I really liked my lash extensions and had them for a couple of years. I loved how natural they looked and loved not having to wear mascara anymore. Naomi is very professional, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based on my lifestyle. However, I decided to have Naomi remove my lash extensions. I just had my second session with her last Tuesday and I gotta say, I really I remembered to give her a review the first time around, because Naomi truly deserves it! I had my first (and second) Brazillian wax with her and she was also the first person I've ever had do my brows, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Let me start by explaining that I initially had my lashes done by someone else. When the woman was done, the lashes felt very heavy, my eyes burned for two days, and my right eye was bloodshot for an additional two days after the burning stopped! Then after only one week, the lashes began falling out, regardless of how careful I was with them. After the third week and with barely five lashes left on my right eye, I searched Yelp for an alternative option to get a fill, and found Naomi at The Glam Room. I've been going to Naomi for 2(?) years now and boy oh boy has she done wonders for my skin! I think a a review is in order, right? LOL Lemme tell you, having ADULT cystic acne is NOT the biz and her simplistic routine is amazing. She'll tell it like it is and still be funny, and doesn't try to SELL you on anything. I am absolutely obsessed with my lashes! I am very particular and have had my lashes done before, and Naomi's work is just amazing. The lashes are so lightweight and I can't feel them at all. Woohoo! As good as it gets is right! Naomi is the best, and I've tried them all. I've gone to a few other eyelash extensions places. One was another highly rated place here in Tracy. My eyelashes looked fine, but they fell off within a week. Complete waste of money! A lot of money! No resolution from the stylist! I kept them clean and dry for 48 hours, no oils, etc. The stylist did have to remove some lashes from another salon, so my guess is there was remover residue and very likely the use of cheap glue. Who knows. Either way, it was substandard work and unprofessional. No attempt to redo her work. One week. What a rip off. I had about three stray lashes that stuck and I looked so weird. Based on Naomi's reviews, I made an appointment. This was to be my last attempt at lashes. Well, they look wonderful. Perfect. Amazing. Soooooo much better than the other places. I didn't know they could look this good! Stayed on for THREE weeks!! I've already gone back for a fill in and Naomi is very professional, competent, and has a strong work ethic.
