Listen! I've never had a bad massage out of this place, but some things have changed. First the prices have gone up, which is understandable. But they seem to have imposed a mandated minimum tip amount which is expected before the service. I have no problem tipping, and I always do. But it seemed weird to mandate it and have minimum amounts. But anyway like I said my massage was fabulous. The staff here was very friendly and attentive but there was a bit of a language barrier which did make explaining things a bit difficult. My massage was very good and felt like a therapeutic massage vs a relaxing massage. I normally prefer a relaxing massage. The atmosphere itself is relaxing but it's definitely get what you pay for. Let me start by saying I've had many massages over the years from high-end spas to more budget-friendly places. Therefore I have a good sense of what to expect. Unfortunately, this was honestly the strangest most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I received this massage as a gift through Groupon. When I arrived and showed my coupon, the front desk employee immediately asked how much it was for. I explained it was a gift and that the price wasn't listed on the voucher, which clearly stated "60-Minute Swedish Massage with Hot Stones." Despite that, she seemed unable to move past the issue, even calling another employee before finally taking me to a room. The "room" turned out to be a large open space with two massage chairs and two tables. I wasn't told where to put my belongings or which table to use. It felt uncomfortable and exposed right from the start. I soon realized the woman at the front desk was also the only employee working and she was the one performing the massage. Throughout the session, it became clear she lacked professional training. She left the room twice--once to answer the phone and another time to get a hot towel--leaving the door wide open both times while I was lying there covered only by a sheet. The second time, she was gone so long I wasn't sure if the massage was over. At several points, it also seemed like she was using her phone during the massage, as she worked one-handed and appeared distracted. Overall, the experience was awkward, unprofessional, and uncomfortable, the complete opposite of relaxing. To top it off, she never used the hot stones that were included in the package, but by that point, I just wanted to leave. I would not recommend this place. While I understand Groupon deals can vary in quality, this experience fell far below even basic expectations. If you're considering this establishment, I'd suggest saving your money or spending a bit more elsewhere for a truly professional massage. read more

The massage was as hard as I preferred and she was able to get out many of the knots in my back. The hot stone massage was great. Really enjoyed the hot towel wipe down to remove the massage oil. My husband and I came in for massages over Mother's Day weekend, and we had a great experience. The masseuses were very welcoming and highly professional. We both really enjoyed our massages, which included a relaxing hot stone treatment. The staff spoke Mandarin abdEnglish, but communication was easy and the service was excellent. She wanted to hide behind her ring camera and yell at us in the lobby stating that we were liars and that we had already used our Groupon for services when in fact we called to verify they had availability before purchasing 15 mins prior to purchasing. She continued to accuse of us being liars but wouldn't show her face. After her staff finally figure out that they just looked at the Groupon wrong and in fact it was still valid, we then said forget it and wanted to leave and get a refund after being treated so poorly. I found this place on Groupon. My husband and I went in for a 60 minute couple's massage and both got a Swedish massage with hot stones. Ben worked on my husband while Lisa helped me. As a CMT myself I can attest that Lisa has a lot of knowledge and experience. She found areas on my body that I didn't even realize needed attention. I made an appointment for noon but when I showed up they told me to come back in an half hour because they were busy. I returned at 12:30 and after several minutes was taken to a room that had two chairs and two tables. The man entered the room at 12:40 and got things together then left for hot towels. He did not start the massage until 12:45. He told me that he would massage my feet and someone else would massage my back because he had to leave to pick kids up from school. I thought this was annoying but I moved past it. At 1:06 he stopped massaging me and left to get a warm towel and was done with the "30 minute" foot massage by 1:10. After a few minutes a woman began the back massage and she did a good job. But she told me that the man said the massage would be over at 1:30. I told her no, he didn't start the massage until 12:45 so massage should go to 1:45. During the time she massaged me she had to leave the room twice because someone walked into the business and she was the only employee there. So that reduced the total amount of time I should have received but I was going to look past that too. But as I was getting ready to leave I heard the man come into the business and was talking very loudly to the woman. At one point the man opened the door to the room I was in while I was changing. He never entered but it sure seemed like he was going to. When I left the room he began yelling st me that he started the massage at 1:40 and he knows because he looked at the clock. I told him I was on my phone and was paying attention to the time since I had to wait and while he entered the room at 12:40, he didn't begin massaging me until 12:45. The man continued to argue with me and was upset that I had a longer massage experience than he thought I should have. Ultimately, if we go by his clock, I received 5 minutes more than he thinks I should have (none of this included the time the woman had to stop my massage and help people at the counter). This man yelled at me for several minutes about what time he started the massage. Terrible customer service! I tipped the woman for her part of the massage and left. They also have a sign on the wall with minimum tipping amounts, which is approximately a 30% tip. Not the best massage I've ever had but certainly the worse experience I ever had! read more
