From there, I made my first visit. I scheduled a full head balayage & hair cut. When walking in, we hit it off & there began my hair transformation! My first visit, she had to cut about 6 inches from my hair as it was pretty dead and needed some hair help. I was happy she was honest from the very start of our hair relationship.
