Cute place. Came here with my main lady gramma. We needed a day off from all the commotion and choose this place to get a Mani and pedi. We talked about getting drinks and to our surprise the actually serve wine with your service. Lucky us we were pampered well with a cup of wine, good tv, massage chairs and Mani/pedi. A little surprising they only had 2 ladies right before Thanksgiving and were not prepared for the rush but can't blame the other ladies for wanting to be with their families. Just what would normally take about an hour was more like 2 but we needed to get out so it was well worth it. Best place for acrylic nails and waxing! I got my nails done by Vy, and she was so intricate and detailed about the work she did. I've been asked if my nails are real because of how well she did. Genie did my waxing, and I've had the best experience with her. She's been doing my waxing since I was in high school, and I've never had any issues. My grandma also likes to come here to get her nails done, and they all take such good care of her. I was hesitant to try them out since reviews are 50/50 but really wanted to try the You and Me spa package. Mani, Pedi, neck/shoulder rub, express facial and eyebrows. So I Gave them a try. They let me know when I booked the gal for facial was not in so we exchanged facial for gel pedicure. I loved them! I was taken in for appointment on time, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I received a $60 gift certificate for Mother's Day, 2017, to use at Four Seasons but never made the time to use it. Finally used it last week, 12/27/2017. Decided to get a pedicure for myself and my daughter plus a GEL mani for my daughter. Two issues. Firstly she did not properly remove the tackiness of the gel from my daughter's nails. Living across town I wasn't thrilled to have to drive back to have it fixed. Luckily I wasn't all the way home. Seeing how happy my daughter having painted nails made her I made the trip worth it. Secondly by Monday, 1/1/18 THREE of her nails had completely peeled off. No chipping at all just completely peeled off whole. Today she has only THREE nails left with polish. Very disappointed! My daughter's nails should have lasted at least a week. Especially how careful she was being with her hands after having them done. I can see them maybe chipping a little. Also my total resulted in having $4.00 left on my gift card. Sadly I don't think I will be going back there to use it. 2 stars because our toe nail polish is still hanging in there. **Update. 1/5/18** Took my daughter back(1/4/18) to show them what they look like after 9 days. Wasn't expecting them to do anything BUT they did have the lady who painted her nails initially, paint them again. She didn't leave with sticky nails like last time. I will update with how long this polish lasts on my daughter's nails. Recently I moved to Tracy and have been very hesitate to get my nails done. After about two in a half months I've decided I needed to hook my nails up with some TLC. So, I went on Yelp and only found 3 nail salons with good reviews. I called up four seasons to see if they even did stiletto nails and was surprised she knew what I was talking about. When I walked in I was amazed how nicely it was set up and looked really clean. I was greeted immediately. I believe Genie did my stiletto nails and another lady on my pedicure. Sorry I'm horrible with names and hopefully I'm giving the right person credit! Genie did a excellent job and I'm completely satisfied. The young lady that did my pedicure did a wonderful job as well. I'm shocked that I found a great nail salon on my first try! Tried this place for the first time after losing my last nail lady of over 10 years (she sold her business). I went there with my daughter, who got her Dip removed, a straight manicure as well as a pedicure and eyebrow and lip wax, my DIL who got a Mani & Pedi, and myself who got an acrylic fill and Pedi. The place was clean, the workers were polite and they recently painted and got new chairs that are very comfortable. The prices were the same as my previous salon, so I was happy about that.... THEN I got a 10% discount on my daughter's services because she is a student! Although I was weary about trying a new salon I wasn't familiar with, I'm overly impressed with the service provided. I love getting my nails done here because the technicians actually take their time. I always go to Jenny for my sets and believe me, it's always 1 hr+. I don't mind because she does a diligent and amazing job. I still get compliments on my nails when I've had them for a full month. That's how good of a job Jenny does. I also like that they have a large selection of polishes to choose from and they have a disk-thingy with each polish so you don't have to stare at a huge wall to look for the perfect shade. Had high hopes for this place because it was recommended, but it's a total let down!! I came in for holographic nails. It literally took two hours. I spent more time waiting than the time they spent actually doing my nails. I had two nail techs bc the first one didn't know how to do holographic. Also cut my cuticle and it bled a bit. Spent a little under $50 for this experience. Final product is okay. Missed a couple spots when the holographic coat was being applied. I'm not coming back. +Definitely do not recommend. Come here to get your pedicures! They take they're time to give you a good leg massage! Ask for extra 5-10 minutes for $5 or $10 more dollars. They also have a menu of special pedicures as well. What I love the most is that they color coordinate all their nail polishes! I cant stand places that don 't do it because its hard to find a nice color. Little details like that and offering a drink to their customers is what sets them apart! The two times my wife, daughter and myself we were told to come back and they would hold a place for us and they did not on both occasions In fact when we were leaving the second time the manager told us to come back at 7 which we did and she told us they were booked and didn't have any room. I visit Tracy often because my family lives out here so I've been to a few different salons in the area. I have to give this place one star for their lack of professionalism and skill. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job, but really, how can you mess up a pedicure unless they do a terrible polish job. The lady that did my full nail/gel set was terrible. When she filed my nails (I asked for square with rounded corners) she seemed to be only able to file the right corner of each nail to a round corner and the left side was filed into a pointed corner. My nails were noticeably uneven that I mentioned to her, very nicely, if she could even them out by rounding out the left side. She gave me a dirty look and attempted to round it out. She failed. So she told me she would go back to filing later. Fine. When it was time to file again, I told her once more, that she needed to make it even. She spoke very little English so the lady at the first nail table (closest to the window) came over to help. I explained to her and showed her how the corners of my nails were not evenly rounded. The second lady told me my skin was crooked. Um ok. I told her, regardless, that doesn't mean that the corners shouldn't be evenly rounded. I told her, "I am paying $48 dollars for this manicure and you're going to do a good job." The second lady said, "Yes, of course, if you don't like it you tell her (pointing at the lady doing my nails)." I told her, "I have been telling her, and you, and you both are arguing with me." The lady doing my nails said, "It looks fine to me." I said, "It looks fine to you, but it doesn't look fine to me. If you want me to pay you, fix it." I seriously had had enough! The second lady walked away pissed off while the lady doing my nails filed down 2 of my nails and proceeded to push my hand away one she was done! Seriously?! I told her to please fix ALL MY NAILS! She finally did and although I still think she did a crappy job, they looked better than they did before. During check out, I had a coupon for $5 off a full set. She then told me painting tips on my nails was an extra $5 on top of my $48 but she didn't tell me that until check out but she originally gave me a price of $48 before she started. If you're going to charge San Francisco prices, make sure the service is of San Francisco standards. I will never go to this nail salon again. There are way cheaper salons in Tracy that offer better customer service and do a much better job on your nails than Four Seasons Nails. read more

Ummm ya No. I should have got up and left but i needed to get my nails done asap... So the Nail Tech, She was nice friendly and kind... But then I noticed 3 nail tech ladies approaching my table. and hovered around me watching my my tech do my nails.... Now I don't know about you but i don't want someone staring at me while I'm trying to relax, And on top of that talk in their "mother tongue" right in front of you. anyway.... I just was not satisfied with the Quality of service. Also the gel that I had put on my nails have air bubbles. My reg nail lady in Fremont Ca, makes sure i dont walk out with bubbles on my nails. I went to the Four Seasons for the first time yesterday. I got a basic mani-pedi for $30. The price was really good and the end result was good enough. But I gave it two stars for a few reasons. First of all, they said I would only wait 20 minutes. I was OK with that. So they sat me in one of their massage chairs, with my feet in the warm water and the jets streaming on my legs. So far,so good. It was almost an hour later when they started doing the pedicure. I had to take my feet out of the water because they were getting wrinkly and the water was cold. I should've walked away but I really wanted to get my mani-pedi and not have to come back or figure out where else I could go. So he starts doing my feet, but when it came down to the massage, he did it so hard that I was visibly in pain and he didn't realize that until he got to my other foot. I should've said something sooner, but I thought it was his way of massaging. It's not hurting me now, so no harm done, but I just wonder if being so rough was necessary. He was cleaning under my toenail and he went to far in and hurt me, again. I'm pretty tough when it comes to pain, but I just don't think you should be in pain while getting this kind of service. Then he works on my hands and that went much better, but by then it had been almost two hours since I first showed up. It was almost closing time and there was another lady there getting a pedicure and she said she had to go the bathroom before she started on the polish. The young lady that was doing her pedi told her to go ahead and hurry up. Wow! Really? In conclusion, I think I'm gonna skip this place and try to find another one. The massage chair was very weak as was the actual massage don't know the name of the technician but it look like you'd rather be anywhere but there and it showed in the quality of his work he cut my cuticles that a week later still sore and bleeding. Came in for a gel pedicure Saturday morning. It was quiet and sat in a chair immediately. They offer you water in a wine glass & fruit!!!! It was very relaxing and just what I needed!!!! My nails came out beautiful. I asked for white gel (white is a tough color to work with) and a couple nails "wrinkled". But she fixed the 2 trouble nails until they were perfect!!! Four seasons was an okay nail spa. They had a whole bunch of open spots to sit in the front of salon but instead the put us in the dark back corner. (I dont think my toes are that ugly to be put in the back lol) there was nothing special or made this salon stand out. The ladies were nice. I was disappointed in the massages. I got about a minute or less on my arms and legs. That's what I look forward to when I treat myself to the nail salon(which is never). I've been going to Four Seasons since they opened. I occasionally visit the salon when I'm visiting in town. I've seen their customer based expand rapidly. The place gets a lot of customers but they always accomodate you. I never had to make an appointment here. Jenny, the owner, is great. I like her a lot. The salon is nicely decorated and clean. They also have so many options to choose from if you want a specialty manicure or pedicure. They do cost a lot more though. I would probably do an upgraded manicure or pedicure if the specials are $5-$10 less than the regular price. Their regular service is reasonably price. I pay $30 for a mani/pedi. My favorite thing about Four Seasons is that they have sooo many nail polish colors to choose from! You will never wear the same color twice. I give them 3 stars because I get inconsistent service depending on who my technician is. However, I still recommend them for people in Tracy and for those who want a quick trip to get their nails done. I have a regular nail salon that I consider my homebase where I live. I have zero complaints about this spot. The place is big, clean, and the chairs for your pedis are on point! Every time I walk in I'm greeted warmly and if they are busy they keep it real and tell me how long. They don't give me the 10 minute line (which is really 15-20). I just had my eyebrows done by the new girl Jacklyn or Jocelyn..can't remember now, but anyhow she did an amazing job with my wild growing eyebrows. I highly recommend going to her cause she takes her time and gets it right. Seriously, it's the best I have ever had my brows done. I also visit them for manis & pedis and again I have never experienced any problems. The manager Jenny is really professional, so I suggest that if you re not happy to talk to her. Today was my first visit to Four Seasons. It is a very clean place with a lot of space. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. I went in for a gel manicure and Tony took me right away. He did a great job and took his time, I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The only complaint I have is the other employees there today were very loud while chatting with one another.
