Eva ate it up!! I'm absolutely in LOVE with my nails!! The shape color and little flower details came out so perfect. They're so pretty and feminine without being too much and I've gotten so many compliments already! She really paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back!
Update: The manger responded saying the confusion as my fault and texted me after calling 3 times. To clarify both my apts were for 5:30 and I got 2 messages for my apt being rescheduled for 6:30pm. If there were any rescheduling that happened why not call the person beforehand? As you can see the link for the reschedule is for 2 different links. Which is for 2 different apts. Despite the poor 1 star reviews wanted to give this place a chance. Made an apt for 5:30 and I got a text saying they rescheduled me for 6:30. I come at 6:15 asking and checkin in to be told the nail techs left early today and that no one can see me. Why make me wait 1 hour after scheduling for me to not be seen? That's ridiculous.
Unfortunately, I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I was genuinely disappointed with my experience here. I'm from out of state and was visiting my mom. Before picking someone up from the airport, I decided to book an appointment here because of the great reviews. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. I arrived around 5:35, but because my original technician was running late, I wasn't actually seen until around 6:15 after my previous dip powder was soaked off. When Kimberly started my nails, I showed her a photo of the look I wanted. She recommended trying a product called T.A.P., explaining that it was somewhere between acrylic and gel. Before she began, I specifically asked if there was a price difference between T.A.P. and a regular acrylic or dip service because I wanted to know what I would be paying. She told me there wasn't. Halfway through the service, she suddenly told me, "Oh, this is $70." I asked if acrylic would have been cheaper, and she said yes. That was frustrating because it was exactly what I had asked before the service started. Had I been told the correct pricing upfront, I would have chosen the less expensive option. Online as well T.A.P is listed as $65+ so I don't understand why I was charged an extra $5 than what was listed. Then, just before finishing, I was informed that the soak-off from my previous set would be an additional $10. Again, this wasn't mentioned before the service began. I ended up paying almost $90 before tip, which felt frustrating considering I wasn't completely happy with the results. The nails are much thinner, skinnier, and pointier than the reference photo I showed. When I mentioned it, I was told my nail beds were thinner, but I've had my nails professionally done many times and have never had them shaped like this. My biggest issue wasn't the price itself--it was the lack of transparency. Being told about additional charges only after the service was already underway left me feeling like I didn't have the opportunity to make an informed decision. I came here because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed with both the communication and the final result.
Unless you've been there and know who you're working with, this place is ridiculous. After pleases and thank yous to get my nails done right for my engagement I got shotty work.. I didn't even complain when my finger was cut. Even tried to have a conversation about the day. I wish I was bridezilla. But I'm not. I kept apologizing for the shitty work and left a tip. I didn't even bother to stay for the gel pedicure. Go to Merry. I wish I had gone there first.
10/10 Loved Kimberley. She took her time and did an outstanding job making my vision come to life! Worth the price.
I had such a great experience with Kimberly! She was super friendly and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I absolutely love how they turned out. I originally found this place on Yelp and only planned to get them done once for an upcoming trip, but now I'll definitely be coming back for my fills. Highly recommend trying this place.
I was able to get an appointment the same day with Kimberly and she did such a great job. I wasn't sure if she was going to be able to do the design I wanted, but I showed her an inspiration photo from TikTok and she nailed it ( haha) ! I was so happy with my service.
Eva is so talented! She's great with GelX, and is able to recreate any photo you show her. Lovely staff is so accommodating with last minute appointments!
Went in as a walk-in for a gel manicure. Han was able to recreate my inspo perfectly! My nails are pretty short but that didn't stop her from giving me exactly what I wanted.
I have never had a bad experience with La Jolie! Everyone there is the absolute best, especially Nina. That is my girl!! she can literally do anything you ask. She is amazing! if you aren't going here then you need to start now!

I've been coming here for over a year since I moved to this side of town. Saturday I had a pedicure and manicure and the service was trash. I got charged extra for something that always comes with the service I get and the price was ridiculous. Since they updated pricing what they didn't upgrade was the quality. Before they would take their time now everything is rushed. Manager called me to offer me a discount next time I go, sorry there will not be a next time. And now it's been 48 hours since and I have a whole infection on my toes. Never in my life have I had a nail or toes related issue . Says a lot about their sanitation . GROSS. read more
Walk in appointment for a pedicure. They were able to take me right away. I asked for regular with callus scrub $35 + $10 extra. Honestly, there wasn't anything different. I even asked and she pointed to the yellow loofah and said she did, "extra" for $10 more. She spent probably 30 seconds. Then after I asked, she scrubbed for another minute. There is no special callus treatment here. I'm pretty sure that wasn't normal because I've had pedicures my entire life at least once a month. I felt like she also stabbed me when cleaning cuticles that I gasped pretty loud. I know she's just doing her job but I wasn't balky and I won't be back here again. read more

This location has really good techs that work here. I usually don't request anyone in particular I take who is available. My nails come out cute every time I come here. They are always nice when I come in. Thank you to the people that work here. You always have my nails looking good ! read more

Ella! She's the best. Just moved to Tracy a little over a year ago. I'm happy yelp helped me find this place. Walked in and was squeezed right away. Lucky for me Ella was my nail tech. Came in a pinch! Needed toes for a trip and I'd been here a handful of times before for two full sets so high hopes going in. They know how to shape a big toe and that's what I desire! I get no gel and through my Vegas trip they haven't budged so we will see how long they last! Kinda boring inside and quiet so I'd bring headphones. I get basic full sets rarely but when I do I go here as they are durable and last long cause I work with my hands a lot. They last a month at leas read more

They are nice people I had gone to get my pedicure and nails and I asked for the TAP nail and three days later the tip started removing it's self from the bottom I went back one of the ladies only wanted to fix the nails that had the problem I said please do all of them I don't want to come back and again to do the rest and the person that did my nails asked me what kind you want I told her and the other lady kept insisting on the same thing so said acrylic please she said ok the other lady was mad but I paid $80 for just my nails and the next day my two of my nail polish was bumpy I guess wasn't dry enough I don't know but they pooped and well I won't be going back to much money for this two trips no thank you. read more

I am not a big reviewer, I RARELY leave any. Just mostly here to find places and I'm so lucky I found La Jolie. Got my wedding nails last year and I love it! It was so elegant and perfect. My nail tech was Nina I believe and she was great! Got a pedi too and nothing was out of normal. I want someone to take my ingrown and other stuff lol Anyways, still coming back here. read more

So far so good. I have come here 3 times, two of the times Kimberly has serviced me. I'm real picky however she understood what I was looking for and executed perfectly. Good customer service, did not make me feel like I had to rush my service. I'm new to the Tracy area so I needed to find somewhere to get my nails done. Definitely will be returning. It's best to have an appointment but they do have walk-ins. My nails are long and almond shape. Iykyk thanks Kimberly read more
