After having a disappointing experience with a previous nail tech, Tiffany came in to save the day! Yen is an absolute doll and gives a beautiful pedicure. She is sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel cared for. Tiffany invited me back for an acrylic full set, and when I say she did a spectacular job on my nails, I mean exactly that. The color is gorgeous, the shaping is flawless, and she was so gentle with my hands, my cuticles, and the entire service from start to finish. What really stood out to me was her attention to detail. She cleaned up my cuticle area beautifully without me even having to ask, and that meant a lot. So many people can do acrylics, but not everyone takes the time to do those little finishing touches that make a set look truly polished and luxurious. Tiffany absolutely does. She was also incredibly gracious and even refused to take a tip, which spoke volumes to me. I told her the same thing I firmly believe, when someone does beautiful work and gives you a lovely experience, their time is valuable too and they deserve to be appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Tiffany for an acrylic full set and Yen for a pedicure. Both of these women made me feel genuinely taken care of, and I will definitely be back. When I protested they showed me a card with a sticker on it and refused to take responsibility for their misleading the customer. I went in because I wanted to get simple coffin nails. The lady said that she can do a very good job since it was an easy set. While she was doing my nails she kept cutting me when I would tell her she would start laughing and say nothing. By the end I had cuts everywhere around my nails. I go to the salon and tell them how it fell off again, they want me to pay an extra $5 to fix the nail. They only get one star because I have to give them something. Terrible customer service and I will not return. Yen was rude!! I corrected her when taking the dry skin from my foot without solution she became angry and defensive. She called someone over who spoke English and she didn't even listen to me and agreed with Yen. I watched a gentleman employee doing just what I asked to another customer so I know what I was requesting is normal. She then burned the bottom of my foot with the paraffin wax and acted like it was my imagination. She was pissed at that point and didn't even want to file or paint my nails correctly. So I went in today to get a nail fill & Holly did my nails. She was absolutely sloppy from the beginning, worst fill I've had in the last couple years. She cut my finger with the nail file & didn't even apologize just kept on working like nothing. Before she painted my nails I pointed out several different nails that had excess acrylic in them for her to fix before putting the gel on & she kinda fixed but I was surprised she didn't fix the obvious before painting my nails I still had excess acrylic. As she was putting on the nail oil at the end so I can wash my hands, she was doing it so sloppy & just slapping the oil like she just wanted me outta there. I was pretty pissed because I like my nails perfect, now I have to look at my nails for the next 3 weeks & be upset!!! Never ever again will I have Holly do my nails!!! Be careful ladies!!!! I've been here a couple times but during the pandemic. Now it looks like they have a new owner and I must say... great service! Nice nail salon, very well kept and clean. The lady who did my nails... she did a great job. I like this spot and will be returning however I do have to mention... prices for sure have gone up. Gel manicure with no gel pedicure just that special pedicure they call it... all together $97. Normally I usually pay for the sake service... no more than $70. So you do the math. If I'm on a budget lol definitely not coming here for that day. read more

It just so happens I was going to get my nails done the same day. I walked in after getting my boba fix and they took me in within 5 min. Finally...a nail shop that understood what I wanted. I explained that I wanted to take off whatever the previous nail shop put on my nails and that I wanted a gel manicure. The previous nail shop put acrylic on my nails which I never asked for. I would just like to start by saying that I am a young African American woman with dreads. That point will be significant later on. I really wanted to like this place, my mom and sister raved about their services. However, the way they treated me was horrendous. We arrive at our appointment for 2 pedis and a fill, and we wait for 30 mins to even be seated in the tub. My sister and I weren't even seated together even though they had an entire section of chairs that were unoccupied. He starts on my toes, and places a towel over my legs to "cover up". I was in a dress which was longer than some of the women in shorts. Those women I would like to point out were of a lighter color. After I refuse to sit there with a towel over my legs he gets annoyed. This manicurist then proceeded to do my toes, to say he was rough would be a understatement. He was grabbing my feet and my legs with such force. I say ow and pull away and he just grabbed them harder. His massage left literal bruises on my legs. I ended the massage early by saying "stop" firmly. That just further pissed him off. By the time this hellish ordeal of over, it's needless to say I was very pissed off. The second the manicure was over I was thinking "at least I get to sit in the chair and dry my toes". NOPE! He rushed me out of the chair the second we were done. Even though the other women were happily lounging in their chairs drying their toes. He then tried forcing my shoes on my feet. I snatched them out of his hand and told him to stop touching me. It is needless to say that the other women in this salon that were being treated with respect were of a lighter skin color. The fact that he believed that it was okay to treat a woman of color, or any woman for that matter, this way is nothing short of disgusting. I left feeling physically assaulted and singled out. I paid and did not leave him a tip. I will never be back again. There are PLENTY of other places in the area that know how to treat people of color. read more
