Walking in, I was greeted kindly and offered a soda, water, and candies. Wow! Very considerate. The atmosphere was upbeat and comfortable. They told me I'd wait about 15 minutes and sat me at a pedicure station while I picked a color and sipped my water. About 10 minutes later, I was offered another refreshment. Ok, sure. These little candies were good! My nail tech Debi was great and she handled my feet with care. I didn't feel pressured to add services at all. Being that I came in at the last hour of business, I was concerned about having enough time for what I wanted but Debi worked fast and efficiently. Upon paying, I was already feeling satisfied about my experience, but as I walked away, she said wait! Here's a gift for you. I was shocked. A full size lotion! I've been in and out of nail salons for the past 28 years and have never been given anything as a token of appreciation. I thought it was a nice touch. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS! They removed my previous review. They do not honor or respect their clients, let alone their employees. I was terminated for repeatedly asking for things that they do not care about such as, fixing an over flowed bathroom that smelled of dry urine and feces, providing masks and water for employees, sanitizing equipment that directly touches clients faces. They harassed me over sales every day, when 1. Sales was NEVER a part of my job 2. They would not hire a hair stylist and I would have to turn away up to 20 clients (walk-ins and phone calls) every day. Go figure! They do not see clients as actual people who deserve over the top service, all they want is MONEY! read more

I had a horrible, god awful, and just plain hopeless mess going on when I walked into the salon for my first time. I didn't think there was any way anyone could help me. After lots of collaborative thought by like 4 of the girls at the salon, Vanessa became my hero! She had her job cut out for her for sure. I explained, the (different) stylist said she understood, but she had no idea what to do. I had this problem previously, and a stylist used thinning shears to almost smooth it out. So the stylist cut and cut and now the crown of my head looks like I backed into the hedge trimmer, some of the hair is 1" long. She assured me that it will grow out and lie down, but no explanation why she cut it so short, and it is still sticking up. If it was going to stick up, why not leave it longer so I won't have to wait for it to lie down? And the other crown has longer hair, so my cut is lopsided. Never again.
