This place was sketchy. You don't fill out any forms, they don't ask your name or if you have any pain or injuries to keep in mind. No receptionist so the masseuse left the room more than once to talk to someone and picked up a phone call during the massage. The masseuse came off as very nice and did massage the real tense parts of my body (neck and back) well. As a female with a female masseuse, I didn't think anything of it. However, soon came to find that this lady had very inappropriate draping techniques where she saw alll parts of my body multiple times. Massaged my bottom and inner thighs for wayyy too long as well as around my breasts.. insisting I take my underwear off and trying to help me with it. Complimenting my body while doing so. I recently moved to the area and noticed there are a ton of massage places around but I decided to give this place a try because it's near my Pilates studio and had good reviews. It did not disaapoint. When I entered the receptionist was super nice. I was lucky enough to get Jenny as my masseuse. She was incredible. I drive a lot for work and have had lower back pain recently. She asked me my Focal areas and did the best job of making sure she was using enough pressure and that I was comfortable. I was working over a Sunday and needed a massage badly. They were accommodating and made an appointment for just an hour out. It was a small place but the rooms were very clean and even a little spacious. The tables were of higher quality than I was used to and the music and lighting was perfect. The massage I got from Jenny was one of the best I've had. My trouble spots are shoulder blades, hamstrings and calves and sometimes when I ask, I'm lucky enough to get one or two worked on but never all three. The owner is a absolute sweet heart and I love her massages as well. This place is super relaxing however I seem to get a new person every time I go, so requesting the same person here is not easy to do. They usually always get me in quickly, so making an appointment is very smooth and easy. I did not return back to this place for sometime because the masseuse made me uncomfortable telling me $10 wasn't enough for a tip. Tonight I decided to go back and give It a try and just hoped my experience would be different, when I went I saw a new lady, I didn't really enjoy my massage, I would never see her again, but she was super sweet. When I was finished she asked me before I even paid how much you tip, I asked her how much is the service, she said $70, I told her I'll tip $15 which is over a 20 percent tip, she told me $15 no good, do $20. I spoke up and said "that is not okay,you shouldn't say that to your customers, I said you are not suppose to tell me what to tip you. It's rude." I don't know if she fully understood what I meant because her English wasn't strong. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back here because they make you feel uncomfortable asking for A tip and telling you how much you need to tip. I'm sure it's a cultural misunderstanding but still it's very uncomfortable to have someone tell you your tip is not good. I like the decor, The therapists have professional massage service. Also, the price is very reasonable. I felt truly refreshed after my massage. I show up at 9:55am, and the doors are locked, shades and curtains closed and the open light off. I waited till 10:10a and no one showed up. At this point, I'm also second guessing the legitimacy of this place. Looks like a place where happy endings take place. I leave and my husband gets a call at 10:20a. For first time customer they do $10 discount off each massage so we got two awesome massages for $100 plus tip. My partner tips well always so he gave each masseuse $30 each, but the average is $20. They first ask you to pick you oil scent, I did jasmine and he did lemon. We both smelled great after. They do an awesome hot stone massage which felt great! Don't miss this. Getting an appointment was easy, I just called and got one! I went in for the couple'a massage, which was $110 ($100 for new client), for 60 mins. I arrived right on time, we were immediately led to the massage room so I thought yay that was quick! Waited about 5-7 mins before someone came back in to show us the massage oils to use then she stepped out for 5 more mins before 2 women came back to start our massage. My thoughts on the massage was ok good, it felt relaxing but wasn't therapeutic - don't expect them to fix any your back problems, they don't go hard or get your knots out. Overall the massage techniques were random, masseuse didn't really know what she was doing, has no technique. (Maybe bc they're new! So I understand) One thing I didn't like was how they use the same jar of coconut lotion/ cream for everyone.... that's not sanitary :-(. They use this jar of lotion to massage and have to double dip when they need more lotion. Note to owner: please get lotion that has a pump!!! read more

I was looking for a place to go massage with my girl friend for a girl day out. All the franchise Massage Envy and Hands & Stone around the tri-valley were all booked up for a next day service. Then I decided to Yelp for local spa place and found this online. Ratings were good so I gave it a go. It's true what one other Yelper said. It's like a hidden gem in Dublin. Don't mind the outside ambience, but once you walk through those doors, it's kinda cute inside. The front desk was modern, clean and peaceful. Kacey greeted me and told us she's finishing up another client. She offered me and my girl friend offer water while we waited and offered candies while we wait. My friend and I booked a couples room for fun so we can chat. We were guided to our room but no instructions were given so I assume we just change and get ready? One of the other masseuse didn't speak much English so she couldn't answer my questions when I asked to borrow a hair tie. My massage started out feeling just okay but eventually it got better. My masseuse kept checking in with me to make sure the pressure she was using was okay with me, which was very considerate of her. When she was halfway thru, she came back with hot towels to wipe me down and it felt really nice with the heat on my back. Overall, I would give this place another shot. My massage was about a 7/10 if I had to rate it...so I would give it another try to see if it might be even better next time. I have to say, it was pretty affordable. 60 mins couples massage for 2 ppl was $110. And if u r a first time customer they will give you $10 off too. That could be a price for one massage at some places like Burke Williams or even Massage Envy if you aren't a member. But I have to say what u pay is what u get. I can't expect high quality for this price but it was worth my money and I would try again. If you're trying to decide whether to try out this place or not, I'd say, give it a GO. Support local small business, because I hate to see all the franchise massage places taking over all the small business in town now. Two days ago I had called to make an appointment for a 1hr massage. However, their schedule was full. Even then, the manager Jenny attempted to put me on the calendar later in the day. I decided to just schedule for the next day afternoon instead as I feel better not going to night time appointments. It's been a long time since I've had a massage, and I was relieved that my masseuse, May, was very good. She immediately found some knots in my upper back (likely due to work and exercise). She worked out the knots but was attentive and asked frequently if the pressure was fine as to not induce pain. I realized I was so relaxed that my breathing had slowed down as if I was half asleep and half awake. They take care to cover you properly with the sheet and only expose the limb they are working on at a given time so I felt comfortable having a stranger work on me. Returning after our first time is gonna be a big NO for us. We came here for a couples message and my lady was actually very good. I'm kind of sad I won't be coming back to her ever again. My boyfriend's misuse is apparently the receptionist too and left every time the door to the place to greet customers. She left at least 5 times. But it gets better....apparently she felt like she needed to make it up to him or something because when I turned over his sheet was is what looked like a diaper and she was doing A LOT of work on this upper thighs and groin area for a long time and kept coming back to them. When she saw me looking she LEFT HIM IN THE DIAPER, leaving his full junk just out, and went and started working on his shoulders. So obvious! We get messages all the time so we know what the etiquette is. There was none, and this girl is lucky I didn't make a scene in the moment because my boyfriend was in agreement that the way she was "working" was wildly inappropriate. I've done a lot of self work and don't want to catch a case for her raggedy a**. Just wowwwww. Maybe if she didn't spend 20 minutes on his groin his lower back wouldn't still hurt. Then it was suddenly over. (While my Boyfriend is still legs out with the sheet like a diaper!) She was definitely spooked. In the lobby there is a poster about stopping human trafficking lol it's a decoy. Again, my lady was legit hence the two stars but this place needs to be investigated.
