Best Nail Salon in Tracy love this place! The place is clean and all the nail techs do a great job

Now that Nelsen is gone I don't think I will ever go back again. I had an older man who dug into the side of my toe so much when he put on the liquid it started burning. 7 minute pedicure massage and didn't touch my feet only my legs. Then the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted a manicure. I said no and that I just wanted my nails painted with gel the same color as my toes. Do these look like the same color???? Yikes! It looks like I picked out two different colors. Then the charges...for ONLY a gel polish on my stubby non painted nails $25. Pedicure-$45 Gel Nail Polish-$25 3 stars because I was able to walk in and get a seat plus newer chairs but they didn't even turn on the massager. read more

Rushed, unprofessional service -- won't be back I came in for a simple gel removal and was really disappointed. The technician spent most of the time talking about how ready he was to leave and how he couldn't wait to go home. He seemed annoyed that I had even come in, despite me arriving well before closing. He was clearly relieved I was only getting a removal, but acted like even that was too much work. He didn't shape or file my nails afterward, which is usually standard. Instead, he did a very quick buff and then he offered me the buffer cube and said I could just do it at home. At the end, he asked if I needed anything else, but with that kind of attitude, the answer was obviously no. I paid the $10 and left, but won't be returning. read more

First time customer. Parking was difficult as the salon is next to an In-N-Out and a Starbucks. Helen was very nice. My nails are just ok. She did cut me at the cuticle with the file which is why I only gave 3 *. I did ask for a 3-D bow and she hand drew instead - could be misunderstanding. Place was busy. Clean. I went in to get a fill it is not my first time here but I had never had such a bad experience. My service was extremely rush and was very sloppy. I mentioned to Helen a few times the nail shapes did not match and she simply couldn't fix I when it came time to polish them she did one coat I asked for a second as the color was extremely sheer and she seemed bothered by the request on the second coat the job became sloppy and I regretted even asking for it. Came in on my birthday to get a relaxing pedicure and had to wait a little bit since every chair was full. That's fine but when the lady brought me to the chair she put a puddle of cold water that didn't even cover my feet and let me sit there for 10 minutes until I had to wave her down and get her to turn the water on. Only to make the puddle a tad bit larger with burnin hot water. This place put a bad taste in my mouth already. I'll update once my toes are done about the service and quality I receive. read more

When I came in to redo my nails, they had offered to redo it for no charge and Daisy had explained what helps my nail stay on longer. Came late afternoon(11/1) with my mom and baby for pedicures and were taken back right away. The employees were amazing! I had my hands full with my 6month old and the tech helped me into the pedi chair and even put my diaper bag in an easy to reach place in case I needed it. I'll admit it's been awhile since I got my toes done but she was very thorough and now my feet feel amazing and look so nice! 10/10 experience! read more

The woman who did my toenails was lovely, patient and receptive to what I had in mind. The one doing my nails...not so much. At first she seemed to be on board with what I wanted, a simple French tip (with an almond base). But anytime she'd deviate from that (by making it too round) or the dip tip lop-sided, and I politely asked her to correct it, she'd respond as if with annoyance. It felt uncomfortable enough to where I just stopped asking her to adjust things even knowing the different shapes on every other nail would bother me. Finally, I decided to add chrome - an addition I have added multiple times elsewhere. I asked for GREEN out of a lineup of colors, she put a hot pink chrome on. I told her it's hot pink...she told me no, it's my nude base (look at the picture of my "hot pink" nude base)....I pointed out that it was also hot pink on my skin and pink on the white tip. Mind you, there wasn't a smidge of green and it glowed hot pink as a hot pink chrome would. Quite obviously, it was simply the wrong chrome color. Not a big deal, a very easy fix. But instead of just acknowledging that or offering another option, she snapped with "if you don't like it, I'll just take it off." I said okay...yes, you can take it off. Then, immediately with no further discussion - "you're getting clear coat." I said okay...that's fine. At that point I just wanted to leave. I came in today because I was suffering a loss in my family and wanted to take my mind off it. It's also my birthday weekend. If a spa is supposed to be an escape and a way to take your mind off things, be careful about coming here. read more

I went two times first time I showed a photo of what I wanted and the tech did whatever she thought looked best. I asked her to make the French thicker and she did it super sloppy. I decided to go back and get my fill there and give it another shot I got the same tech showed her a photo and my nails again don't look like the photo. They are all different shapes and there is an unwillingness to fix what's wrong. read more

This is my third time at Wonder Nails and Spa and each time has been so amazing. The service is fast, detailed, flawless, comfortable, relaxing and pure zen! This third time I went, I went to get nails done in tribute of my mother who passed away a few weeks ago. Her and I used to always get our nails done, it was never her thing but she ended up loving it. She loved it so much she went to school at 64 years old to be a nail tech! Her passing was sudden, and I wanted to get my nails done in her honor. The woman there listened to how I wanted my nails done and drew the angel wings and cross perfectly. She even listened and empathetically understood how I was feeling. Very caring staff! By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! This time I also got my first pedicure at this salon and they took such care of my feet. I chose the Classy Pedicure and I have brand new feet and legs! The scrub, coat mask, lotions and cream, and foot soak with lemons was so pleasant and truly relaxing. Great place! read more

10/10!! I originally went to another nail shop and did not like the work. I can into Wonder Nails today in hopes of getting it fixed. Eva was able to give me a polish change and make my nails look so much better. It was very calm being there and all the staff is so nice. I would recommend Eva. This is by far the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I've ever been in. I started coming here shortly after they opened. They actually smile as they greet you when you walk in. I was running late due to traffic (sorry again!) but they were still very kind and professional. I called ahead of time to let the receptionist know, and they were also super nice, asking me to drive safely. We both had appointments and only waited a few minutes because they were wiping down the pedicure chairs we were about to sit on (I love how they wipe down each chair prior to taking their next client). This place is awesome, welcoming, very clean, great customer service, and the quality of our gel manicure and pedicure is excellent.
