I used to like this place but ever since the owner changed, they are not as good anymore. I recently got a mani pedi. I liked the pedi but the massage part isn't great. I usually do my own manicure but I didn't have time for my event so I figured I'll get it done after my pedi. But I was so disappointed. The lady that did my manicure seems to not know what she's doing. I only asked for a simple gel manicure because I have nice long nails. The gel polish application is uneven and the edges are sloppy and not clean. I can't believe that this person has a license to do manicure. Will never go back to this place. read more

Including tip we spend a little under $300 for the three of us, and felt the service was great. Everything was really clean and it was very relaxing environment. The first time I went, I was disappointed as the tech could not do a simple French tip. The second time I went, I met Hannah and I immediately knew I found the one! She's thorough, efficient, and does exactly what you ask. I usually bring an inspo photo and she helps pick out the shade and hand draws any designs I had in mind. I called on a Friday and made an appointment for the next day so they were able to get me in quick. I had a full set and a pedicure done. I requested Ha as her work speaks for herself from the posted pictures online and she did not disappoint! She's quick and I don't mean the kind where she is rushing just to get another customer in her chair. She's genuinely good and quick at doing acrylics. She copied exactly what I wanted from the inspiration picture I showed her and she checked in with me after every step to make sure it was all to my liking. 10/10 recommend! The pedicure was good, I got the heavenly pedicure which was $55. The only part it lacked was she barely did the callous remover other wise I give it an 7/10. To me that's an important part of the pedicure along with the massage but that was 10/10! Also I want to mention someone else did my pedicure not Ha, it was an older woman maybe in her early 50s but I wish I would of gotten her name! In total for a full set and the heavenly pedicure it was $141. I don't remember it being this expensive but I never get my nails done (fake ones) so maybe it is. Came in on the day of appointment, my daughter was so happy because they have Little Mermaid chair for kids. Little Princess manicure and pedicure costs $25 while I had Gel manicure and Deluxe Gel Pedicure for $80. I already made an appointment for my mom. This place is really going down hill. Payed for a half a** pedicure. They talked shit when I complained. My sisters chair was broken and the massage balls were pushing in her back the whole time. She was so uncomfortable not to mention the drain that smelled like death. It was clogged and the drainage solution they put it smelled just as bad. Lastly my friends chair was stuck reclined and her toes were cut so short she is going to have an ingrown. I saw the 4 stars and thought I'd give this a try. I usually go to Alex at another location, but I was in the area. I'm so disappointed. I asked for the deluxe pedicure (I think it's called- $35). I asked for a nail trim and not to be gross but my nails weren't short. She cut my nails so short and uneven. She then proceeded to paint my nails. She cut my pinky nail so short, I don't think she could tell where the nail ended and the skin started. She painted over my skin... and wasn't going to fix it and when I pointed it out to her, she cleaned the wrong area. This was my nail after the removed the nail polish .... I had to point out w my finger "this isn't my nail... that's my skin" I'm worried she couldn't actually see it.. Anyways, not only are they short, they are uneven. I cannot fix my nail at home. The only thing I enjoyed was the massage... but I didn't come here for the massage. Luckily we are still in winter ... I'll keep my closed toed shoes on for now. I won't be coming here again. still 4.5 stars the second time around. i went for a fill and got french tips + heart design! my tech did a great job although slightly cutting my skin on two of my fingers on my right hand. since it was a fill, it was cheaper but with my add-ons it was $60 again. not too bad tbh. such a cute set for valentine's day and my artist was very meticulous & executed what i wanted perfectly. will be coming again! read more

Walked in with no appt to see if they could squeeze me in first thing in the morning. Thankfully Ha did a new set on me and they came out BEAUTIFUL. Exactly what I wanted & visioned. My total came out to $65...$40 for a new acrylic set, $15 for French style gel polish, & $5 each hand for the jewels added. Ha was so patient and kind, will definitely be going back to her for my sets. Couple weeks later I went in for a pedicure, didn't make an appointment with anyone specific. A younger guy completed my gel "deluxe" pedicure. Not a bad service but kinda disappointed that my cuticles, ingrowns and under my nails weren't as cleaned up as I was hoping for. Have read about Ha doing great pedicures, so she might just be my "go to" person if I make an appt here in the future. Ask for Lin. Did a great job on my nails...no kidding, check out the photo. I came in with nail art request and she matched it. Love it. Price here is fair. As expected. Great techniques. Very clean and sanitary. I'm sure they had a bit of adjusting after the previous owner's passing. But I think they are getting there. They definitely not going to cram you in and rush you out. So be patient with their schedule. I'm happy they do say no when they can't comfortably accommodate everyone and suggest a better time. Great customer service. I'll be coming back. This place charges you extra even if they're the ones at fault. If they mess up on your nail and you ask them to redo that ONE nail, they'll make sure to ruin the rest. I called the shop a week ago to make my normal appointment like I have done for the past 5 years. I was heart broken to find out that the reason Molly wasn't there was because Tony had passed away. I am in shock, I just can't believe it. My heart hurts because Tony was such an awesome person and a great friend. Molly and Tony have always gone out of their way to help customers. Many times Tony has stayed late for me when I couldn't get off of work on time, he also would order fun colors and glitters and have me be the first one to try them out for him. This has been my nail spot for so long that I cant even imagine going someplace else. I am so sad for Molly and her children, I wish there was something I could do for them. Went as a walk-in right when they opened and there was only one person ahead of me. I ended up getting an unplanned pedicure ($20) while I waited. I needed a full acrylic set ($50 pink/white ombre)and Luis was my nail tech. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he was able to make it somewhat similar. The end result looks nice in pics but up close you can see some flaws. 1) the accent nail where I wanted full glitter on had some bare spots especially on the sides and close to the bottom 2) you can see brush strokes on the clear gel topcoat he applied on some nails 3)he was super rough while handling my nails, and filed too far into the sides (i can see the side of the nail bed where my natural nails sit) Overall the end result is just ok. It's not completely bad but it wasn't something to brag about. Still on the hunt for my "go-to" nail tech. read more
