More important than time and money, however, is that I came away from Keith feeling not just better aligned and more flexible than 30 minutes before but with an understanding of my own anatomy and a morning stretching routine that I felt great about and that feels great. I was in excruciating pain for months, now im only 25 so I just pushed through it and would spend my days off work in bed or taking as many pain killers as I thought safe.
