Michael is a blessing on this earth. I have some silly chronic back issues and up until I knew what was going on, I was seeing Michael often. First off, they are very accommodating. They will get you in. My first encounter with Michael, he guided me to the massage room and I didn't know he was going to work on me. After the knock on the door, there he was, walking in and there I was, laying there like a beach whale, defeated by the waves of life. It's a painful yet "hurt so good" kind of process. I walk in standing sideways, but then I leave standing straight. Whilst he's working out the knots, I'm in tuned with the pans and oven doors banging next door from the pizza shop. Not to mention, the fresh smelling pizza dough seeping through the walls. That's when I realize, my back is like the dough, and he just kneading me out, so I can ride through the waves of life again. read more

This is not the kind of massage place you want to go to If you think they change the sheets or the towels, after every person you are mistaken... They will use a different hot towel to remove the oil, but you're gonna be laying on the same towel or sheet that somebody else had laid on probably everybody that came in there all day Avoid this place at all cost read more

Came in and paid for a 90min foot massage- got put in the room on a hard a** bed (repeated multiple times I wanted 90min foot)- I ended up getting no foot soak at all, 75+mins of my hair being knotted around and light lotion rub on shoulders back- and minimal work on anything below my knees. I was so disgusted by the waste of $80 that I tried to go to another place down the street to get the actual service I needed. Looks like this place is back to where it was a decade ago. (It has gotten semi "better" briefly.) read more

I'd have to say for this being my first massage ever I was very impressed. The young lady who massaged my back was very kind and asked if I was okay with the way she was massaging me. I intend to go again. read more

Typically I used Massagetherapy.com to find a REAL masseuse since the Asian massage places can be 50/50. As in, I don't want to go to one where it's not a legitimate massage practice.... I tried this place out about 6 months ago, and I was upset because I had "Jenny" and she answered her phone during the massage and I felt that was extremely rude during a therapeutic massage. Anyway, my usual massage therapist is very hard to book, so I tried them out again. Lo and behold, Jenny is the therapist again Well, this time it was fantastic, and she actually knows masseuse techniques, and worked the knots out of my neck, traps, and lower back. She actually did a very good job, and I will probably go again read more

Walls are thin and can hear people talking next door at Little Caesar's Pizza. Went there on a Friday evening and can hear music from cars bumping outside. Not a relaxing peaceful scenery. Hostess at the door friendly and kind. Had the 1 hour full body couple massage, in the same room with my husband. Couple things I never experienced before that won't have me come back. Masseuse I had wore a ring which I felt in the beginning and she took off later. I needed pressure on my lower back and shoulders not little hands which felt like my 9 year old daughters hands giving me a massage. And also when I get a massage I need peaceful music playing not the 2 masseuses speaking in their language to each other. Hot stones felt awesome and when she used her little elbows. Prices are great but I wouldn't return due to my experience. read more

she kept massaging parts of my bones and bruised my back up. she didnt know how to massage very good and the vibe was not relaxing. also the bedding made me itchy. read more

The lady that greeted me at the front was pleasant. Had a 90 minute massage with hot stones for $80. The male masseuse did a great job and fixated on the knots in my upper back. Yes you can hear noise from other shops nearby but I expected it since it's in a tiny strip mall. Pay first, get down to your skivvies & relax. read more

I went in for foot massage. They also massage body. The lady press very hard and didn't understand when I asked to be careful. Now I feel worse then before I went there. My left side of head hurts. read more

I recently found out Michael left Lucky Spa, as I went to book an appointment. My partner and I decided to still give the Spa a try, however we were disappointed with the service. Amy, another great masseuse, also left the Spa which was disappointing to my partner. Lately, no one seems to have good technique- so we will not be going back. We are sad about this. read more

I am someone who suffers from chronic neck/shoulder pain. I decided to get the foot and body massage since my feet were tired too. Although I can deal with a rough massage and in fact I found it to be just what I was looking for for my neck and shoulders, the foot massage was for the most part unpleasant. The man massaged between my toes and managed to cut the skin in between. Unfortunately I didn't notice until much later but I should've known as it did cause pain during the massaged. If you want a relaxing, gentle massage this is not the place. read more

I went Sunday thinking I was going to get a great massage. I was left in the room for a half an hour then when I finally got a masseuse, I asked for a deep tissue and she did nothing but rubbed my back even after repeated request for deep tissue . I had scheduled for one hour I couldn't wait to run out of there a half an hour later. It's funny that they have a language barrier, but when it comes to Tips, they know what to demand. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! But if you do the male masseuse is the only person worth getting a massage from. But save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. I got burnt by the hot stones, with no warning. Was left naked nearly half the massage while the lady masseuse with short hair constantly picked up the phone and dealt with customers. This place is a joke read more

Horrible. All I'm gonna say is they argued in front of me while massaging me 10 minutes in for at least a good solid 8 minutes before I finally said look do you need to take your conversation outside or do you want to continue massaging me with peace and quiet. of course it was in their language, but with the tone and with them constantly pointing at each other you could tell it was an argument in fact I had enough time to pull up my phone without them noticing and recording the conversation it's ridiculous I hope I can post a video so you can hear them arguing. It's unbelievable. And then I hear customers coming in who came in prior to me getting a massage and then telling the customer come back in 30 minutes. they come back in 30 minutes but then they're told to come back an hour after. It's like make up your mind guys if you're overbooked, your overbooked! don't tell customers to come back if you can't accommodate. Oh and the lady sucked. Amy . I had to tell her how many times to stop rubbing my spine it's like she was trying to throw out my back on the table because she was so worked up by the other guy who she was yelling at. OK I'm done. Go here at your own risk. Just know what kind of customer service and massage you're going to get. Don't expect much. I'd rather drive back to the bay to go get a $40 foot massage any day! read more

Bottom line, this Chinese massage spot gets the job done for the right price. 4 stars for Amy! She got the knots out. Stuck with medium pressure and I DID NOT get beat up by any means. Her massage was on the better end of rando Chinese spots I've tried. I'd come back for Amy :) Don't expect a fancy experience or even great customer service. You get what you pay for right? After seeing mixed reviews, I didn't have high expectations. But I generally don't expect much from a place like this. Tips: Communicate by pointing to what area needs to be worked on. Tip generously, there's a reason a Asian massage spots can keep their rates lower. FYI I think the smell is Chinese balms/oils for the dude who wasn't sure. read more

I am not sure why the bad reviews maybe because the place is a little outdated? I was having muscle spasm's and just wasn't doing good. I can here and a gentleman gave me the massage.. at first I did tell him it was to hard so he lightened up.. when I tell you this man worked out the tension that was in me, I still don't know how he did it. When I showed him where I was having the spasms he got all in there. For $50 you get an hour massage plus hot stones.. you cannot beat the price. read more

I had a male therapist who worked out my tension well. Hot stones too. Very reasonably priced. I will return.

Went here again after a year or so and for the price it was good! Had 90 minutes of great massage. They are not shy. They worked everything. You guys need to try it it's rather explosive read more

I've been here several times over the last few years, so this review is long overdue. I used to live a couple blocks from here which made it very convenient. The prices here very reasonable at $40 for an hour. However, with the current COVID madness, they did raise their prices. The hour is now at $50, which I understand completely and is still a pretty common rate for an hour of full body. The rooms are private, comfortably lit with a dim rock lamp in the corner, and music layering on a calming ambiance. At first, I was a little skeptical of the place, given some of the reviews I've read. However, with the exception of a couple masseuses I've had who could've benefited from better training, I've usually had a pretty good experience. Especially this last time. Before work, I had woken up with a pretty bad stiff neck and some bad tension and soreness in my right trap. I pointed this out, and Cindy took not of it. She was very petite and at the start, I was thinking that she may not be able to apply the pressure I needed. Those concerns wore off almost immediately. After she got warmed up, she started going in very heavily on my problem area. It was relieving to say the least. Her small stature actually made her an ideal weight for walking up and down my back without being too overwhelming, as some have been in the past. She was also very controlled with her "walk" which as great. In the past, I've had masseuses that felt clumsy and almost seemed at times that they might fall off my back, but that was so not the case this time. This is where most of the major deep tissue stuff came into play. She really zeroed in on my upper back and shoulders where I needed it the most and she spent a great deal of time there, which was most appreciated. Another thing that stood out was her technique with the hot stones. I almost declined the stones because, in past experiences, they're usually just rubbed up and down my back on bare skin and I feel like they never have much of an effect. This is where I was glad I went ahead and accepted. Instead of just going to town on my skin, she lined them up and down my back resting on a dry towel and covered them with another towel, allowing my back to relax under a comfortable heat while she worked on my legs. This method made ALL the difference in the world compared to how I was used to having them. It was so soothing. This session was probably the best I've had here and I will definitely be coming back and requesting Cindy. If I had one major gripe, it would be their neighbors. I know it's not their fault, but they are located right next door to Little Caesar's. Usually, the employees over there have the music blasting in the kitchen and a lot of that noise comes through the wall. It's not such a huge deal, but it can be distracting from time to time when you are trying to zone out and relax. read more

Yes reviews are true. Its located next to lil Caesar's you will hear pans banging, loud cars driving by and employees talking loud. So expect this when you come here. I personally don't mind it, great value, excellent massages. Michael took care of me and removed all my knots. It was painful and so worth it! I can't complain my back needed it and I feel great few days after. I'll be back for more. read more

This whole place is super weird. I get that it's cheap, but I took my little sister and it was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming with lights on, talking, weird heavy breathing everywhere and cereal bowls banging. I left about halfway through. They also made me pay beforehand which should have been a red flag. So anyway, not a fan. read more

I had a wonderful first experience there last week. Alice was excellent and I am going back soon!

Ok so I'm about 4 months post op and my massages are what keep me functioning . First things first the price is very reasonable however I was told I would have a man masseuse which was fine first time for everything right. WRONG he was very rough like I'm not an NFL player buddy like he was rough to the point where I'm in more pain than I was in before the massage my spine actually hurts. Didn't really get my full hour and he had the audacity to chase me down for a tip listen go on Groupon save your money and go somewhere else it's not worth it. Oh yea I could literally hear other peoples bones cracking through the walls highly not recommended. He didn't even ask me where my focus areas were. read more

This place is usually my go to place but today, the lady was talking on the phone the first 15 mins of my massage, very unprofessional. Then when she was doing my foot massage, I peaked a bit and she was texting at the same time, I noticed because it felt like she was getting bored but was on her phone the whole time. it's a pretty cheap foot & body massage for only $20, but my visit today was not worth the $5 tip she basically stole from me. I recommend the tall lady with short hair. read more

I needed a massage so badly and I found this great spot I got a full body hour massage for $40.00 well worth my time and money I will be coming back here again. My husband booked me an appointment here. I went in, they made me pay up front. That should have been my first clue. The man was so hard on my back, I whimpered. I can barely bend over. He was also going so fast, there was no way it could have been relaxing. I have a burn mark on my back from how hot the stones were that he rolled on me. The relaxing music only lasted for two songs, then turned off. All I could hear was people laughing, talking, and phones ringing. He ended the session with washing off the lotion with a washcloth. Oh, and he pulled my arms up in the air until my shoulders popped. I just had surgery on one of them a few months ago. I left there in so much pain, and cried the whole way home. I will never go there again, and I recommend you never go there either. read more

Went in this last Sunday with no appointment and the first time ever being there. I asked for the 1 hour massage and 1/2 hour foot massage. I paid the lady and she took me to my room and then said she would be back to me in about 5 minutes. It ended up being about 10 mins and when the girl came in it was a different 1 and I could barely understand her, I thought for sure I was going to get screwed for sure ( not that way LOL) But once she started I didnt care if I understood her or not, I was going to marry her. It was 1 of the best massages I have ever had and then when she started the foot massage I was in heaven....total time from when she started to end was 1 hr and 40 mins, and when she gave me her card at the end and showed me that her name was Tina I knew what my next wifes name was LOL. Place was clean, and perfect, I would totally recomend going here read more

I you are in a pinch and are looking for a cheap massage this is the place to go. It is $40 for an hour massage. My masseuse was Karen and she was excellent. I had a nasty kink in my shoulder area and she massaged it so good for me and helped get it out. The only thing I do not like about this place is the woman who works in the front. She is very pushy and if someone is not available right away she tries to get you pay for the massage right away and then leave and come back. I am sorry but I refuse to hand over my money without getting what I am paying for right away! She does not speak English good and she really does not understand the concept of no. This place would be much better without her. Other than that this place is good if you are looking for a quality massage at a cheap price. I highly recommend Karen. read more

I've been here two times now. The first time I would have given 5 stars. Katie was amazing. She took her time and took the whole full hour. The next time I went in I walked out HIGHLY disappointed. I asked of they could do a 90 minute foot and body massage. She said yes. Then she stopped after 50 minutes and said she was all done. I didn't even get my full hour! And normally they massage your scalp. Not this woman. I will only go back if I can get Katie. read more

Was skeptical about coming here, but was pleasantly surprised! This place is clean and legit. My masseuse's name was Mei, and she did and awesome job. I told her where I was having pain and she was able to get the knots out and help me feel much more relaxed. I have been back multiple times, each time asking for the same masseuse. One time, she even used hot stones to massage my back. $40 for a 60 minute massage is a great price, and Mei speaks quite good English and asks if you are doing ok or how you like the pressure. I would totally recommend this spot! read more

So this place gives off a weird vibe. Cheap prices but way to much oil. Was it necessary to rub it all in my hair?

Went in yesterday with my husband. The older guy massaged my husband first and I was after. He was basically falling asleep while massaging my feet. He hurt my foot with his long nails and I kind of jumped to wake him up. So unprofessional and the two ladies that were there looked at me without even saying hi when I said hi. At the end of my massage he even burped right in front of me without saying excuse me. Seriously! NEVER GOING BACK!!! DISGUSTED AND FELT REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE GETTING MASSAGE FROM HIM.
