This was the worst pedicure that I have ever experienced! The man scrubbed my feet so hard that he peeled back skin in multiple areas on both feet. I had scheduled a manicure, as well, but cancelled it during my pedicure. The man did not apologize at all, but did offer 2 bandaids (because my feet were bleeding) that I accepted. I just got home from visiting Lavender Nails. I paid $53 for this pedicure and $25 for the manicure (with no polish). I am extremely disappointed by the quality and the lack of attention to details. I regret not doing them myself and saving my money because this was a waste. David did both my toes and nails. When he did the manicure, he only soaked one hand and clipped my cuticles DRY on the other hand. No cuticle remover and then slapped lotion on and rubbed for 2 seconds. I asked for a chrome French tip manicure, was told that it was possible, and ended up with a shoddy nail job. It seriously ticks me off how bad it is. It's extremely messy and ugly. I got a manicure and pedicure on Saturday. Pedicure was amazing the guy did a wonderful job and was very friendly. Once I walked over to the other side for the manicure it was a whole different story. The lady was very short and didn't want to talk and that okay I understand having a off day. When I left not even 24 hours later my nails chipped and I was completely disappointed because this wasn't the first time I had a bad experience with them but thought I would give them another try. I called after it happened he said go ahead come in it and get it fixed. Well I got it "fixed" and as soon as I drive away I was at the stop light and looked at them and it was already lifting. I'm not sure how to why but I will NEVER go back! Save your money! It's already expensive getting them done at least make it worth it. Absolutely loved my nails! I saw Tanya, and she was an absolute sweetheart. She really took time to get my nails the way I wanted done and let me test out a few designs before getting started. I am still new to powder nails, but Tanya listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy the entire time. She was also incredibly careful, asking me if everything was comfortable and to let her know if I felt any heat from the nail drill. We chatted together about family and travelling almost the entire time! Overall, the store was as clean as I expected. I got there a little over an hour before closing, so most of the stalls were empty. The room was comfortable and the employees I spoke with were all friendly. Went for a pedicure and they cut my toe nails so short and i got a ingrown toe for the first time

We selected this salon for our pedicures because they have the cutest salon chairs for children. There were four of us - me, my husband, my sister and my granddaughter. This place was very unorganized! We sat in the chair for our pedis and immediately, each nail tech was trying to pressure us into a higher priced pedicure. We each repeatedly told them no gel....they were pressing us to do a gel pedicure. The nail tech for my granddaughter asked her (she is 7!) if she wanted gel..I told the tech NO! just polish and nail trim. The tech that was working on my feet, cut me not once, but twice when trimming my nails. My feet hurt so badly when I left that place. Also, when I was told to pick a color from the boards they give you with the colors, they have old, opened polish on a tall rack, the colors do not match the color boards. The tech came over with a different color five different times, trying to talk me into a different color. I ended up with a color I did not choose. Luckily, we found a new nail salon closer to home. They need to teach their nail techs that no means no! Do not try to pressure the customer into higher priced packages, especially if they told them no more than once! read more

My toes came out super cute. But I got a fullset of acrylic as well I showed her a color i wanted. But got something different. Still turned out cute. However my nails are crooked sideways lumpy and flat. She noticed they where sideways and instead of fixing them she shaved it down so much she hit my natural nail. The edges are lifted one two of my fingers and it hasn't even been 24 hours since I've gotten them done. The top coat doesn't cover the whole nail so you can see wrinkles besides the hair and bubbles inside the clear coat. I want to go back to get them fixed. There was enough blood to see it on the towel but she tried to hide it. I was not able to communicate with her at all. She was so slow, it took an hour and forty eight minutes. She had to repaint them after she touched them. She paid attention to my legs then she did to my feet, I'm not sure she put lotion on my feet at all. It was terrible all the way around.
