I have called for a small group of 4, for pedi's and 2 full sets and 2 mani's. I was a bit nervous because I was on crunch time being that I had my final wedding appointment that evening and I didn't want to bail on my group if it took to long. Very happy to say that they were ready for us, we had seats next to each other and was out of there in 2 hours. I have a picture of how I wanted my wedding nails and they look perfect! All the tech's were very friendly and talkative to us, we're very comfortable and it was a great way to start my wedding vibes. read more

Needed a fill and called a place close by at the moment- Lavender. Cute and spacious inside. Plenty of room if you wanted to have a nail pedicure day with your group of friends. I saw Mina for a fill and she did so well! Requested a simple valentines set. Thank you! Can't wait to get my pedicure done next! read more

This place doesn't get the stars that it deserves. They have a lot of new techs and it's worth giving it a try, you'll love them. They don't treat you like customers, more like family. They give you exactly what you want & don't over charge like other nail salons. They are clean, the shop is spacious and always nice music playing. I've been coming to my girl Mimi for six years, she is my goto! read more

I just got home from visiting Lavender Nails. I paid $53 for this pedicure and $25 for the manicure (with no polish). I am extremely disappointed by the quality and the lack of attention to details. I regret not doing them myself and saving my money because this was a waste. David did both my toes and nails. When he did the manicure, he only soaked one hand and clipped my cuticles DRY on the other hand. No cuticle remover and then slapped lotion on and rubbed for 2 seconds. I hate how the priority is moving onto the next person instead of taking care of the person they are seeing in the moment. Onto trying another place. read more

This was the worst pedicure that I have ever experienced! The man scrubbed my feet so hard that he peeled back skin in multiple areas on both feet. I had scheduled a manicure, as well, but cancelled it during my pedicure. The man did not apologize at all, but did offer 2 bandaids (because my feet were bleeding) that I accepted. AND, he charged me $37. Ridiculous. I would like a full refund. This was my first time at this salon. I WILL NOT return. See attached photos. read more

The ladies were nice. However, I received one of the worst paint jobs I've ever gotten in my entire life. I asked for a chrome French tip manicure, was told that it was possible, and ended up with a shoddy nail job. It seriously ticks me off how bad it is. It's extremely messy and ugly. The lady at the front didn't ask me how my service was otherwise I would have told her that it was not good. I left super upset and I wish I didn't have to pay for such a terrible job. read more

I've been going here for almost five years since they opened and I think I'm in the place with the last few visits being terrible with the new people they hired. From Their attitude to their quality of work I'm not a fan of the newer hires. Day 4 of my dipped nails they were peeling ! I went back in and was able to have the owner fix them, he's usually my guy but he's been busy the last few times I went in. He was apologetic and fixed them without any fuss. I hate going back another time to get the issue resolved because I simply don't have time like that. I hope I can stay on a good roll with this place read more

I got a manicure and pedicure on Saturday. Pedicure was amazing the guy did a wonderful job and was very friendly. Once I walked over to the other side for the manicure it was a whole different story. The lady was very short and didn't want to talk and that okay I understand having a off day. When I left not even 24 hours later my nails chipped and I was completely disappointed because this wasn't the first time I had a bad experience with them but thought I would give them another try. I called after it happened he said go ahead come in it and get it fixed. Well I got it "fixed" and as soon as I drive away I was at the stop light and looked at them and it was already lifting. I'm not sure how to why but I will NEVER go back! Save your money! It's already expensive getting them done at least make it worth it. If you do decide to go here make sure to bring cash for the tip because if you don't they will scold you. read more

If they are busy, don't waste your time. They take shortcuts and rush to get you out. I paid for a pedicure and dip which is over $100 and having to pay $50 for a whole new set of dip the next day because all my nails are cracked because Mimi decided to shorten the process to kick me out. The mail lady I went to today said they are too then and it never set. Definitely not going back. read more

We selected this salon for our pedicures because they have the cutest salon chairs for children. There were four of us - me, my husband, my sister and my granddaughter. This place was very unorganized! We sat in the chair for our pedis and immediately, each nail tech was trying to pressure us into a higher priced pedicure. We each repeatedly told them no gel....they were pressing us to do a gel pedicure. The nail tech for my granddaughter asked her (she is 7!) if she wanted gel..I told the tech NO! just polish and nail trim. The tech that was working on my feet, cut me not once, but twice when trimming my nails. My feet hurt so badly when I left that place. Also, when I was told to pick a color from the boards they give you with the colors, they have old, opened polish on a tall rack, the colors do not match the color boards. The tech came over with a different color five different times, trying to talk me into a different color. I ended up with a color I did not choose. Luckily, we found a new nail salon closer to home. They need to teach their nail techs that no means no! Do not try to pressure the customer into higher priced packages, especially if they told them no more than once! read more

Absolutely loved my nails! I saw Tanya, and she was an absolute sweetheart. She really took time to get my nails the way I wanted done and let me test out a few designs before getting started. I am still new to powder nails, but Tanya listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy the entire time. She was also incredibly careful, asking me if everything was comfortable and to let her know if I felt any heat from the nail drill. We chatted together about family and travelling almost the entire time! Overall, the store was as clean as I expected. I got there a little over an hour before closing, so most of the stalls were empty. The room was comfortable and the employees I spoke with were all friendly. A friend of mine recommended Lavender Spa to me and said she and her husband go for pedicures all the time. I loved my time there and am looking forward to going back to Tanya soon! read more

My toes came out super cute. But I got a fullset of acrylic as well I showed her a color i wanted. But got something different. Still turned out cute. However my nails are crooked sideways lumpy and flat. She noticed they where sideways and instead of fixing them she shaved it down so much she hit my natural nail. The edges are lifted one two of my fingers and it hasn't even been 24 hours since I've gotten them done. The top coat doesn't cover the whole nail so you can see wrinkles besides the hair and bubbles inside the clear coat. I want to go back to get them fixed. If mt post doesn't get updated...the experience didn't go well. read more

I'm going to edit this review because the manager was so nice. I went back and they fixed it. So bad! I read the reviews and I went anyways, that was a mistake. I got a pedicure, the lady cut me. There was enough blood to see it on the towel but she tried to hide it. I was not able to communicate with her at all. She was so slow, it took an hour and forty eight minutes. She had to repaint them after she touched them. She paid attention to my legs then she did to my feet, I'm not sure she put lotion on my feet at all. It was terrible all the way around. Never again! read more

I got a gel pedicure and a full set of stiletto nails, The pedicure was fine but kinda rough but the acrylics it is so bad like I had to stop her halfway through to completely redo a specifically bad nail. But even after asking her to fix them multiple times they still look so bad right now. I still gave her a tip and thanked her because I'm not an animal. But omg I can't wait to take these off. I look like a 8th grader that spent 20 bucks on their set. And I got these for a new job I'm starting, so disappointed. read more

I've been looking for a nail salon for over a year and was recommended to try Lavender. They did not disappoint, from the moment I walked in, someone greeted me and was seated in minutes for my pedicure. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The service is very poor. You have to wait for ages even if you have prior appointment. And not to forget that they treat you like robots- no sense of individuality as they keep talking to each other in their native language. The nails they did were horrible. I had to get my nails removed within a few days as they started to come off along with the layers of my nails. I gave a second try just in case but that was again a big mistake. read more
