We LOVE Monarch. Stylist: Our families hairstylist is Rocky and she is AMAZING! There isn't anything she can't do. We feel so fortunate to have found her. She is Sooo talented. She takes her time and always makes sure we leave with exactly what we wanted. She has a real talent for color and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding techniques and trends. Her cuts, styles and blowouts are on point and to top it all off with a cherry she is an incredibly wonderful human, who is patient with teens, has a huge heart and is very fun and personable. Thank you Rocky. I have also started seeing Sharon for facials and she is great and we are excited to get started with their massage therapist soon. I have been going to Val for the past year almost and I've never looked back! This woman works with my schedule and always gets me looking my best for any event I have. I go for a trim + treatment with a blowout for under $100. (My hair is much thicker than pictures convey) Val makes you feel so welcome as I was nervous just reaching out via her ig: hairmagicbyval but I'm glad I did. Val washing my hair is something I look forward to as I can't get that relaxed anywhere else I love it! You can almost fall asleep in the private wash area. Love Val my sister does too! read more

She's so sweet and just like last time, she's down to chat or just let you enjoy the process, it's up to you :) I also loved that she had a robe thingy for me in my size which made me more comfy during the facial. Best experience! I'm so happy that my stylist Nina moved to a better salon! I've been seeing Nina for a couple of years now and she always knows what is best for me. I can literally sit in her chair and trust her 100% on what style is best for me. She's such an honest stylist and so happy that she moved to a salon that fits her style better! I would just like to know how anyone manages to get these amazing appointments lol. I messaged 10 days ago for a quote and nothing back. I have called on 2 separate occasions (they were open) a total of three times and NOTHING. Do you go in person to make an appointment for another day? Because I have no idea how to get a reply to even set up an appointment. At that point I didn't even care about the quote, I just wanted to be booked for an appointment but I cannot get through nor do they look at their yelp messages. Get your hair done here. My last stylist of 2 years cut 8 inches off my bangs for no reason. I went to Brianna, she is very professional and cut my bangs last month to shape, and today she cut my whole hair, and it is soft, healthy & manageable. The root touch-up came out perfect, and she knows how to get your hair done professionally, but fast. I am the kinda person who just wants to get my hair done and go. This is the right gal to go to if you need results that are positive, fast. The cut of bangs she reshaped the bad cut. Surprisingly I got a response that they will connect me to a stylist and even asked for my name and number. I didn't hear back so I follow up again. My message is seen but no response. I first met Molly when I was a hair model at a class hosted at Monarch Beauty Collective. She asked lots of questions and was actively engaged in learning. A few weeks later she reached out to me on social media and after looking at her page I wanted to book an appointment. She was prompt to get back to me with dates and times and was easy to work with even with my not so flexible schedule as a working mom. The day of my appointment she was instantly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout her detailed consultation. I went in to it with some ideas, but wasn't quite sure what I wanted and she helped me talk through what we both thought would be best. I felt comfortable with the plan before she started which is a plus when going to a different stylist for the first time. We had a great, easy flowing conversation throughout my appointment and she also respected when I had to take a work call. She was very easy to talk to and I felt like I had known her a while instead of just meeting. She gave an AMAZING head and neck massage when shampooing my hair and it was unlike anything I had ever gotten before. Such a nice plus! I am extremely satisfied with my hair! It is exactly what I wanted and she nailed the color and cut. She gave me options for when I would need to come back depending on how I like the grow out. I've been going to Molly for years through I think 3 salon changes..? She's super professional, chatty when I'm in the mood or happy to just do her thing while I work, but best of all she can DO hair. I go for bold colors and she has never failed me. I've been visiting Molly for all of my hair needs for years and would not trust anyone else! Her skills at color and highlights are unmatched. She is passionate and professional, the end result is always a work of art. Everytime I see her I leave the chair feeling confident and happy. The highlights and cut not only look fabulous when leaving the salon but they look fabulous months later as they grow out. Molly has an uncanny ability to know exactly what to do to my hair so that it keeps shape and color longer than any other hair person before her. I almost think she must somehow be magical. They probably do a great job cutting and styling hair...but I'll never know. I called no less than 5 times over the course of two weeks and always reached a Google Voice Subscriber inbox. I've left messages on several occasions but never received a response. So I went into the physical location...where I was directed to a QR Code and told to send them a message through that website. Which I did two weeks ago. They must not be interested in growing their client base because it is seemingly impossible to get an appointment. The "Get In Touch" approach is woefully inadequate. I had questions about what services would be best for me. I'm a guy who has never had long hair until recently. I don't know what services I need...a haircut I guess? I really wanted to speak with someone who could help me to understand what is available. Long story...still have long hair. I do not feel as though I have been welcomed to the salon. Nor do I feel like they want me as a customer. At this point, even if they contacted me, I wouldn't feel comfortable having my hair done at this salon. read more

She's an amazingly talented colorist and can cut all types of hair. Mine is very curly but I also blow it out and she's done phenomenal cuts every single time. Got a haircut from Rocky a few days ago, it was a super nice experience and as I saw someone else mention here the wash part was top tier - the room is so relaxing! Really enjoyed it and would recommend, I love the haircut I got and it's the first time a stylist really listened to what I'd like! Most stylists I've went to before basically don't want to do what I'm asking for, so this was a great change. Will certainly be coming back when it's time to get another cut! :) Good pricing too, wasn't too expensive, just right. read more
