There was a huge language barrier, which normally isn't a problem. I arrived and they scanned my code, I let her know there was two and she said it's okay. She walked away. She then showed us to our room. I was with my lady getting a couples massage. We were getting undressed to lay on the table and she knocked and we said one minute and she proceeded to open the door to scan the second coupon I had mentioned earlier, while leaving the door wide open and my partner was undressed. That was a problem. The massage was okay. Felt rushed at times and limited massage oil. Not my favorite massage as the two ladies that were working in there kept talking to each other pretty loudly and it was hard to enjoy the massage. After the massage was over, my lady went to the bathroom and there was a different lady at the front. She let me know that I had to wait at the front. As I walked to the front she asked who will be taking care of the $35 per person minimum tip. I said what? She mentioned that $35 per masseuse is what we should tip. I asked her that's strange.. in all of my history getting massages, I've never been told that there is a minimum to tip. She got very angry with me and slapped the table a couple times and said, I'm not going to argue with you guys.. just leave what you're gonna leave and go. I later realized they were requesting the same amount we "saved" from the coupon. I was really impressed with this spa. I made an appt through the phone for a 1 hour Swedish massage and paid when I arrived. I love the decor and ambience of this spa. It's not one of those tacky cheap massage places where you're getting a massage right next to 20 other random people. There are individual rooms, soothing music, maintains very clean atmosphere. The lady who gave me a massage did a wonderful job and helped with the knots on my back. She worked on my arms, legs, back, scalp, face, and neck. The massage was 50 dollars for an hour which is so worth it and do expect to give tip (which you should). I loved this place so much that I made another appointment for my husband and I. I come here often, even tho a long drive for me. I always see a nice beautiful girl named JoJo, her sister Linda very talented as well. Place us always super clean, they make you feel at home. Last JoJo greeted me at door, small talk then escorted back to nice room, with soft music. Reserved 1 hour massage. Came in and they said they wanna leave early, so they had 2 people working on me for 30 minutes. Already feel rushed and not relaxed at all. They talked the whole time and tried to keep selling me more services to pay more. Massage was not good. The room was cold. To make things worse at the end, they were arguing with me on tips. I've been to this business several times in the past. I stopped going because the masseuse wanted me to pay for a more expensive massage or to increase the tip. Since I was already giving a 25% tip I was not going to pay more. However, I recently needed a massage on short notice and there were numerous reviews referencing Jennifer. I called and asked if I could get an appointment with her and they said yes come on in. It turns out my masseuse was not Jennifer and as some other people indicated this is clearly a spa that is selling sexual services. The massage was okay but I quickly noted modesty was not being observed. After working on the backs of my legs the drapery was completely discarded. I was told to turn over and of course at this point I was fully nude. She propositioned me asking how much I would tip her to masturbate me or to perform oral sex. I told her I didn't want any of that I just wanted a massage and that I would tip for the massage only. This attempt went on for several minutes before she finally accepted the fact that I was not interested and then proceeded to cover me with a hot towel but at the same time seemed to be trying to arouse my interest. The massage ended roughly 10 minutes later. I was courteous and gave a customary tip for the massage of which she challenged me and wanted more. I didn't budge. It's horribly sad to think that this is happening and yet there are so many wonderful reviews written about this place. She could be a victim of trafficking but I sincerely hope not.
