Went in for Gel Pedicure and Polish Manicure. Made appointment & was seated right away which i appreciate. Pedicure treatment was great but Gel Polish job is horrible! Bumps and uneven color. Just horrible Gel Polish on my toes. The man who did my Pedicure I remember from years ago ( at another salon) and he painted horrible then too. I let the guy know I didnt want GEL on my fingers, just regular Polish I must have said it 3 times, so he is doing my manicure then says allll done & hasn't even painted my finger nails! Luckily another lady painted my fingers with polish so they came out looking great. But my toes? Horrible and stuck with them for 3 weeks at least. Sadly, as nice as pedicure treatments were (massage/wax/chair) my toes dont look good. So I won't be back. :( read more

I really wanted to like this place. I know their grand opening was busy for them and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for why my appointment didn't go as well as I had hoped. It's been 2 months and hoped they would've worked out their scheduling kinks but I didn't see an improvement. I asked if they could take me in at 530PM and they proposed I come in at 6:00PM instead. I said okay that's fine so I planned to be there at 6:00PM. They were incredibly busy and made me wait. After a bit, I asked how much longer, and the guy said to wait a little. The lady who booked me did not respect my time, especially since she set the time for me to come in. They should have just told me to come at 630PM instead. Finally the lady started the water for the pedicure but didn't ask me if the temperature was okay. She just turned it on and walked away to continue working on her client. The water was toooo hot so I didn't even soak my feet. Finally when Ben arrived, I let him know and he fixed it. The saving grace to this experience was Ben who gave a wonderful foot/calf massage included with the pedicure. I believe it was at least a good 10 minutes if not 15 minutes of massage. I wish they would do a better job at time management when booking people for appointments and respect their time. read more

This is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I had a pedicure, which was even better than a foot massage. I do have a lot of pain in my legs and usually when I go for a nail salon, even if they do a slight harsh rub, it would pain heavily. But this salon, my guy's name I think was Michael or song not very sure about the name and he was real gentle. It didn't increase my pain, and it actually helped reduce the pain. His work on the polish itself was fantastic as well. Moreover, everyone in the salon is very friendly and courteous. I can't wait to go there again. I made an appointment for a pedi for Thursday, 4/3 at 1:00pm and when I arrived they said they didn't have me down and I was turned away. I asked if they had appointments for today, Friday, 4/4 and they said yes. I asked if they wanted to add it to their calendar so the same issue wouldn't happen again, they said no, that they would remember me. I arrived 8 minutes late and the person I had scheduled with already had another customer. This place is awful for scheduling appointments. After reading all the positive reviews about this nail spa, I decided to take my two daughters there for pedicures, manicures, and the first acrylic nail extensions for one of them. When we walked in, one of the older staff members greeted us. She was very friendly and seated my daughters immediately, starting their nails right away. She was the only one who helped with their pedicures. After the pedicures, one of my daughters was re-seated at one of the manicure tables, where she was assisted by one of the owners (female). The first thing the owner asked was if my daughter had picked a color yet. My daughter explained that she wanted to try acrylic extensions and was looking for suggestions on nail designs and colors. The owner, with a very rude attitude, repeated, "What color do you want?" I then asked, "Do you have any recommendations?" and she snapped back, "Oh my God! You need to pick your color!" We were taken aback by how unwilling she was to offer any help. When it was time to pay, I asked the other owner (male) about the total cost. He told me it was $155. I asked if the 30% discount had been applied (the sign at the front of the store advertised 30% off for any bill over $100). The female owner responded that it was 20% off if paid by card, or 30% if paid in cash. I then asked how much the total would be after the 30% discount, and the male owner began to calculate it using a calculator. Before he could tell me the amount, the female owner interrupted and said, "$110," when the correct total should have been $108.50 after the discount. In conclusion, the whole experience was disappointing. The female owner was rude, unprofessional, and not truthful. If I hadn't asked about the discount, I'm not sure they would have honored it. While $1.50 may not seem like a large amount, it's crucial for businesses to treat their customers with honesty and respect. read more

I've been to this nail salon before and had a good experience. However this time was probably the worst experience I've had. I asked for a French tip medium length and did not get that. The man that was doing my nails kept trying to tell me that it looked fine, but I pointed out that one nail was crooked from the others. He told me he would file the nail so that it would be straight, but it ended up looking more of a coffin shape. I asked for square French tip, not coffin. Then one hand had nails that were longer than the other hand and when I pointed it out, he tried to tell me that it was the same once again but another artist had saw the nail and took over for him because she saw that the nails weren't the same length. If I wanted short nails I would've had them paint my natural nails why the hell would I get acrylics. I got nails that I didn't even ask for and 'm extremely disappointed. Gel manicure review: Pros-staff was very friendly and welcoming and the hand massage was great Cons-gel manicure came out bumpy and uneven. The end of a few of my nails have a large hump of extra polish. The polish on my pinky nails ends far before my cuticle and edges of nail. The polish is chipping on multiple nails after only 3 days. I made the appointment before going so i didn't have to wait. The inside is huge and brightly lit. It feels nice and clean. Hopefully they will keep it up. The 50% off sign is still up but that's not good anymore. I told them it's misleading and they should take it off but they said it has dates when it was offered. My experience with this salon was fantastic! I recently visited this salon for their grand opening and I was delightfully greeted by the owner himself. He and his beautiful family were so welcoming. They offered food and snacks, paired with a drink of course, while I sat back and relax for a pedicure. The pedicure itself was amazing. I usually have sore feet and have to tell the nail-tech at other salons to be gentle or "ouch that hurts" but not at Moonlight. The woman who lended her services to me was so delicate and accommodating to all my needs. It felt like a pedicure and a rejuvenating massage, all in one. Worst mail place I have ever experienced. My toe nails were not shaped well at all. I asked to have it fixed, finally the guy working on my pedicure fixed it. Onto my gel fill. I had asked another lady to do it and just let the pictures speak for itself. My husband was next to me. I kept telling him that she is hurting me. She was very rough with me while using the machine to work on my nails. I asked her to be gentle and she looked straight into my eyes and asked loudly "Gentle??". I told her yes because your hurting me. She continued to work on my nails and look at the end results. I asked for almond which I already had. Look at the shape of these suppose to be almond nails. How can a licensed nail salon forget to apply topcoat!!!!! Yesterday I went to moonlight nail spa with my sisters, mom and kids. My sister has previously gone there when they first opened up and she wanted to give them more business so she told us let's go get our nails done. We arrive at 2 thinking there wasn't going to be any customers inside since it's a new spot but yesterday they had a 50% promotion going on. We walk in and my sister greets the owner nicely but the owner seems like she has an attitude. We didn't want to be rude back thinking there probably rude because it's super busy today. So we make an appointment for 6pm. We come back at 6 and no one greets us all the employees are on there phone ignoring us. We then tell them we have an appointment for 6pm for 2 full sets and 1 fill. We all get seated everything goes really well. Btw we all wanted our French tips pink. Then my sister that's getting the fill texts my other sister and tells her that the man doing her nails isn't doing them right, she had specifically showed him a picture of the pink French nails she wanted and he answers saying oh if u don't know what pink that is then I can't do it. Isn't it supposed to be the employees job to match what the customer asks. Me and my sister finished but my sister that was disappointed was still getting her nails done. I go up to her and ask her weren't you getting pink tips she didn't want to be mean and cause a scene so she said no it's ok I wanted white. I then sit next to her and watch the man that's doing her French tips and see that he is struggling and shaking. I then told the lady owner if she can come and finish. She then comes and instead of fixing his mistakes she decides to file the nails thinking the tips were going from thick to thin. Then she literally takes 5 mins to fix the nails and forget to apply top coat. My sister tells her oh why doesn't this side of my nails look shiny she tells her oh go wash your hands and even though she washes her hands it's still matte. Also the snack bar she has set up for customers my mom and son were taking a bag of chips and a drink and the lady owner says to my mom oh you want a bad so you can take the rest of the snacks. For me that implied as if she didn't want them getting things from the snack bar. And plus we were there for 1 hour and it was 90 degrees outside and they didn't have air conditioning on. So to me and my sister this place is a complete waste of time and they don't listen to what you want. I am going to post pictures of my sisters nails how one side was matte the other glossy. We literally had to leave and get our own top coat. This place deserves a ZERO!!! read more

This is my 2nd time coming here and honestly they never give me what i want and i decided to come back for a soak off and he proceeded to try and take my nails off with a press in nail and he ripped my natural nail.
