I was hesitant to leave a review but need to relay for other potential customers. Went to Vanny a total of 4 times. My fist appt I came with previous pictures of what I had done and wanted similar lashes. I booked a full wispy volume set and was charged $280 plus tip. I walked out with not even a classic set. I even asked when I left if what she gave me was a full volume& Vanny stated yes. When I returned for a fill I showed her pictures of HER work which were true full volume. I also showed her side by side with the work she did on me initially. She then ADMITTED that she had done a classic set BUT still went ahead and charged me FULL PRICE of a volume. It left such a bad taste in my mouth knowing she took advantage of me. I still attempted to try her work but it never was to my liking and I couldn't continue with her due to the initial dishonesty. Please BE AWARE!! Such a shame. Will alway tell people my horrible experience here. read more

I booked an appointment with Yvonne for eyebrow microblading. It was an incredible experience! She was so professional, caring, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. She walked me through each step and was meticulously careful to make sure everything was sterile. We both wore masks. I'm not going to say there wasn't a little bit of discomfort when the numbing cream started to wear off, but I kept thinking it was all going to be worth it. And it was! My brows look fabulous! I fortunately stumbled across Vanny. She is not only experienced, knowledgeable, patient, professional but also just a really cool hard working woman! I had a very unfortunate previous experience with another individual performing microblading. I actually ended up having permanent HAIR LOSS and NO INK retention from that service.
