Overall a good experience. There wasn't anything significantly negative nor was there anything significantly impressive. I was a walk in and they took me right away. I asked for a basic mani and pedi with gel polish. Location overall was nice and clean. Staff was nice and efficient. I was in and out pretty quick. My nails and toes came out good- no complaints. I paid $85 for a basic mani and pedi with gel polish. This did not include the tip so it ended up being about $100 total. FOR ME, I feel the price was on the higher side for what I got. Would I be back? I think if I was in a pinch and REALLY needed my nails done, maybe, but I wouldn't pay $100 regularly for a basic mani and pedi but that's just me. Today was really disappointing. My daughter starts school tomorrow after recently moving to Mountain House. She's been very nervous about starting at a new school, so I wanted to do something special for her before her first day. She had been asking for a manicure, so I booked an appointment for a pedicure for myself and a regular (non-gel) manicure for my 11-year-old daughter. I asked the price for a manicure for an 11 year old and they said 25$. I don't know if this is a kids price or regular pricing. I just said that's fine. Our appointment was at 5:45, and we arrived at 5:53. As soon as we walked in, the employees looked at my daughter and laughed. The tone of the interaction immediately felt uncomfortable. We were told they couldn't start her manicure for another 20 minutes because we were late, which I understood since we were a few mins late. Before I started my pedicure, I asked if my daughter could simply sit next to me until her manicure began. We were in the very last pedicure chair at the end of the salon with plenty of space, but I was told she was "in the way" and needed to sit elsewhere. My daughter became visibly uncomfortable and quietly asked if we could just leave. When I asked how long her regular manicure would take, I was told "at least 45 minutes," followed by, "You can leave if you want to," in a very dismissive tone. At that point, my daughter was on the verge of tears, so we left. My daughter has gone through significant health challenges and, as a result, is much taller than many kids her age. She has struggled with comments about her size and was bullied because of it. During this interaction, I felt like the staff didn't believe she was actually 11 years old, and seeing adults laugh at her and treat her that way broke my heart. I even found myself pulling up her school records just to prove she was an 11-year-old starting 6th grade. Whether that was their intention or not, that's how the experience felt to us, and it was heartbreaking. Terrible! Nothing worse than lying to a client. You tell a client to come back in one hour and I come back 15 minutes early as most would do to be told well now others are waiting come back tomorrow so disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. This is a business and a level of professionalism is expected period. We all have functions or are busy and should be able to trust when booking with a salon we can count on being serviced at the time reserved. Some do nails good some don't in addition to miscommunication, some days they greet you other days they look at you, like "why are you here" . instead of saying let's fix the problem it's going to cost extra for the miscommunication. They tell customers they can't will not fix the problem and refuse to do your nails although they took off some of the polish. This is after the fact that you been a customer for approx 6 months coming every two weeks getting the same exact service done. We need another nails salon IMMEDIATELY. The customer service skills lack and they are rude because we want our nails done right. We need another nail salon. I used to really like coming here. Now you walk in at your appointment time and they didn't take me till 45 minutes later. They start to fill the tub and I tell the gal I needed acrylic on my big toe and on my small toe. I had my feet in the water for 5 minutes tops. She barely scrubbed them and that was it.No lotion no hot towel. I asked for a manicure too and everything was just basic. My fingers were placed in a cold bowl of water then took off my cuticles and put the gel polish on. I wasn't told the price, I wasn't offered a longer service or more in-depth experience. Plain basic for $60 pedi, 45 for mani. I'm tired of going into salons and feeling like I'm inconveniencing when asking for what I want. I feel like for the amount we pay to have our nails and toes look great they shouldn't rush things and actually have your price list visible for everyone to see. I have been here a couple of times now with my kids and husband. Every time we have gotten right in and had a wonderful experience. We recently went and my daughter got a gel design and it was so nicely done and detailed. I chose a questionable color and came back a couple days later to change it. lol. I was trying to support this MH location, but honestly I just don't enjoy coming here. No prices posted, no idea if there are any upgrade options for the pedicures. The chairs aren't that comfortable, the water for my pedicure was cold even after I asked for warmer, if I get a manicure and pedicure they do them at the same time, which I think is a little rushed feeling and makes it hard to relax while you get the pedicure. They put one warm towel that could have come from my household rag bin on my legs for a second and that's about as pampering as it got. Ugh, what a bummer. I was super looking forward to coming here since it's so close to home! My friend and I decided to try this place out Monday morning around 10am. No other customers were in the building and there were 3 techs present. They seated us quickly for our full set manicures. No prices were discusses/shown/displayed in the building. My friend's nail tech seemed to be more experienced than mine. Her french tip nails came out great. Mine on the other hand was nice, but as she was applying the acrylic to my nails, it would drip off to the side, fall off my nail, or be applied lumpy. I had to let her know that the fake nail wasn't properly attached to my nail, so she added more glue. I asked for a coffin shaped nail in black. My nails definitely are not coffin shaped & the dents/ lumps/ & bumps all over it just turned me off. Initially I wasn't so bothered by my nails and it was fine even though it wasn't really what I asked. As the day went by and as I started looking at them more, they just were so sloppily done! She had filed my skin on the edges of my nails leaving me these "file burns" and the fact that most of my nails were not smooth at all. I also noticed that there was no real care during/after (pushing cuticle ups, hand massage after, etc). For $55 a full set, I'd expect some lotion at least. Only oil was applied to my cuticles after it was done. As a new business, I would expect the best possible results. I would make sure that the nails provided were top notch or at bare minimum smooth. I would want new customers to come back, but unfortunately I don't think I will. They also are not advertising prices and have "no photos" on their menu paper (which I saw after everything was done & asked if I could see it). Just found that weird and sketch, but I guess they're probably trying to have customers come in before they decide that they want/ do not want to come in due to the cost. Pros: Clean facility, pedicure chairs look amazing & comfortable, staff was nice, prices are similar to surrounding areas. Pedicure is priced at $33, but not sure if they have options like hot wax, stone, etc.. the menu only has basic services. read more

I purchased Regular Pedicure at Covid effective rate increase @25.00 Lady did not sock my feet enough did only few seconds, did not massage as they are suppose to give massage it wasn't even rubbing level of massage. I had to ask her to clean around nails I showed her heels need scrubbing. She had 1.5" x 1.5" scrubber that was barely contacting to the targeted area. This establishment is beautiful and clean. I'm so glad there's finally a nail salon in MOHO. I've been here multiple times for full sets and pedicures. For the most part I'm satisfied when I leave but there have been a few times where the work wasn't as clean as I would've liked. The manicure did not last me even 24 hours. The following morning 6 nails have chipped polish! Very unsatisfied with my manicure. They told me bc its a REGULAR manicure it "doesn't last long." I've had my manicure done elsewhere which has "last longer." My opinion poor execution and poor work, either the polish was cheap or retaining a satisfied happy clients isn't there top priority. Clean facility but deceiving in terms of sanitary practices: 1. If you get dip mani - they will not ask you to wash your hands. So pretty much every gets to dip their unwashed nails in the same gel container. This is great way to transfer bacteria! 2. The nail technician wear gloves but use the same gloves for one customer to another! Imagine they used that glover massage someone's feet and now they are doing your nails. Please change gloves or it defeat the purpose! 3. Chairs are not fully sanitized in between customers! 4. The hot stones they use for massage, they just rinse in water in between customers. No other disinfecting done other than put back in th hot machine not hot enough to kill bacteria. The fees are not cheap so I expect better sanitization practices! read more

DONT GO HERE!!!! Save your money and go anywhere else. I got a pedicure and manicure one week and two days ago on April 16th. I wanted to give a place nearby a shot! A week later I notice my nails randomly off. I was eating breakfast and randomly falls off than an hour later I'm walking my daughter in the park and another one comes off. I go to the store and show them the photos and complain . I asked for a refund because I have a baby and I can't get it fixed nor do I want it fixed. I paid $60!!!!
