Nice hot foot bath and towels. Great price. Increased from 3 to 5 stars. Original review: I quite enjoyed a 30 minute foot massage here. No waiting in a Saturday afternoon and I was a walk in with my wife. Few things to note: It's a little pricey at $40 (cash price) for - mere thirty minutes. They start the clock the moment your feet go into the foot bath which uses up 5 minutes or so. The foot massage itself was quite good. Good pressure, very relaxing. And I like they have the chairs that are slightly more upright instead of lay flat. Easier on my back. There was no music. Just silence. That's new and unusual to me. So it's all about how much a value hunter you are.

My masseuse (if you can call them that) was okay but I only had her for like 15 mins but during that time she never got into the massaging. I go to a lot of massages and she stayed in the warm up stage the whole time, I was wondering when she was ever go long to move on. Then apparently the masseuse my partner had was too light so they asked if it's okay to switch with me. Dear god. I need a lot lighter touch massage than my boyfriend but this second one was terrible. There was no technique used at all, she basically just rubbed me with oil the whole time. For the first time in my life I had to ask them to go harder. She did then, for like 10 seconds, but went back to the light touch. I was so frustrated laying there in the bed. I actually just wanted it to be over. They were nice and so was the front desk but this was a 100% waste of money. My dog could probably massage better than them.

I was a little nervous because I'd never had a massage from a male therapist before, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and reassured me that if I felt uncomfortable at any point, I could let her know. Thankfully, there was no need--Johnny was completely professional, got right to work, and gave me the best deep tissue massage I've had anywhere in the Tri-Valley. I can't wait to go back and plan to make seeing Johnny a regular part of my self-care routine. Highly recommend!

But they seem to have imposed a mandated minimum tip amount which is expected before the service. I have no problem tipping, and I always do. But it seemed weird to mandate it and have minimum amounts. But anyway like I said my massage was fabulous. It wasn't the most relaxing as there was a lot of noise from the neighboring restaurants, (think industrial kitchen sounds) but it definitely did what it needed to do, and my massues was intuitive and kind.

Pros: - Lots of parking and easy to find location - ambiance is relaxing as soon as you enter the door. It's gorgeous inside with bright lighting, comfy chairs, lots of plants, clean, relaxing sounds, and that fresh spa scent - the staff that greeted me was so polite and took the time to explain how everything worked. She guided me through the scalp screen, offered me a complimentary beverage, and when she walked me to my spa room, she explained all the steps which made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. - the spa bed is heated so it's extremely cozy and you instantly start feeling relaxed. - I booked my treatment with Becca and she was so sweet and gentle. It is tough to be able to massage someone's head while also being precise with how you shampoo, condition, massage, towel wrap someone while working through an area where pain tolerance can be low. Becca did an amazing job. I didn't feel any tugging or pulling and my scalp has never felt so clean ! The 60 min package also came with a face/neck massage which released some pressure points. - during the blow dry, Becca was really charming and easy to talk to and the blow dry went by super quick. Cons: I really didn't have any. Great location and I hope to come back again.

We booked a couple weeks ahead of time beforehand and did the 2pm appointment on a Tuesday. Price was $112 per person online (before tip, I think with a discount that is going on right now?), but if you pay with cash after your appointment, they do give you a 5% discount (we got $15 off per person because I think it was from the original non-discounted price). They let you tip either with card or cash afterwards and put it in an envelope for the person who helped you. They said they've only been open 1.5 years ish which is pretty impressive! Pros: - SUPER easy and available parking, very easy to get to from the East Bay - Extremely relaxing - the ambiance was very clean with lots of plants, really chill music. I almost fell asleep during my treatment because it was so calm. - The treatment was great - my scalp felt super rejuvenated, and I could see on the ipad camera they used that it was super gunky before and so much cleaner afterwards. - They did a full 50 mins of: a short scalp massage, a really deep clean of my hair and scalp, and also a short neck massage and upper shoulders massage. There's also a 10 min blow dry at the end that felt pretty good - my hair was so soft and smelled really good - I like that they don't talk to you too much during the treatment so you can really relax and shared quiet experience with your friend! - Lots of available appointments from morning all the way to like 7pm, which is really helpful on a weekday if you want to go after work! - Gave us complimentary drink when we walked in - They were super communicative as the appointment came closer to the date. - A lot of gen-Z workers but don't be scared, everyone was pretty kind and professional lol Cons: - The only thing that I thought was weird was that I didn't see them clean the little camera probe thing between showing my friend her scalp and mine - but maybe it's because it was before our treatments and we were clean after? idk Overall we had a fantastic experience here and I want to come back for the 90 min treatment! For the discounted price right now it's a pretty good bang for your buck (not as cheap as SoCal, but cheaper than other place like Scalp suite that charge $130 or more.

I prefer a deep tissue due to athletic build and musculature, and we all know a good deep tissue hurts in the moment and you feel amazing the next day. Somehow the pressure was deep, but I still felt relaxed. The oil was a perfect blend of menthol to not make you too cold during the massage but the perfect tingle for maximum muscle tension relief. The office was client and clean. Shoes must be removed upon entry and slippers are provided. So glad I found this place while traveling! Pleasanton Gem!

I absolutely plan to book with Chloe again next time I'm in town. Note that cash or Venmo is requested for gratuity (and a gratuity is well-earned). They also automatically applied a first-time client discount, which was nice but not necessary. Fantastic place. Highly recommended!

They are very courteous people, but I just wanted to relax and enjoy the massage and calming sounds they put on. Nope, constantly asking questions I felt like it was more of an interrogation. It was questions about my personal life and work. I do not want to talk about that as this is my time . And I don't know how you tell someone that nicely, so I just rolled with it. I do not like to share certain personal things with people I do not know. I tried to be short in my answers in hopes he would figure out that I didn't want to talk, but nope it kept coming. And it is hard to talk with those covers they have on the pillow you rest your face on. The overall massage was okay. I didn't care for it .i think I would've had a better massage at Massage Envy. The mobility movements were good. But I didn't leave feeling like wow I feel so good and relaxed...that's how I felt when I left the Palo Alto spot, so I guess the hunt for a local spot continues.
