Although I can deal with a rough massage and in fact I found it to be just what I was looking for for my neck and shoulders, the foot massage was for the most part unpleasant. Michael is a blessing on this earth. I have some silly chronic back issues and up until I knew what was going on, I was seeing Michael often. First off, they are very accommodating. They will get you in. My first encounter with Michael, he guided me to the massage room and I didn't know he was going to work on me. After the knock on the door, there he was, walking in and there I was, laying there like a beach whale, defeated by the waves of life. It's a painful yet "hurt so good" kind of process. All I'm gonna say is they argued in front of me while massaging me 10 minutes in for at least a good solid 8 minutes before I finally said look do you need to take your conversation outside or do you want to continue massaging me with peace and quiet. of course it was in their language, but with the tone and with them constantly pointing at each other you could tell it was an argument in fact I had enough time to pull up my phone without them noticing and recording the conversation it's ridiculous I hope I can post a video so you can hear them arguing. And then I hear customers coming in who came in prior to me getting a massage and then telling the customer come back in 30 minutes. they come back in 30 minutes but then they're told to come back an hour after. Bottom line, this Chinese massage spot gets the job done for the right price. 4 stars for Amy! She got the knots out. Stuck with medium pressure and I DID NOT get beat up by any means. Her massage was on the better end of rando Chinese spots I've tried. I'd come back for Amy :) Don't expect a fancy experience or even great customer service. You get what you pay for right? I can here and a gentleman gave me the massage.. at first I did tell him it was to hard so he lightened up.. when I tell you this man worked out the tension that was in me, I still don't know how he did it. Yes reviews are true. Its located next to lil Caesar's you will hear pans banging, loud cars driving by and employees talking loud. So expect this when you come here. I've been here several times over the last few years, so this review is long overdue. I used to live a couple blocks from here which made it very convenient. The prices here very reasonable at $40 for an hour. However, with the current COVID madness, they did raise their prices. The hour is now at $50, which I understand completely and is still a pretty common rate for an hour of full body. The rooms are private, comfortably lit with a dim rock lamp in the corner, and music layering on a calming ambiance. At first, I was a little skeptical of the place, given some of the reviews I've read. However, with the exception of a couple masseuses I've had who could've benefited from better training, I've usually had a pretty good experience. Especially this last time. Before work, I had woken up with a pretty bad stiff neck and some bad tension and soreness in my right trap. I pointed this out, and Cindy took not of it. She was very petite and at the start, I was thinking that she may not be able to apply the pressure I needed. Those concerns wore off almost immediately. After she got warmed up, she started going in very heavily on my problem area. It was relieving to say the least. Her small stature actually made her an ideal weight for walking up and down my back without being too overwhelming, as some have been in the past. She was also very controlled with her "walk" which as great. In the past, I've had masseuses that felt clumsy and almost seemed at times that they might fall off my back, but that was so not the case this time. This is where most of the major deep tissue stuff came into play. She really zeroed in on my upper back and shoulders where I needed it the most and she spent a great deal of time there, which was most appreciated. Another thing that stood out was her technique with the hot stones. I almost declined the stones because, in past experiences, they're usually just rubbed up and down my back on bare skin and I feel like they never have much of an effect. This is where I was glad I went ahead and accepted. Instead of just going to town on my skin, she lined them up and down my back resting on a dry towel and covered them with another towel, allowing my back to relax under a comfortable heat while she worked on my legs. This method made ALL the difference in the world compared to how I was used to having them. It was so soothing. This session was probably the best I've had here and I will definitely be coming back and requesting Cindy. If I had one major gripe, it would be their neighbors. I know it's not their fault, but they are located right next door to Little Caesar's. Usually, the employees over there have the music blasting in the kitchen and a lot of that noise comes through the wall. It's not such a huge deal, but it can be distracting from time to time when you are trying to zone out and relax. read more

I get that it's cheap, but I took my little sister and it was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming with lights on, talking, weird heavy breathing everywhere and cereal bowls banging. My husband booked me an appointment here. I went in, they made me pay up front. That should have been my first clue. The man was so hard on my back, I whimpered. I can barely bend over. He was also going so fast, there was no way it could have been relaxing. I have a burn mark on my back from how hot the stones were that he rolled on me. The relaxing music only lasted for two songs, then turned off. All I could hear was people laughing, talking, and phones ringing. He ended the session with washing off the lotion with a washcloth. Oh, and he pulled my arms up in the air until my shoulders popped. I just had surgery on one of them a few months ago. I left there in so much pain, and cried the whole way home. Went in this last Sunday with no appointment and the first time ever being there. I asked for the 1 hour massage and 1/2 hour foot massage. I paid the lady and she took me to my room and then said she would be back to me in about 5 minutes. It ended up being about 10 mins and when the girl came in it was a different 1 and I could barely understand her, I thought for sure I was going to get screwed for sure ( not that way LOL) But once she started I didnt care if I understood her or not, I was going to marry her. It was 1 of the best massages I have ever had and then when she started the foot massage I was in heaven....total time from when she started to end was 1 hr and 40 mins, and when she gave me her card at the end and showed me that her name was Tina I knew what my next wifes name was LOL. I you are in a pinch and are looking for a cheap massage this is the place to go. It is $40 for an hour massage. My masseuse was Karen and she was excellent. I had a nasty kink in my shoulder area and she massaged it so good for me and helped get it out. The only thing I do not like about this place is the woman who works in the front. She is very pushy and if someone is not available right away she tries to get you pay for the massage right away and then leave and come back. I am sorry but I refuse to hand over my money without getting what I am paying for right away! She does not speak English good and she really does not understand the concept of no. Was skeptical about coming here, but was pleasantly surprised! This place is clean and legit. My masseuse's name was Mei, and she did and awesome job. I told her where I was having pain and she was able to get the knots out and help me feel much more relaxed. I have been back multiple times, each time asking for the same masseuse. One time, she even used hot stones to massage my back. $40 for a 60 minute massage is a great price, and Mei speaks quite good English and asks if you are doing ok or how you like the pressure. Went in yesterday with my husband. The older guy massaged my husband first and I was after. He was basically falling asleep while massaging my feet. He hurt my foot with his long nails and I kind of jumped to wake him up. So unprofessional and the two ladies that were there looked at me without even saying hi when I said hi.
