Omg I loved it here! The service was amazing and they are so quick and efficient. The ladies here are so nice and fun to chat with. I needed a pedi and a full set and was welcomed right away by a very nice lady. I chose my color and was started on right away. I chose the deluxe pedi and the lady who did my pedi took her time and rid a great job. At the same time another lady came and started on my nails. So at the same time I getting both my nails and feet done which was great since I don't like to spend more than an hour in nail salon. I loved the outcome of my nails they did such an amazing job! Honestly won't be coming back here. The lady that did my acrylics was doing it really fast, not even checking the length before trimming them so my nails were uneven (ex. the nails on my pinky). She also filed them so fast and hard that it hurt. She didn't fill my nails enough so it already looks like my nails are growing. My mom didn't really like her nails either. It was not worth the amount they charge with the sloppy job that they do. They are lucky my mom is nice and gave a tip anyway, but it was definitely not for their service, it was more for running their business during COVID. Onto the next nail salon. read more

I was a walk in as the boyfriend shopped at Costco. Lady kept pushing me to "just do new set" Multiple times I asked to only remove my acrylics ,I gave excuses , low on time and I'll come back. She was making me uncomfortable. I wish I got her name but she was at the front when I walked in. She used a nail tip to pry off the acrylic I had on my nails after trimming the ends SUPER PAINFUL. She didn't even care I asked if I can soak them in acetone (more gentle removal) "we no do soak here" Then insinuated I waited too long for a fill which is why my nail broke (reason for my visit /business here) She filed my nails with the acrylic file before realizing she needed a softer one (got up from her station and went to grab it off another ) because I said it's too scratchy my cuticles were torn up and she did crack my natural nail trying to pry off the nails but said my nails are "weak" $10 I didn't tip I'm not from Tracy. I'll spare the details, in short, they do a half ass job, they do not clean your cuticles or even ask (we're in a pandemic, the vast majority of us haven't had access to nail services for gosh knows how long-cuticles should be a must!), they are incapable of doing basic designs. Apparently, one lady does the "designs"but couldn't draw two lines. I made an appointment was on time and basically got pushed to the side. $55 later, I walked out with one dull finger with black fuzz stuck to it (due to the many failed attempts at two lines) and super glue on my fingers (completely visible) and the lady made zero attempts to remove it. I learned how to do my nails years ago because I got tired of paying for manicures that I had to fix at home. I am disabled now and can no longer do a full set or fill by myself so I started searching for salons in Tracy when I moved here. I have been to almost all the salons in Tracy... Hailey Nails and Spa is the most affordable. Recommeded by one of my friends. Other salons charge up to double (some places more!) for the same services and the quality isn't that much better/different in my opinion. Definitely not enough for me to pay double or more. And if I'm going to have to do some light touch up regardless, I'd rather spend less not more. The only con is they don't have as many technicians as other salons, so it's best too call before you go. read more

Walked in here on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter and the place was nice and quiet. The decor is inviting and everything looks clean. They have a great selection of colors to choose from and plenty of stations. There was only 3 workers all working with someone else when we arrived. They said it would be 5 minutes and they were pretty exact - some places will say that and you're waiting around for another 15 minutes. We went with the Deluxe pedicure and it's worth it! They use fresh citrus when cleaning your toes and the hot stone massage was soothing. Plus they did another lotion massage that seemed to last forever - I wanted to take a nap!! Then they wrap your relaxed legs and toes in a lavender lotion that's hot and then place warm towels over the wrap. My legs and toes felt so relaxed and smooth! Not bad for $30. I didn't give them 5 stars for the only reason of them not having plastic bags in the foot basin for sanitary reasons. But I did witness nicely and thoroughly clean a basin after another customer left. I'll be back! read more

I am so in love with my nails. Me and my mom came yesterday. They were nice, and took their times. They were not rushing. We both got full sets and pedicures ($201). I got hot pink with one white nail with pink hearts for Valentine's day (coffin medium set). My mother got ombre nails (short set). So I'm pretty chill when it comes to nail salons. Like I'll take a 4/5 job and be on my way. But this place.. my gel nails started to peel off after 2 days, (and I wear gloves when I do dishes and am gentle with my hands) Then days 3-4 rest were already lifted a bit my hair was getting caught under them, and I EASILY was able to peel all of them off cause it just looked bad -- She skipped the part where they make the surface of the mail rough so the gel adheres to it better. Don't not come here if you want your money's worth. Nice workers, I really want them to be a great salon, but the one who did my nails needs to be retrained. She is the one at station 5 if that helps. I feel bad, and she could be great but she needs to be retrained. She wasn't good with French either. Initially I blamed the brush she used - super thin. It created flaws that she later had trouble fixing and I had to point them out to her myself. She had trouble seeing what I was pointing out too. I had went there to get my acrylics taken off, The nail lady went straight and pushing down onto my acrylics with a different nail to rip them out, my nails hurted, ouch. Whenever I get acrylics taken off, they soak them in acetone first and then take them off with a nail. When she was taking my fake nails off, I felt that my real nails are ripping apart, it hurt me that bad. I drove from east Bay Area to this salon very desperately for a pedicure & eyebrow wax. I walked out paying 80$ flat. 33$ for the pedi an additional 15$ for gel + 25$ for a little tiny bit of acrylic on a few of the toe nails to even them out. If you ask me, that's nearly a whole new set of acrylics I could have gotten on my actual nails. I understand a 1/2$ extra for acrylic maybe even 3$ pushing it a toe. But 25$ whole extra is insanely expensive. for something so simple. The pedicure could have last longer it felt rushed but I did not complain because the work overall was clean and neat, Very pretty.. but the price made me wish I hadn't got nothing at all! I felt played out my money and time. While doing my brows I noticed she cut the end of my right one, and of course when I mention it .. it's always the customers fault or somethings wrong with your brow but never them! And that's at every single nail salon I've noticed! Luckily I'm not a big brat and didn't make it a big deal at all, hair grows back. I Did not like the mani pedi. Expensive ( for the kind of job they did ) and nails are not done neatly. I got gel and the paint edges on almost all fingers are rough and the top coat extend out of main coat onto the cuticles and skin around the nail. Will not be coming back. read more

They gave me exactly what I asked for. Sadly, I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she was very sweet. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. I came in with my mother for Mother's Day and we had a great time. I wasn't worried at all and they didn't hurt either of us once. My nail tech was gentle and double checked with me before making changes to my nails. There were no customers the whole time we went in there so there was no wait to sit down. I had my pedicure and was in for the deluxe pedicure which costs $35. She kept telling me that my feet are dry and nothing else. I still have my callous to show. The hot paraffin helped a bit otherwise it's the worst place to get your pedicure done. Also the whole deluxe pedicure with scrub massage hot paraffin hot towel wrap with polish all was done and dusted in 30 mins. Do t waste your money here and I'm never coming back. I came here on a whim after getting my haircut next door. I actually came in to get my eyebrows waxed and ended up also getting my nails done by Ivy. She did such a good job! She was quick, efficient, and a nice lady. She also did it with care so she wouldn't cut me. I brought my own nail polish and wanted a matte look and that's exactly what I got. LINDA is wonderful. First visit and I got lucky. I went on a Sunday, it was quiet and relaxing. The set up is unique and allows some separation and privacy between guests receiving spa pedicures. It's been more than 2 weeks and my pedicure is still perfect. Linda was gentle with my sensitive cuticles and I was really pleased that the employees didn't talk to one another the entire time like they do at many salons.
