I went back yesterday and again no one at the front so I wait a few seconds, the same women peeks out the door inside fixing her silky robe asked me if I needed help I said "yes I wanted to get a massage, you told me you do walk ins and to come back" she then goes no we're busy so I just left. When I came the first time I already got the feeling they aren't even legit they have to be giving out "happy endings" and when I went back it confirmed my thoughts of this place. They aren't giving messages, they are rude, they lack staff, they lie and tell you they do walk ins and they don't they lie and say you don't need an appointment. I had high hopes for this place since when you initially walk in it looks legit but whatever they are doing there and in those rooms ARE NOT MASSAGES! They advertise 40$ for 30 minutes and 60$ for an hour I'm just glad they were "busy" they didn't deserve the tip I would have tipped for a deep tissue massage. Will never waste my time coming here again and from looking at their yelp page I'm convinced this is a brothel disguised as a massage place. Your better off getting a massage from the Asians at the flea market or one of the shopping malls then waste your time with these fakes!

We were getting undressed to lay on the table and she knocked and we said one minute and she proceeded to open the door to scan the second coupon I had mentioned earlier, while leaving the door wide open and my partner was undressed. That was a problem. The massage was okay. Felt rushed at times and limited massage oil. Not my favorite massage as the two ladies that were working in there kept talking to each other pretty loudly and it was hard to enjoy the massage. After the massage was over, my lady went to the bathroom and there was a different lady at the front. She let me know that I had to wait at the front. As I walked to the front she asked who will be taking care of the $35 per person minimum tip. I said what? She mentioned that $35 per masseuse is what we should tip. I asked her that's strange.. in all of my history getting massages, I've never been told that there is a minimum to tip. She got very angry with me and slapped the table a couple times and said, I'm not going to argue with you guys.. just leave what you're gonna leave and go. I later realized they were requesting the same amount we "saved" from the coupon. I was going to tip them for their work but after the way she was talking to us and guilt tripping us for it, I ended up just walking away. Will never come back.

I send over the pix - I was given a partial refund and told the building was aged and working on renovations - also told the housekeeping failed to clean the bathroom area. I was extremely disappointed- was told someone from management would call - they did not. Very disappointing- I saw the black baseboard when I came a month prior - made a comment about it- was assured it was being taken care of - bit white paint is not the way to cover up mold My event was amazing though- food was good and event room was clean! Taylor Lobb was amazing!!!! Love her- she's the best! Did everything I needed - communication was great- I recommend using them for spa and events !!!
