Language barrier is rough here! They have a 20% off 1 hr massage, but when I showed it to them they wouldn't honor it. They said cash or card was fine but then charged a $2 fee for using card. We only had small bath towels to cover our body instead of a sheet. The massage was okay, but nothing special for the cost. Won't be coming back to this place. read more

She started off with No relaxing music forgot to turn the lights down (to bright lighting) my massage section was only for half hour. I kept telling her I paid for one hour. She kept saying "Sorry". Well.... last week I had the worst experience ever. I had an appointment and was taken to my room. Everything was standard and once I got undressed another lady came in and demanded I pay. I was already undressed and left my underwear on, and she turned the light on and demanded I pay before she started. I couldn't even get up cuz she had the door open and I was naked. I paid and then she came back to give me my massage. This should have been my red flag to leave and not sit thru this.... During the massage she was also tending to the door. She left the room 6-7 times. And she left the Door OPEN. I was butt naked. No respect for privacy. She also didn't ask if she could pull my underwear down she just did. And didn't cover me properly. She would just run out no explanation or comment and leave me there with no apology or anything. She was also singing and chewing gum out loud while massaging me. There was nothing zen about this experience. She finished 40 mins in even though I paid for the hour and we started 10 min late and she also left the room many times to tend to the front door. After the massage she rudely came in and opened the door while I was getting dressed to ask " are you going to tip me!" Please save your money and don't go there! We were looking for massage parlors in town last minute and stumbled across this one. As walk-ins we were able to get our money's worth for full body, hour long massages. Both of our masseuses did a great job of getting out our knots and muscle strains. It was great to go to a parlor at night during COVID and receive what we paid for. My only suggestion to management would be to turn the air conditioning on during the massages and possibly provide better towels/covers during the massage. We understand businesses are trying to reopen during this time, and things are done in a scrambled manner, but overall we were satisfied with the massages and can overlook the minor kinks to atmosphere and decor. We are thinking about revisiting for massages in the future. read more

Let me start this by saying I don't like writing negative reviews because I don't feel like my opinion truly matters. I just don't want someone to be as shocked as I was. Sketchy. When I first got here I thought okay, hole in the wall place, no biggie. I was just looking for a place to get a massage now and cheap. So I ended up here. They had an availability in an hr for $40/hr. They have small lamps on the floor spread down the hallway. So it's very dark. As the front desk lady set me in the room she says "shower?" So I answered, yes I took a shower? Which I thought was odd. I've never had a massage place ask if I've showered? She noticed I was confused so she asked the masseuse to tell me but she looked at the first girl and said "no she doesn't have to shower". So apparently they ask you to shower first? They then left me in the room. Which had a plug in heater, a CD player (cd skipped the entire time), and some baby oil. Baby oil. I contemplated walking out with the strange vibe I had. But I thought I paid $40 I'll stay. As I laid on the massage table I realized the only had a towel to cover? Usually they have clean sheets. So I laid down and covered my a$$ with the towel. The massage it self was ok and relaxed me to almost falling asleep. She asked me to wait before I turned over so she can clean me? When she came back she had warm washcloths to wipe the oil off. So she just whipped the towel off me and wiped me down?! What in the? The dried me with the other towel and had me turn over. So when I was done. She came back to I assume clean up and take the towels to the wash. Nope. She flipped the towel I was laying on over to the "clean side" then rolled the towel that covered me right back up and the room was good for her next guest. 99% sure I could have asked for happy ending. As I was waiting in my car to pull out one of the ladies working there grabs a little leopard printed dress out of her trunk... I'll be showering when I get home. read more

The lady who gave me my massage had her phone in the room which went off five times, three notifications and two phone calls, one of those times she had the nerve to answer the phone! My boyfriend and I came here today for a one hour couples massage. This is the BEST massage we both have ever had. And we've been to 3 other places for massages before. Our masseuses knew all the right pressure points, we literally feel euphoric walking out because of how good we feel. I'm not sure why everyone is freaking out about paying before, I've never been to a massage place without paying beforehand and tipping after. I have been to Zen Massage and Spa five times now and am very pleased with my experience. They don't speak much English there but that does not matter. They are very nice, polite, the atmosphere is soothing and you can get deep tissue or light massage, whatever you prefer. They don't use large sheets to cover your whole body like at some other places but I don't mind that. I will definitely go back there. read more

Last week i was in search for massage place i came across this massage place and read the review pretty decent right? I saw this lady said on her review "THEY BEG FOR TIP".... so you know i gave it the benefit of doubt and we gave it a try we walked in there just a typical massage parlor.... they greet us gave us the price for 90mins massage walked us in the back 3 lady work there 2 occupied so they told me they can start on my husband while i wait 10mins i said ok.... the massage wasnt all that great they just massage u no pressure at all hands are way to soft they did not ask us on how we want our massage either firm or soft they us jump in and massage you since they are located in tracy blvd busy street you can hear the cars and it was annoying loud...so we were done the lady who massage me was cool gave her tip i walked to the front originally the price for 2 is 160 they charge me 2 extra dollar because i used my card there is no sign at all that you will be charge extra if you use your card... then both lady said tip is cash so you give me tip cash ok she said it like 3 times... so going back to this place for second times i doubt it thanks anyways... so if you are going to this place expect to get charge extra if you use your card and they will beg for tip and my husband said the lady who gave her massage her phone kept ringing and she will answer it and remember you paying for it. I am very picky so I might be a little harsh. I am concerned every time that I go some place new so I am a little over cautious. With massage parlors it is sometimes hard to separate the creepy ones from the legitimate ones so I always keep my underwear on. I gave this place a try and it wasn't bad but not great either. My masseuse had limited English skills so getting answers to even basic questions was impossible. She asked about removing my underwear four times. The eye socket maneuver was a little too rough. I understand that receiving a massage is very personal and I am not a prude but the crotch grab to check for arousal was just too far for me. When it came time to leave we ended up haggling over the tip amount. On hindsight I should have walked out without tipping at all. I offered 10 she asked for 20 complaining about how hard that she worked. We agreed on 15 she charged me 16. With other options available, go elsewhere. read more

The massage was firm but she did it in a gentle way and I came out with one of best massages I've ever had. She ended the massage working on my head and face which was very relaxing.
