I just left here and I have a wedding on Saturday so I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and tinted, why did I come here the wax she used on my under arms burned me I told her that her wax was hot she kept going I said Your Wax is HOT! She fanned my arm seriously!! ok but back to the eyebrows she cleaned them up ok but the tint she did like a kindergartner all sloppy and outside the lines I'm so angry right now she kept trying to clean it upas I said this is not how you tint, but why did you take a call while your supposed to be doing my eyebrow tinting and it was not a business call no it was a long drawn out conversation overpriced and not worth it do not come here! read more

Came here on a whim after work thinking that I should give this place a try as its closer to where I moved. The lady who sat me was not friendly at all. I noticed her getting the thread and chewing it to cut the string. I don't care if that portion isn't being actually on my face, but thats just disgusting. I have microbladed eyebrows and asked for a clean up and to be a bit thin. Once she was doing her thing, she was incredibly rough and was hitting my closed eyes with the excess thread she was holding with her other hand. It was so freaking painful and I was wincing so hard in pain. When I got home, I noticed that if you look closely, she took off my entire tail on my right eyebrow???? Thank god I have microbladed eyebrows but how the hell do you even do that. Never coming here again. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would!! This place is horrible and we had a bad feeling when we arrived and saw how unsanitary it was but we were in a hurry and needed to get this done. But that was a HUGE MISTAKE not only are they rude but also they obviously did NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.....one lady exclaimed to a customer over the phone that she had a cosmetology license and that made her a professional....LMAO HER WORK WAS EAY BELOW AVERAGE....I refused to pay her for such a sloppy job and making eyebrows uneven and lash extensions were not even done correctly. But she agreed to make it right since all of them their were still in "training" so basically rookies at this with just a license. I felt bad for her because it was obvious afterwards that she had no skill and this was definitely not something she would be able to make a living at since she could not comprehend the simplest task. Well, I want to give stars according to their service 1star- for the very rude behavior, the lady who did my eyebrows was working by herself , I was there for full face , after threading hairs were going in my eyes and she didn't even clean once , at the end , handed me a tissue very rudely saying " clean your face , it's hard to see with hair all over the face " did not even offer any lotion or moisturizer after threading even though she cut a whole chunk underneath my left eyebrow , I noticed it later when I was cleaning my face at the end .. Estimate was gives $35 and charged me $ 45 .. 3 star- eye brow shaping , she did a just okay job on shaping eyebrows . read more

I honestly don't believe the one poor review for this threading salon. They do an excellent job here. I have high expectations as well as sensitive skin (and I use retina a products which can make the skin thinner and easier to tear). Coming here has never left with me with any irritation to my skin beyond just the light pain of any normal hair removal. I've gone to elegant threading seriously bushy messy brows and they cleaned them up very nicely. They know how to shape brows to fit your face and I always leave satisfied. The prices are also very reasonable, and you can even buy a membership for unlimited for a couple months that is very reasonable. They also do waxing too. Highly highly recommend! read more

We arrived today at 205 pm. My girlfriend had an appointment here. We walked inside. There was one employee having a full blown conversation on her phone for 5 minutes. Didn't even acknowledge us not once. She then continued talking on her phone and went into the break room in the back. We waited another few minutes and left. First and last time ever coming here. I've lived in Tracy a little less than a year. I went to a couple of places to have my eyebrows threaded before going to Elegant Threading Salon and I was less than impressed. When I finally found this salon I was overjoyed. My eyebrows always come out so nicely, which is a bit difficult because I have a scar on my left eyebrow which can be difficult to shape around. They are professional, friendly, and very clean. I even have my aunt going to Elegant now and she would only wax before. I really like this establishment. I recommend it. read more

I've been getting a monthly Brazilian wax since May 2019 and this was by far the least painful experience I've ever had AND the price is great. My mom and I are so grateful this place opened up! We have each been here twice now and have received the best service each time. We tried out a few other places for eyebrow threading in this area but due to our sensitive skins, we would leave in pain. We happened upon a flyer and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. It's clean, nicely scented and has fancy-looking beauty chairs that offer comfort during our sessions. Eyebrow threading only costs $8! It was painless for me and done exactly the way I wanted it to be, with great attention to detail. She was super kind and super hygienic throughout the process and I left pleased afterward. The location is convenient in its proximity to Costco, Golden 1 Credit Union and Wal-Mart, as well.
