Vibe: lively and engaging. Customer service: exceptional Quality: superior Service requested: Mojito pedicure & full set manicure with glitter. Est. $110+tip Comments: shoutout to Hannah for making my almond shaped full-set manicure stand out beautifully. Also to my buddy, Thi aka Noodle-Han for always having the tender touch with his soft hands. He did my manicure previously and did a mojito pedicure for me. 10/10! Will definitely go back after a month. They go vacation to Vietnam soon so go now and get your lunar new year self-care done.
The employees are super friendly and welcoming! They are all extremely talented! I love going here, they never disappoint!
I was True Touch Nails and Spa's first customer of the Vietnamese New Year today. I am compelled to ask God to bless the business for the new year. Holly and Tham were very welcoming. Holly did my mani and Sandy did my pedi. The photo exhibited excellent work. Holly did well as far as the whole massage and cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed the whole experience. I felt relaxed. I felt they listened to what I wanted to be done. And the price was so reasonable. I will go back. Happy New Year, True Touch Nails and Spa Staff!!!
My first and last coming to this salon I decided to give it a try and that was obviously a fail. I first started off my refill with sky and I was not liking the shape I wanted I asked for square and got all different kinds of shapes in each nail as you can see in the pictures then I asked to get them fix by Hanna and they were still the same...this set was $50
I have been shopping around for a new nail salon since taking a break from them for a few years. I like that this place was open on a Sunday and took me in without an appointment! From the walk in to getting a pedicure started was less than 10 mins. Lee did a great job! I got exactly what I wanted without having to explain myself multiple times. Overall this place is clean and friendly, with good quality work. They also TAKE CARD! Lots of nail places don't do that anymore I will definitely be back
I came in as a walk in for a pedicure. I was helped right away. It wasn't very busy at 1pm. I dont know the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a good job. I got the Lavender pedi which was $40 and Gel polish which is an extra $15 and they charged me $10 for doing a french tip. Im in love with my toes rt now.
Service was wonderful! We're very happy with our nails, and the prices were very reasonable.
Came here over the weekend with my sister for some bonding time. The outgoing dude (sorry I forgot your name) was super nice and made us feel very welcome so thanks for that! I got the #7 pedicure with Tina and I just want to say, that girl put in some work!!! I couldn't stop praising her on doing such a good job. She was very thorough and definitely not once being lazy. Digging out all the nasties under my toes, meticulously getting rid of any dead skin, and massaging my legs really well. I told the lady who worked on my sisters feet to also give her the #7 pedicure treatment but I don't think my sister was as thrilled with the work of her technician. Too bad. Anyway, I really enjoy the look of my matte black gel toenails! Tina made my ugly feet feel better!
(with photos) I've been to this salon about 5 times. I'll say that the owner is nice and personable. However, the quality of service has been pretty poor. At this visit and last, I was disappointed I didn't get a foot massage. They basically rub oil and lotion on and that's it. This visit was the worst. So bad I would never go back. I got a gel manicure after a gel pedicure. I couldn't really see what they looked like until she was finished because when she isn't actively painting them, they're in the light. When I saw the finished nails, I complained that the full mail wasn't painted. The owner offered to fix them. At this point, I've been there for an hour and needed to get home to my toddler. I looked at them more and cried on the way home, knowing that this would be the last manicure I'd have for a very long time and that these would be the nails in my newborn baby pictures. (Due soon). So I called them and we scheduled for me to come back the next morning. While getting the gel taken off, I explained that my nails were cut really short so I'm not sure if she can fix the shape and the paint might accentuate the weird shape. She told me that if I don't want them painted, then she would give me $15 back. I told her I paid $35. She said that was for the massage and manicure. I told her I didn't get a massage and that's another reason I will not be coming back. This is when hell breaks loose. The original employee got very loud and defensive, insisting she gave me a massage. I agreed, oil was put on my arm but it was not massaged in. She was acting crazy and getting way to close while I was sitting in a chair and couldn't move back. I told the owner's wife she needs to get her employee away from me. She told the employee to back up. She left and still was insistent. I began to insist that they review the cameras because I was not massaged. The woman removing the gel asked if she put oil on and massaged my arm "like this" and briefly massaged my arm. I told her again, she put oil on my arm but she didn't massage it in and that she can review the cameras. Conveniently they couldn't look at the cameras. So she asked what I wanted. I said I want the gel removed and a refund. The owners wife stood up, grabbed $35 out of her cash drawer and threw it down at the table I was at and said "here's your refund. you're good" and gestured I leave. I got up and got my stuff and said, "thank you. don't worry, I will not be coming back but you should absolutely review the footage since you expect your employees to give massages. I was not massaged." and left.
Never again. $80?? Ridiculous. And didn't even give me what I asked for. I never write reviews like this but come on honestly?? I asked for a design what I wanted is pictured I wanted the ghost face and they even had another worker look at it and I didn't get that they could have simply told me they could not do it. So I asked her if we can just do the French tip and she didn't do that she proceeded to just do the blood design and white nail, this was my favorite nail shop now never ever again, I'm so disappointed and so upset with my nails like I ask ahead of time and show refrence pictures every time, now I have to find another salon to fix it. And charging for the length of my nail with the refill????? and if I'm paying so much for a simple French tip more than 1 coat of polish would be nice you can see right through the black. They really don't tell you the prices until the end and they don't have it posted because I'm pretty sure they make it up as they go. * * Update/ I went to another salon to fix my nails and they said there's no way this set is worth $80 it's a $60/$65 dollar set they were SHOCKED when I said it was just a refill.

They did a great job with my French tip pedicure. It was a challenge due to the wiggly 3 year old in my lap but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all and it's the best anyone has done in a long time. read more

I know I gave this place a good review a long time ago, but there's a guy there now that literally took a whole last star off my review because of the way he treated me the last time I was there... Apparently he was going through some things, but when you have customers, you need to either take time off or suck it up... I wanted my nails and toes done at the same time and I was a little bit frustrated that I couldn't get it done at the same time, but as I was getting over it, Cody decided that he didn't want to do my nails at all... I ended up getting them done by someone else, and I was happy with the job, but it's just too awkward for me to go back because I'm petty like that... It would just be awkward and I can't tolerate attitude from somebody that I'm paying to do the work... I'm sorry, but I just can't do it. I'm sad, because Holly has the best colors and there are people there that I love, but I just can't go back... If you get your nails there, more power to you, but just hope that Cody isn't in a bad mood when you sit down at his table, because he will literally get up and tell you he won't do your nails. read more

Bro I want to cry. $65 and I hate my nails. $65 for this gel set. How.. my friend kept trying to ask how much it would cost but they wouldn't tell us until the end, when we didn't even end up liking it. The first picture is what I wanted and the rest of the pictures are the nails I ended up with.. At least they redid it when I didn't like it the first time but I can tell they were mad and in a rush.. She didn't even take off the first set completely with nail polish remover, she just grilled it down till it was paper thin, hence why there's white mixed with the sheer color. I just can't. I'm so sad that I spent $65 on my nails and can't wait till I get them done again so they can look better. Honestly I was even scared to complain that I didn't like them but for $65?? My friend said something for me bc she knew I was too scared read more

I have been coming here for 13 years, since I was a kid! even more as an adult working in a professional environment. I tried other salons randomly a few years back and they were all way more expensive for a worse mani-pedi. I absolutely love coming here and won't go anywhere else! holly and Tam are so amazing and really listen to anything you say, they go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable! I always have Ly (Lee) do my nails and they are always exactly what I ask for and most times even better. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I have been going here off and on for a few years now and really never have been too impressed with their work.. but today I am beyond disgusted by how badly I got ripped off and to add to insult my nails look like sh!7 ! I had just got a new full set two weeks prior with theM so I go in today and asked for a fill and a pedi. They decided to do my fill while doing my pedi ( bad idea) not only was I not able to relax and enjoy my pedi but I felt like the lady doing my fill was rushing . When she finally was done she asked me to wash my hands so I did I took a good look and my nails were horrible all uneven some flat some curves most nails were not even even in length or width they are lumpy and the tops aren't filed nice and straight either my ombré is horrible! I told the lady I wasn't happy and if she can please even them out and she said no .. it's basically this way because I got a fill not a new set and I can't expect it to look like a new set .. I was just like .. oh ok I mean I never had this issue at other places specially with a first time fill on a set but ok .. so I get up to the register and the owner says 135 !!!! Ibrahi ... I think I literally sh!7 myself when she said this ... so I question her I'm like 135 !?!? For a fill and a $40 mojito pedi ?? And she said YES! I'm charging a full new set cause we had to change the color and file them and make them like a new set cause too many fills ... wait .... What? At this point I'm disgusted by how both women have two completely different stories that both contradict each others statements.. I show her my sh!77y nails and say look at nails and I was just here two weeks ago for a new set ! This is my first fill, she sees the lumps and bumps and starts talking her language to the other lady and she offers to redo my nails ... after two hours of sitting the last thing I want to do is sit for another two hours ! Then she turns and says ok ok I'll give you $5 back at this point my blood pressure and anxiety is rising and I realize I need to go before I regret anything that I might say.. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by how this company has gone down the sh!7 hole and instead of valuing their customers they are ripping them off ... I sat there and watch her insult another customer that has been going up her for 14 years she wanted the lady to get up off her station so she can do someone else's nails since that person was in a hurry .. I'm so glad that lady was like no ! Finish my nails Holly ! Why is that woman more important then me she said .. I totally felt that ladies pain at that moment... I really hope Holly reads this and realizes she's losing good customers and that she shouldn't be ripping people off .. I gave this place two stars cause at least my toes are ok .. to anyone thinking of going here just be careful.. shady AF read more
