I saw this placed advertised on Groupon. I contacted her for an appointment. The brows only look good right after she does them and maybe a week later. All of the color disappeared from my brows. I thought this was like a tattoo but no, more like a tint. I didn't get to go to my second appt because of COVID ... now I don't even want to go back there to go through the hassle of going that far out just for 3 day brows. Her hours are not for the average working person! This is not as advertised I wish I could have told Groupon but she cut side deals and did not give me a receipt. Lesson learned. read more

I am a former licensed cosmetologist who came into Brows Rocking Salon in Orland Park for a first time microblading service. I was firstly impressed by how modern and clean the space was, the high quality and disposable sterile equipment and organic pigments used, and how friendly and knowledgeable the technician was. Fre is a talented artist, licensed in three states! She has extensive experience in different threading and lash application techniques in addition to microblading brows. So this woman knows her stuff! She reviews your medical history and there is a signed waiver during the consult. She then cleans and afterwards applies a topical anesthetic to numb the area before she outlines the unique shape. After the clients approval, she begins the service which took about two hours. All the time she is answering questions and talking to you so it doesn't feel that long at all! As for me, I'm afraid of needles so I was happily surprised that the sensation was very tolerable akin to a thin cat scratch feeling along the brow bone. At the end, i was thoroughly cleaned, and still numb. She went through after care and applied ointment with instructions on what to expect. I couldn't believe there wasn't any bleeding or swelling! I still looked like myself, just with more framed and fuller looking brows! It will be a month before the scabbing, healing process gives way to the final "look" but already I'm loving the results and excited about not having to shadow or fill in my sparse light colored brows with makeup when I hit the pool! The cost more than pays for the service since they last over a year and still look natural. I highly recommend Fre for this service especially if you are as scared as I was to try it for the first time. I can't wait for her to do my lashes too. What a treat! I feel like I got a spa service with immediate results! Four hours later and they're looking great. read more

Fre spent time explaining entire process ( stopped many times checking to be sure all was ok. Plus showed me with mirror how they looked ) Fre customized my eyebrows to my face & age.
