She was so nice and extremely helpful when I expressed my problem areas and recent diagnosis of endometriosis. The massage service I'm reviewing is the foot not the total body... so these are the problems: The girl in the front plays on her iPad and avoid eye contact she is nice when you walk in, she smiles and says hello but that's as far as she goes with her customer service. The room is not dark and too warm (why wouldn't they turn on their AC to cool the main room) Oh and close the back door that lets in loud outside noise and light. The lady that gives the massage is great and she is good at working out stress and knots. The most annoying are inconsiderate people who talk loud asking about the free 10 min massage and bring their loud children along. The kids aren't at fault not once were they told to sit and be quite. There is a door that blocks the lobby from the massage room but why wouldn't this always remain close when massages are in session to block the outside noise? The environment needs improvement to make it comfortable for the clients the three stars is for the women that does the massage. I guess I need to keep looking for a massage place with a better environment. *Price is $30.00 but they always give you $5.00 off but other places in town run 20.00 for an hour massage.

I don't feel the deep tissue really felt deep enough. I've been here a while ago and loved the experience but when I came again it didn't have the same affect sadly. Still I understand maybe it was an exhausting day, which I get because I'm a bodyworker myself but that's what's making me a bit critical. I'd say if you're like me and your usual massage therapist isn't available, just wait it out or focus on stretching and other ways to relax because sometimes the money spent going somewhere else could be a regret.
