However, as soon as we get started the ladies start whispering back and forth. Thought it would be brief, but the whispering turned into chatting & for the ENTIRE 90min. No relaxation whatsoever. In addition, both our masseuses randomly left multiple times throughout the service - I'm not sure why, but that def cut into our time. At one point, you hear the front door open and my masseuse opens our door and yells in their language communicating with the other employees outside. Yikes. I went in during the weekday in the morning and it was pretty quite which was perfect. I called them as I was driving over and they were nice enough to take me right away. My shoulders were so tight and they offered me the full body massage with oil. The full body massage in a private room for one hour was $60. They spent the first 15 minutes doing a dry massage just over the sheet but really working into some of my right areas. I think they were just exploring areas of treatment. They continued a wonderful massage with oil and hot towel wipe down at the end. They girl in the front apple good English and was kind. I def want to come back. My sister and I were visiting from out of town, and stopped by the area to meet up with family. As we had time to kill, we decided to search for massage places and support local small businesses. I called and asked if they had room for two body massages and they said yes, so we arrived within minutes of that call. As we went in, they said there'll be a little wait until we get our service, and in the meantime, we could wait in our assigned individual rooms. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone came in and said my sister was being helped and my person would be coming momentarily. Waiting 10 minutes wasn't an issue; however, I waited for a total of 45 minutes and nobody ever came by. I ended up getting dressed and went out to the waiting room. After 10 more minutes had gone by, my sister finished her massage and they offered to take me in. At that time, my experience was already tainted, and I didn't want to receive any services. They were apologetic, which I appreciated, however, my experience was already set. I do not plan to ever return for services. read more

Had initially went in for a one hour foot massage. There was no AC on and it was 83 degrees out. They put me in a room instead of out on the floor where they had more than three massage chairs available, mind you I expressed that it was very hot in the room. (There were no other customers but me there). I immediately reduced my service time to 30 minutes. When I went to go pay, the host handed me a receipt to sign.. my masseuse was hovering over me and said "what, no tip..?!", (little did she know, I was going to go back in my wallet for cash) so I said, "no I wasn't satisfied with my service". I'm unsure. I needed a foot massage because I had heel and arch pain for days. They convinced me to do the full 1 hour massage because they have a package with feet. From that hour, i got a 10-minute foot massage. Please note that although the masseuse is respectful, she is almost straddled onto you. Very close and physical. Not sexual. But for those that aren't prepared for it, it can be uneasy. I gave it 3 stars because even when they knew I was there for my feet, they still offered me a bigger package that did nothing for my problem area. I was just their cash cow. I just want a place where I can go get my feet massaged without it needing to be a pedicure or full body massage. read more
