Walking into the a great environment with friendly staff and owners was the first indication that we were going to have a great experience! The waiting area was clean and perfectly designed to make us feel comfortable. We got the couple room and it was nothing short of amazing, from the lighting, the music, cleanliness, etc. But of course the best part was the massage, our masseuses were awesome! The asked for our problem areas and asked some general questions to get a feel of where we really needed the extra attention. It was a 10/10 experience and we will most definitely be back! The owner Joe is a total racist and cheater who doesn't know how to run a business. I signed up for a membership last year and didn't have a good experience as I was only provided a 40 minute massage for a 60 minute session. I called to cancel my membership but was told that they cannot refund the future session I already paid for. Attaching the screenshot of my paid unused session which will expire on 3/15/2026. When I called them a few days back, they said it will actually expire on 3/20/2026 so I called them to book the appointment today 3/13/2026. The racist owner Joe was extremely rude and said my session already expired in May 2025 even though my account says it's valid until 3/15/2026, he even said you're not welcome here. It's shameless how this owner behaves when I raised a complaint about not receiving the service I paid for, going to report to the appropriate agency and also dispute the charge with my bank because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Updated response to Racist Joe- I have absolutely no need to have a private conversation with you because you insulted me when I tried to book my unused unexpired credit which I confirmed with not only your location but also 2 different locations who told me I can use my credit until 3/20/2026 which is exactly 1 year from my payment on 3/21/2025. So there was no system error, you're just lying to defend your disrespectful behavior. Attaching the screenshot from your own website where it clearly says unused sessions carry over for a whole year and membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. And the reason I cancelled my membership is that I was given a 40 minute massage under the 60 minute session, which is absolutely unacceptable and other customers have also complained about it. I told all that to your colleague while canceling my membership so it looks like instead of making things right, you're holding a grudge against me for complaining about poor service. The reason I'm calling you a racist is because you would not dare to behave like this if I was not a person of color so you can deny all you want but facts speak louder than words and people are smart to look at the proof I'm attaching to figure out who is right here. I was a member for several months until I lost my job and had to cancel my membership because I couldn't afford it. I had over 10 hours of credit and called to see if I could use it for my daughter's birthday gift. I called ahead to clarify if I could use my credits, and the person I spoke to confirmed it. However, when my daughter went in, they told her, "Your mom has no credit." She was already inside and undressed, so what was she supposed to do? Instead of calling me directly to inform me about the situation, they just informed her. This lack of communication has left me very disappointed. Then they later charged her almost $200 after the session on her birthday. They didn't even call me that day to let me know. When I called to fix the issue, I was told the person I spoke to was just an intern and didn't know there were no credits on my account so I could avoid paying, because of the intern's misunderstanding, which ended up costing me more and resulted in losing all the accumulated credits I was supposed to keep. I'm really disappointed with how this was handled. They didn't even inform me that my credit was about to expire. I wanted to rejoin, but and I will look for other options. read more
