I came in a couple days ago, Sunday, for a mani & pedi. On both the mani and the pedi, they managed to cut my actual skin from over cutting the cuticles. 2 injured fingers in the left hand, 1 injured finger in the right, 3 injured toes on the right foot, and 1 injured toe on the left.. normally I wouldn't trip off of a little cut here or there... But this is a bit excessive, and it hurts when I walk and do mundane things like wash dishes or grab something out of my purse. There is even some redness, and I really hope I don't get an infection and end up with an ER bill because you guys don't know how to cut cuticles without causing injury. Update. I've been to a few different salons now which were able to actually achieve the natural nail look I was going for. While I am still glad they were able to take me in quickly as a walk-in, I walked away thinking I was asking for something non existent and went with what they suggested instead. Now I know that they just pushed what they felt like doing vs what I actually wanted. After trying a few other local salons, I will not be back to this one. Came in as a walk in on a busy Saturday afternoon and they were able accommodate me fairly quickly. I did not like that I had to input my phone number in order to be seen. (You never know who is selling your info these days and while I have a spam blocker on, I still receive way too many spam calls) I received a full set of builder-gel nails. I was surprised they still used tips vs building out the nail, as I was trying to achieve as much of a natural look at possible. I also wish they had a larger selection of colors. It was a bit pricey, but that's how everything is these days. I plan on trying a few local salons and will update my post as needed based on what others offer. read more

Today we were a last minute walk in ( sorryyyy) and they sat us right away we barely had to wait! We got 2 pedicures and 3 manicures, last minute girls day! They're so kind here this is the place where I can trust to sit with literally anyone because they're all amazing and talented! Today was my first time with Ella she's so sweet she did my pedicure and my little sisters first polka dot French tip manicure and I think she created a little monster because she did an outstanding job lol!! They're sooo cute!! This was all of my sisters first times getting their nails done, two got gel builders on their natural nails which came out gorgeous!! The staff was very welcoming making sure they were getting exactly what they wanted and were happy! We are beyond satisfied with our services we will always be returning and sharing with friends and family! This place is always so clean, b and chill vibes great music is nice and calm never chaotic the staff is always so friendly! And it's decorated sooo cute for the holidays! went in and got a BEAUTIFUL set by one of the ladies in there , broke one pinky nail the next day and went in the day after to get the nail fixed , they made the nail shorter , not the right shape , and she put the wrong gem sizes on , when I went in today to try and get it fixed she told me "she did it for me because how I broke the nail" , she was on her phone the entire time she was fixing the nail and NEVER asked me if I was okay having one nail shorter , there are a few good nail artist in here it's a shame that the owner dosent seem to care about her customers , will now be taking my business to a different salon. read more

I made an online appointment however never received a confirmation so I showed at the appointment time just in case. They did not have me on their books, however David was able to accommodate me. He was so nice and helpful. Wendy did my mani/pedi today and I definitely recommend her!! I went with the Belle's Signature pedicure and so glad that I did. Wendy did a great job treating my feet to some much needed TLC. I then got a gel manicure and again, Wendy did a great job. I was going for something that looked nude on my fingernails and she suggested a specific color and am so glad she choose it for me. The shop itself was bright and inviting. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon, I just recently moved to Manteca and I was really hesitant to find a new nail salon because as we all know once we find our nail spot that's the one! But I wasn't willing to drive over an hour in traffic to San Jose. Harry who is one of the managers was AMAZING! I went last week the Monday after 4th of July so it was a skeleton crew. The lady who helped me was nice but I hated my nails. I asked for a soak off and a new set but that's not what I got. She tried to pop all my nails off with on the nail tips which I'm assuming is normal practice but she was having such a hard time taking them off that it wasn't until she saw I was in pain and EVERY nail bed was bleeding, that she tried to soak them off. The shape and French tip was NOT what I wanted but I was so frustrated that I just dealt with it. I came in on Wednesday the following week because one nail broke off and Harry helped me, he listened to all my complaints and apologized for the whole ordeal. I was very thankful that he helped me because he TOOK care of me! He not only fixed my nail free of charge he reshaped and re- painted the French tips because he knew I was not happy.He took one look at my nails and reassured he was going to fix them. Omg, he definitely fixed them, I ABSOLUTELY love my nails and I have found my new spot! Thank you Harry, you are the best! read more
