What was most frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Rather than trying to resolve the concern or show any understanding, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Good customer service means treating customers fairly and addressing concerns respectfully, and unfortunately that did not happen during our visit. There are many salons that value their customers and clearly communicate their pricing policies. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this salon to others.

I even asked and she pointed to the yellow loofah and said she did, "extra" for $10 more. She spent probably 30 seconds. Then after I asked, she scrubbed for another minute. There is no special callus treatment here. I'm pretty sure that wasn't normal because I've had pedicures my entire life at least once a month. I felt like she also stabbed me when cleaning cuticles that I gasped pretty loud. I know she's just doing her job but I wasn't balky and I won't be back here again.

I was greeted with a smile and within minutes I received a consultation from Latoya. I explained the current condition of my curly hair told her I would like a more youthful style. Latoya listened and was knowledgeable about curly hair. I immediately booked an appointment for treatment and style.
