She then showed us to our room. I was with my lady getting a couples massage. We were getting undressed to lay on the table and she knocked and we said one minute and she proceeded to open the door to scan the second coupon I had mentioned earlier, while leaving the door wide open and my partner was undressed. That was a problem. The massage was okay. Felt rushed at times and limited massage oil. Not my favorite massage as the two ladies that were working in there kept talking to each other pretty loudly and it was hard to enjoy the massage. After the massage was over, my lady went to the bathroom and there was a different lady at the front. She let me know that I had to wait at the front. As I walked to the front she asked who will be taking care of the $35 per person minimum tip. I said what? She mentioned that $35 per masseuse is what we should tip. I asked her that's strange.. in all of my history getting massages, I've never been told that there is a minimum to tip. She got very angry with me and slapped the table a couple times and said, I'm not going to argue with you guys.. just leave what you're gonna leave and go. I later realized they were requesting the same amount we "saved" from the coupon. I was going to tip them for their work but after the way she was talking to us and guilt tripping us for it, I ended up just walking away. Will never come back.

Her hit all the knots, I swear I walked out of there seeing better and I walked in w a cold, I think it's gone. Her hands are a gift. She's not light so don't expect her to go easy which is what I asked for-hard and deep. I'm only sad it took me this long to find her. The salon was clean, simple and peaceful. They have calming music playing which didn't affect my serene feeling. I gotta say it again, she's hard core so be clear what you ask for cos she doesn't mess around. Thank you Ada and the Aroma Spa crew-you guys rock!!

I said ok if that's the case there should be a sign or note somewhere. Your pricing sheet here doesn't say anything about it. 3) I tipped $15 which is 20%. She was clearly not happy about it and said I can't compare her to restaurant waitress. The massage itself is all right, but not great enough for me to bear with the unprofessionalism. A massage experience should be relaxing.

I just got the most amazing massage here, and wanted to leave a nice review and comment on a…read moreprevious review who was basing her gratuity on a percentage of the house fee. 15% tip would make sense if you had mediocre service at a mediocre restaurant. A server that takes your order and delivers your food and collects the bill might spend a total of 5 minutes with you during your 60 minute dining experience. Personal services like massage therapy however shouldn't be judged on the same spectrum. These highly trained individuals have to a minimum of 500 hours of schooling in order to receive their CMT. They spend the entire time paid for working on your body and providing 1 on 1 personal care. Additionally, many of these workers are 1099 contractors and only get paid when work is available to them. Subsequently, many of these workers rely heavily on their gratuities to live. The way I personally feel when I get personal services like a massage, haircut, manicure etc., I provide at least a prorated gratuity of $25 to $40 for each hour in addition to the house fee. If you can't afford this going in, then maybe you shouldn't be "treating" yourself to luxury personal services. Just my $.02

August 2026: They have really upped their game since my…read moreprevious visit! Had a 90 minute foot and back massage with oil. Loved it. Everything was great. Pressure was good. Nice hot foot bath and towels. Great price. Increased from 3 to 5 stars. Original review: I quite enjoyed a 30 minute foot massage here. No waiting in a Saturday afternoon and I was a walk in with my wife. Few things to note: It's a little pricey at $40 (cash price) for - mere thirty minutes. They start the clock the moment your feet go into the foot bath which uses up 5 minutes or so. The foot massage itself was quite good. Good pressure, very relaxing. And I like they have the chairs that are slightly more upright instead of lay flat. Easier on my back. There was no music. Just silence. That's new and unusual to me. So it's all about how much a value hunter you are.

My masseuse (if you can call them that) was okay but I only had her for like 15 mins but during that time she never got into the massaging. Then apparently the masseuse my partner had was too light so they asked if it's okay to switch with me. Dear god. I need a lot lighter touch massage than my boyfriend but this second one was terrible. There was no technique used at all, she basically just rubbed me with oil the whole time. For the first time in my life I had to ask them to go harder. She did then, for like 10 seconds, but went back to the light touch. I was so frustrated laying there in the bed. I actually just wanted it to be over. They were nice and so was the front desk but this was a 100% waste of money. My dog could probably massage better than them.

The lady on the phone didn't even ask my name which I thought was strange, but whatever. I got there and was greeted by either the manager or the owner. She wanted to be paid BEFORE the massage which irritates me, but I paid her. I paid by credit card, and was relieved to see that there was no place to add a tip, since it makes even less sense to tip before a service. Anyway, got in the room, seemed pretty standard that way. Not excessively clean or dirty. The owner was the one that came to give the massage. At some point, someone else came in, so she left for a minute to attend to them. That was also not great obviously. The massage itself was pretty top notch. She found all my problem areas quickly without me saying anything. She adjusted her pressure to what I asked for. So that part was great. But about halfway through the massage, I kept feeling little cold wet drops land on me every couple of mins or so. I'm pretty certain it was her sweat, which of course totally grossed me out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her... but ewe The other part of my review is total speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt... To be clear, no one offered ME any "special services," but I'm female, so that makes sense. But let's just say it would not shock me if in the future this place got busted for sex trafficking. Again, I didn't actually see or experience this first hand, but there is a pretty heavy sex vibe here. Regardless of what a great massage I got last night, I don't think I would ever return. It was just a little too creepy.
